  Banking  and  finance  industry  is  the  life  blood  of  na�onal’s  economy  

  It  is  a  trust  and  service  based  business  where  people  and  knowledge  are  the  most  valuable  assets  of  the  ins�tu�on  

  The  quality  of  human  resources  is  the  key  of  success  for  the  corpora�on  in  today’s  global  era  

  Training  to  enhance  human  capital  management  and  empowerment  performance  should  be  well  established  by  all  related  par�es/stakeholders

  Na�onal  means  coveraging  all  spectrum  of  needs  within  the  na�on  (triggered  by  globalisa�on)  

  Na�onal  means    –  enforcing  and  empowering  by  government  or  public  ins�tu�ons  (top  down  compliance  approach);  or
