Negative:cruelty,crime,drunkeness,recklessness,

careless living etc

Perception Sense of cognition,understanding,intuition,psychological , aesthetic qualities,

mind-image, insight, discernmentPerception is how one sees things and forms a mind –set on the object in question

HABITSIt is an acquired behaviour pattern regularly followed until it becomes almost involuntary eg crossing the leg,piking nose,bending while walking,clearing throat,looking at the sky etc

It could be customary habit eg saying “goodmorning”,shaking hands,hugging,peking etc

Addiction(negative),eg smoking, narcotics/drugs, drinking etc

• Tendency or orientation especially of mind

• Expression of action either a threatening or relaxed attitude

Step-create your big picture-your dreams say in the next 10years

Step 2-break it down in years,eg in 2years,3years ,5years

Step 3-break it into months,then weeks,then dailyStep4-start working on it immediately

Further tipsState goals in positive statementsIf you hve many goals ,prioritize them-se priorities.

Always write goals down-black and whiteDon’t put easy-to-achieve goals eg to participate in exam,rather say –to get 4.5gpa at end of this semester

In 5years –become deputy editorIn 1 year-volunteer in any area the MD is heading up

In 6months-get a certificate to enhance my publishing skills

In 1 month- ask questions to determine what skills I require
