    An interior design project forrelocation of ce; ConsiliumSgr , located in the heart ofMilan. The project has donewith a simple and warmdesign.

    On the picture beside, is one ofthe main meeting room, with centralhanging lamp from Oluce, designed by

    Vico Magistretti. The wall was paintedwith the olive green color which givingelegance ambience and ts with theexisting oak parquet. It is also com-pleted by the white and clean edgemeeting table produced by Methis.

    On the other picture, is the receptionarea with customized table, usingnoce lyon (walnut) wood panel. It

    was completed by hidden light togive more dramatic accent as thewelcoming area. On the wall hung theConsilium logo which was crafted with100% wood by the local craftmen.

    Most of the ooring in the of ce areaare using ceramic tiles in dark colorfrom Skema; teak-malaysia. Thisselection is to have a contrast colorscheme between oor and brightwall to give light sense on this limitedlinear space.

    The image above is a guest toilet, designed with the full borderless mirror to create widere ection in the limited-sized room. On the next picture is the main stair, which has beenrecovered by using the wallnut lyon wood as the steps. Painted with light gray color allover the railing and the wall behind, having a purpose to highlight the service area; whichis a kitchen that serves for whole employees.

    On the last picture is the color from Pantone 7563 C, which colorized the inner part of thesmall existing window. This idea is to give a red herring for the workers, when they feeltired.

    TroncoSculpture

    An installation made of hun-dreds of laser-cut tubes andpro les properly assembledto shape the section of a treetrunk.

    A tree is a living organism and its di-mensions re ect its vitality and life; bothpast and present. From the dimensionsof a tree, one can analyze the complexdevelopments of an entire forest.

    TRONCO (Tree trunk) is a sculpturethat uses tubes and pro les of differentshapes, dimensions and colors, cut in

    different ways. One of its in nite displaypossibilities is in the representation ofa formidable tree trunk incorporating anumber of concentric circles.

    The size of the tree trunk symbolizesits life, its experience and its continu-ous growth in spite of changing condi-tions. A visual metaphor mirroring theBLM GROUPs values and philosophies:

    Competence, all round vision, capacityfor continuous growth.

    Interior

    A design proposal for inter-national Airport in Bandung,the capital of West Java. Acity with growing creativebusinesses which will be oneof the busiest city in Indone -sia.

    On the left side, is an image ofcheck in area. Material chosen arewarm color yet elegant using oakwood, white solid surface for countertop and black homogenous tile for thepassage area . Sundanese traditionalpattern are applied on counters backdrop with lasercut lime stone.

    The idea is to show the origin of localcreativity by mixing their art senseinto public area. Local artists will bea part of this project by showcasingtheir works on some spots from areacheck-in until the departing area,as well from the arrival immigrationinto the exit area. As the Bandungscreativiy icon, this airport is fully sup -ported by its mayor Ridwan Kamil.

    Besides the artworks, technologiessuch as digital signage are applied tothis airport. With bold graphics andcolor match, makes the airport looksfresh, mixing between modernism,and tradition.

    The Departure waiting lounge conceptis to stay put passangers reading be -haviour. The area will be covered withbook shelves and information center,so people can feel the selected spotas a reading corner while waiting theirnext departure.

    Tucano CaffeConcept store

    A design proposal for mainstore of Tucano, the Italianbrands of bags and accesso-ries for digital devices appre-ciated worldwide. The space

    designed by enhancing thefunction and technologyadapting to their productdevelopment.

    The store is located in the historicalsite, right beside of Sforzesco Castle.Whereby, this concept store will betransformed as well into an informa-tion point. On the picture with longtable is the information point will pro-vides the traveller to stop by and ndthe usefull information for their nextdestinations. By providing this service,Tucano will be able to showcase theirlatest products to widerange people.

    The store it self will collaborate withGod Save the Food the local famouskitchen and pantry service. Therefore,the space has to be clean, simple, yetwarm to stay. Moreover, it is designedto be the place for creative peopleto exchange their ideas, such youngprofessionals to use this store as adiscussion room. In the end after thegallery, it has a multifunctional roomwhich can be used for a meeting orco-working space.

    Completed by the QR technol -ogy gallery (in the wooden room) toenjoy the online catalogue with yoursmartphone. This idea is to invite thecustomers to understand the identityof the brand, inside the head store ofTucano from all around the world.

    Another important idea is to give thecustomer a small moment of joy andhappiness. Therefore, we providethe Authentic Pepino Gelato/ Italianice cream take away. This corner willbe the drive trough area for public,including the cyclist. By this service,it will life up the surroundings includ-ing the castle, the picnic parks, andCadorna which is one of the integratedtrain station.

Using local Song-ket (Woven Fabric with local pattern)for icons which can be seen in severalcorners and walls.

    Bio FoodFactory Thesis A concept restaurant forlocal-international food, inKamarina Club Med resortwhich is powered by theirown farm with local farm-ers. With activities such ascultivating, workshop foodmaking and wine tasting, willcreate the cross culture op-portunity.

    The roles of this proposed projectsare functioned as the platform forthe Club Med to the Local prospects,which may lead them to develop thelocal business in the same time toachieve more attention from the localdwellers and international tourists.This strategy is one of the way to real -ize the eco-travel which really impor -tant in this day.

