Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang hubungan antara efisiensi atau rugi-rugi dengan suhu dari motor induksi melalui percobaan dan pengukuran dengan cara mengubah parameter seperti beban. Rugi-rugi dan efisiensi dihitung dari rangkaian ekivalen dan percobaan. Suhu kumparan yang bervariasi mempengaruhi efisiensi dari motor induksi. Pada beban 3300 watt, penurunan suhu sebesar 10 – 20° C mengakibatkan efisiensi meningkat sebesar 4 – 5 %. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan perbaikan metode pendinginan mengakibatkan efisiensi motor meningkat. This final project presents the relationship between the efficiency or the losses and the temperature of coils with experiment by changing parameters such as the load. The losses and the efficiency are calculated from an equivalent circuit methods as well as experiments. Temperatures variation affects much on the efficiency. Temperature reduction by 10 – 20 °C causes the efficiency increases by 4 – 5 % at load 3300 Watt.
