Cu6n sO tay nay là cam nang bao gom cac ma luat khi tugng hang khong (METAR, SPECI, MET REPORT/SPECIAL REPORT, TREND, TAF, TAF AMD, SIGMET,, AIRMET, Canh bao theri tilt san bay va canh bao hien Wong gio dirt tang thap). Cu& so tay nay danh cho nhieur doi Wong Su' dung de hoa, giai cac din van quan trac, du bao va canh bac. thei tilt hang khong nhu quan trac vien, du bao vien khi,tuong, phi cong, nhan vien diet' khai tilde bay, kiem soat vien khong luu nhang doi tuong sir dung khac trong nganh hang kh6ng.

Cu6n so tay nay se moi ngueri tra 16i mot ,sO cau hoi co. ban khi giai ma cac ban tin quan trac, du bao, canh bao hien Wong tiled tilt nguy hiem nhu:

Phu luc 1: Bang dai do cac yeu to khi tuong Phu luc 2: Bang yeu cau do chinh xac do dac, quan trac khi tuong Phu luc 3: Bang yeu eau d6 chinh xac du bdo, canh bao tiled tilt.

Bao cao ye RVR dugc the hien sau nhom tam nhin ngang trong ban tin METAR/SPECI va ke ca trong ban tin Local Report. RVR dugc bao cao khi tam nhin ngang hoac RVR nh6 han 2000m. 50m la giai han dui va 2000m la giai han tren cua dai do RVR. Khi tam nhin ngang hoac RVR nh6 han hoac bang 50m thi gia tri RVR dugc bao cao là M050, Khi tam nhin ngang hoac RVR lan han hoac bang 2000m thi gia tri RVR dugc bao cao là P2000. 5.1. Khai coat chung:
