interim bail for a period of 45 days from the date of release subject to furnishing of

It is pleaded on behalf of the applicant that the accused was arrested on
14.01.2019 and since then, he is in J/C. He was a young aged boy of 18 years. It is further stated
that the applicant also suffered serious injury of stabbing on the left thigh for which he has
already been operated upon. Further, it is stated that he can not walk properly and requires further
specialized treatment.
Lastly, it is argued that the material eye witness have already turned hostile and
were cross examined by the Ld. APP for the state.
Ld. APP for state opposed the present application stating that the same is not
covered within the guidelines of the HPC of the Hon'ble High Court. It is further argued that the
question on merits in the present case can not be decided at this stage as scientific evidence is yet
to be appreciated.

The case of the applicant is not covered within the scope of the guidelines of the
HPC of the Hon'ble High Court. The other ground on which bail has been sought is specialized
medical treatment in this regard. The medical documents which have been placed on record are
