Business Practices and PoliciesORDERING:Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours.Online and FAX orders are received 24 hours a day.

Any Free Freight Promotions will apply only to supply orders and will be exclusive of heavy items such as equipment, ink jet media, and magnetic products. Such promotions will apply only to orders shipped UPS ground in continental USA and will be subject to a maximum weight limit of 50lbs. Orders in excess of 50lbs will be subject to standard freight charges. All promotions are subject to change without notice.

Orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time where merchandise is in stock usually ship the same day. Most items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Any items out of stock will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only).

For International Orders placed online, you will be e-mailed the amount of your additional shipping charges within 1 business day of your order.

All merchandise is tax-exempt to qualified resellers, subject to our receipt of appropriate ST3/4 forms.

Beacon Graphics is not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs.

RETURNS:Call 800-762-9205 (prompt 6) to arrange for a return. You must obtain an RMA number (return material authorization) before send-ing any item back to us. When calling for an RMA# please reference the packing slip and invoice number as well as the date of original purchase. If we have made a mistake with your order or an item is defective we will pay for all return shipping and han-dling fees. Otherwise returns are subject to freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Books, videos, design software, graphics and clipart cannot be returned once the package has been opened.

Software, equipment (i.e. vinyl cutters, laminators, printers, etc...) and heat presses cannot be returned. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in “like new” condition, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and warranty cards, etc, in-cluded.

Items purchased in quantities less than the quantity recommended for shipping (i.e. aluminum blanks, coroplast, sign frames, etc...) will not be accepted for return if damaged during shipment. We suggest using UPS or other traceable methods of insured shipping for your protection.You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or the order is considered complete. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return ship-ping charges, are non-refundable.

TERMS:First time orders must be paid via credit card, PayPal, cash or certified check. Payment terms are available for future orders subject to prior approval of a company credit application. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge cards. All returned checks will be assessed a service charge of $25.00.Unpaid balances over 30 days will accrue a 1.5% service charge: 18% A.P.R.Certified funds or bank orders are required for C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. fee is $12.00.

Designed to be versatile, 400 is a general purpose resist used on a wide variety of substrates making it an all around strong performing product. The superior vinyl formulation is thin (25 mil), easy to cut, and easy to weed, with a high degree of protection and blastability. The 400 series offers a wide array of sizes, two adhesives, and two liners. It is suitable for hand cutting as well as computer cutting on friction feed plotters. This product is also available in a Gerber slot pattern and 1/2 inch on center for pin fed plotters.

All plastic - no rust, splinters, maintenance, clips, bolts, latches, or additional parts! Pervfect for use with corrugated plastic sign panels. Built-in stabilizing brace prevents sign closing.

The Sidewalk Sign has a quick change feature and displays two signs per unit. Small footprint for easy storage. Molded in tie-down hole allos for wiring or chaining of the base to a specific location, deterring theft. Outrigger feet slide into place and “click-lock” into position with no tools required. Feet can be filled with sand or water for greater stability.

Displays two signs per unit. Springs connect the frame to the base al-lowing the sign to resist strong winds and return to an upright position. Sand and water can be used to add stability to the base, while factory installed wheels allow for easy relocation. A molded-in eyelet allows for wiring or chaining of the base, deterring theft. WindSign accepts blanks made of Coroplast, aluminum, acrylic, Sintra, or any foamboard.
