ABSTRACTSeptiawan Puji RaharjoHubungan Antara Konsep Diri dengan Tingkat Depresi pada Penderita penyakit Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisa di RSI Sultan Agung SemarangChronic kidney disease is a kidney disorder that progrisif and irreversible, chronic kidney disease is often defined as impaired kidney function are virtually incurable and can be caused by many things, a common and usually done to deal with chronic kidney disease in Indonesia is to use a washing machine blood (dialiser) that serves as an artificial kidney and the process called hemodialysis. Chronic kidney disease can lead to physiological changes such as changes in self-concept and depression. Psychological stress can occur when someone receives a diagnosis. They assume that the disease will cause a lot of problems such as dietary control and treatment of a long and complex. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-concept and depression levels of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.Design used in this study was observational with cross sectional analitic. Sampling using total sampling method, the sample 24 respondents. Analysis of the data used is Chi-square.The results are most of the respondents have a negative self-concept that 13 respondents (54.2%), while those with positive self-concept 11 respondents (45.8%), and respondents who did not have depression three respondents (12.5% ), while those with mild depression and depression were 21 respondents (87.5%). By using the Chi-square test showed no significant relationship (P-Value 0.662
