Human Resources Management Executive Development Program 31 Analisis pekerjaan adalah proses untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pekerjaan dengan menentukan tanggung jawab, tugas, atau aktivitas dari pekerjaan tersebut. Analisis pekerjaan merupakan landasan dari Manajemen SDM karena informasi yang diperoleh dalam analisis pekerjaan dapat digunakan di banyak fungsi SDM. Bila organisasi tidak memahami kualitas dan karakteristik dari suatu pekerjaan yang akan dilaksanakan, maka kita tidak dapat memilih calon karyawan yang tepat untuk pekerjaan tersebut, mengases nilai mereka di pasar, mengembangkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang tepat, dan melakukan berbagai fungsi SDM bagi karyawan dengan memuaskan. Kesemuanya itu dimulai dengan analisis pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan benar. Selain itu, di dalam pelatihan Comprehensive Job Analysis ini juga dibahas topik mengenai Analisis Beban Kerja (Work Load Analysis) untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meng- hitung kebutuhan SDM di perusahaan/organisasi, setelah hasil dari analisis pekerjaan diperoleh. Bersama ini kami konfirmasikan pendaftaran nama tersebut diatas dan kami menyetujui semua ketentuan yang berlaku.

• Denda sebesar Rp 500.000,- (lima ratus ribu rupiah) untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 2 (dua) hari kerja sebelum tanggal

penyelenggaraan.

• Denda sebesar 50% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan.

• Denda sebesar 100% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan pada tanggal penyelenggaraan.

• Seluruh biaya yang telah diterima akan dikembalikan apabila pembatalan dilakukan oleh PPM Manajemen