    A la carte restaurant

    Started from the main restaurantwhich provide the show kitchen ofinternational food in the ground oor.With ala carte lunch restaurant, tour-ists and local farmers (who invited aspart of Club Med team) to sit, discussand see how the preparation of thefood will be handled by the profession -als. Several kitchen table are dividedbased on the typical of fresh food.

    The customers can touch and eat theherbs vegetable such as rosemary,bean sprouts and other fresh readyeaten vegetables. In the other way,the chef are also using this storage.This activity describes the purenessof food source from nature to be wellprepared on each of plates that will beserved for them.

    Sicilian dinner experience

    After the lunch is nished, the restau -rant will be closed and turn into theSicilian dining where will be on thesecond oor. The ambience is created

    to make a perfection of Sicilian taste.There are two rooms spread on thisarea, one is indoor and another is out-door. The soft of materials which beingapplied is created for the comfortableand elegant dining experience.

    The lounge

    Then, after night comes, the loungewhich is located also on the second

    oor will be opened with high ceilingand beautiful view to the seaside. Thedinner room will be transformed asthe bar area.

    The structure

    The building for the restaurant aresustainable. Using the maximumsource from the earth which is heat,and light to covered 60% of electric-ity inside. The building also designedto have a huge smoke lter for theexhaust from the kitchen productionThis system also being counted asthe campaign for the global aware-ness to be conscious about what isthe production and how to take theresponsibility from it. The ltered gaswill be released after every one weekafter it remains and loose the solidcarbon material.

    Gio PontiLightingexhibition

    An exhibition to communi-cate cultural and commercial

    projects of Gio Ponti troughhis life. This project dealswith lighting experimentas one of the fundamentalmaterial and as an importanttool to realize its aim.

    From his personal story and career,the starter concept is pulling out hisstarting point, which was started as apoint continued as a line and createsthe diamond shape, which was hisstrongest inspiration. Divided eachroom as decades of his life as shownin the book by the curator. Displayedthe most important objects as themain character of each decade.

    Creating several colors such as red,yellow, cyan, violet, blue and olivegreen in between monochromatic ofthe space, as representing his famouspaintings and patterns. By showing histransformation design of tables fromtime to time in the hall, is an opportu-nity to show his design process, whichin uenced a lot by some story behindit. The second oor is designed to bea dark room, which called as re ectionroom.

    ApartmentFor motherand daughter

    A design apartment withthe real dimensional andtypological constraints. Theclients are a single motherwith her own daughter, Chi-ara (42 years old) and Mar -gherita (13 years old).

    A s the mother, Chiara has anelegant lifestyle and she is a fashionlover, who always needs storage forher collection. On the other hand, thedaughter is a teenager who will bea woman within next year. She lovespunk style in elegant way. From theirdaily activity, the designers under -stood that the clients not only needtheir privacy but also need more qual -ity in spending time together.

    From each information which is col-lected by approaching the clients, thedesigner tried to put the aim for thisproject to light up their relationshipbut not loosing their own private lives.Center communal space is the rstidea that appeared in this project.

    Sponge is a metaphorical subject thatrepresents the rooms volume ex -ibility. Sponge is an absorbent materialwhich increased its size by containingliquid, as well as the size of this com-munal space which can be increasedand merged to some private space.

    SPONGE

    This idea makes the sponge image asthe platform of the center communalspace in this apartment, while liquidimage is represent the private space.

    The designer applied the theme ofthis apartment with the imperfectionmaterial and furniture style which iscreating a perfect space for living.The similar language of the chosenfurniture is the tool to create thecontinuity space. For instance the bedfrom Phillipe Starck, and the Sofa fromDe Padova called the Basket whichshowing the imperfection of coatingbut the perfection of structure.

    Dukuh AtasInterchangeStation Thesis A design concept inter-

    change station in Jakartathe capital city. Mass, speed,rapid, intersection, link andurbanism are the keywordsfor the project.

    Indonesia especially in Jakarta hastaken more effects from densitycomplicated problems. The main factorof the problems is less social servicesin particular at transportation sectorthat can move fast, rapidly, comfort -ably, and save. Although Jakarta

    already have the busway system, theystill cannot solve the traf c problemin Jakarta. After these unmanageabledensity conditions, Jakarta need arelevant and ef cient solution.

    This nal design architectural projectspurpose is to do a study of a trainstation that connects with differ-ent modes, so that can accomodateJakartas people and the commutersneeds in the future. The main location is located atJl.Sudirman, central Jakarta. This spotwill start as the meeting point andmulti layer between the Sudirman trainstation with inner loopline system,MRT line, city check in, monorail blue

    line, waterway, busway dukuh atas 1station, and also busway dukuh atas2. Dukuh Atas have a great potentialto have a great number of passangers,because it is the main location forbusiness district.

    The design is based from program-ming needs that arrange the citysphere, and keeps main city axis tothe Bundaran HI. So the compositionform for this building has a separatedform but it is still connected othermass.

    The programme starts from the deep-est point as MRT station, and put theothers until the highest point to be anairport train station.

    pedestrian bridge will be connected tothe monorail station to create a clearaccess and cheaper construction bet-

    ter than underpass option that has topass under the Kalimalang river.

    3 zones in underground level area:

    1. commercial zone, containing theleisure, retail, and restaurant

    area2. buffering zone, containing theticket box and staff area

    3. platform zone, sterilize by ticketmachine and will be equippedwith a simple chair to avoid thevandalism

    each entrance to MRT stationsupported by an insulation door in 1metre height to avoid ood accident,that can be used every time.
