The catering service at Alfândega do Porto – Trade Fair is exclusive to the SoCatering Company.

Organizations and delegates who need catering services should order directly to the company for the contacts:

National drinks are allowed! Examples: Cuba - Rum, Russia - Vodka, Portugal – Porto’s Wine. others.

1 – Catering Services to Stands

• Socatering is the only and exclusive provider of catering services to the stands.

• Opening hours: between 9 am and 6 pm

• Customers pay the orders directly to Socatering, in advance.

• SoCatering have two services:

1 –Stands Catering - Price list

2 – Lunch Packs

• Orders can be placed until October 10th and must be placed directly to SoCatering.

• Any service requested after that is subject to confirmation by Socatering and available

stock. There may also be an increase of 20% in the urgency fee after October 10th

• You can organize a Cocktail Party in Noble Hall a beautiful hall with exit to the Pier with

capacity for 150 people.

• Times available - from 4pm to 5pm and from 5pm to 6pm.

For this it is necessary to:

• 1- Book the hall directly with WOMEX services, paying the stipulated fee -

• 2- To order catering services from Socatering

• The number of people for each cocktail should be communicated 10 days before the

beginning of the event - WOMEX. If there are food restrictions, these should also be

mentioned in this document.

• Socatering will exclusively provide the catering service at Noble Hall, allowing the entry of

national drinks that customers intend to bring.

• Opening hours: between 4 pm and 6 pm

• 1 Waiter for 25 persons

• Orders, payment and catering services must be placed until October 10th directly to

SoCatering.

• Any service requested after the 10th of October will be subject to confirmation by

Socatering and will depend on existing stock. There may also be an increase of 20% in the

urgency fee.

• From 25th to October 31st

• Lunch Time: 12:00 to 15:00

• The price per meal : 12€ + VAT (23%) for the Delegates (Salad; Vegan dish; Meat dish/Fish

dish)

• Meals for delegates will be paid by each person directly in the restaurant.

• There are 7 light bars • Bar service from 09h00 to 18h00
