About usSince early 2013 the Norfolk Duck Truck has been offering top quality street food around Norfolk. We’re part of the Duck truck company which operates nationwide as well as in a permanent pitch at Spitalfields Market.
We started serving duck because we love it. We love how well reared it is, how different it is to chicken, how healthy is it, and of course how great it tastes.
Our aim is to serve restaurant quality food at events. And to do this we but the best quality ingredients which are cooked on site by well trained staff . So our customers get a brilliant product and great service.

What we doTraditional Crispy Duck Wrap* Traditional cambination of hosin sauce, cucumber, spring onion, crispy duck, hugged by a toasted tortilla wrap.
‘The Hot One’ Crispy Duck Wrap* Traditional but spiced up a bit with a kick of siracha chilli sauce.

Our eventsDuck is popular at countywide events, with real ‘foodies’, with children and families, and loved by the healthy minded sporty types!

Is duck healthy to eat? The answer is yes!
Duck meat is less fatty than chicken. It’s so lean. Not to mention way more tasty!
Duck is high in protein, vitamins and minerals, which are all part of a healthy balanced diet.
Duck fat has similar properties to olive oil, but is better for you! Why? Duck fat is high in unsaturated fats (these good fats are essential for the body).
“The French Paradox” - a surprisingly low incidence of coronary heart disease in French people. Despite their well known love for cheese, wine, bread... DUCK.

What will we need?• For either of our vans we will require
a pitch with a minimum of 6M x 3M. For larger events we will also require space for a chiller unit behind.
• Power requirements - 1 x 16Amp where available otherwise permission to operate our whisper generator.
• Passes for 2 - 6 staff depending on event size.
Other useful Information• Public Liability Insurance - £10M.
• Hygiene rating - 5.
• Level 3 food hygiene qualified.
• Capacity - we can 2,000 portions per day whilst maintaining our very high standards.
• Gas and Electical certification carried out annually and all equipment PAT tested.
