Not included : - Sport fees = 150€ per athleteSport fees will be directly added on your invoice depending on number of athletes in your team- On site transfers (hotel <--> venue)

Cancellation policy : - Before April 5th 2021 : 100% of the rooms can be cancelled for free- Between April 6th and April 10th 2021 : SPARTNER will refund 50% of the booking. (Bank charges on refund transactions will be covered by the NPC).Between April 11th and April 17th 2021 : SPARTNER will refund 15% of the booking. (Bank charges on refund transactions will be covered by the NPC). - After April 17th 2021 : No refund will be made for booking cancellations

WPA Grand Prix Paris – Rate Conditions

- Booking cancellations due to Covid-19 reasons : In case of positive testing before leaving your country or upon returning to your country there is no possible refund. If your condition demands that you stay in Paris a little longer, all expenses will be on you.In case of event cancellation due to covid-19, SPARTNER will send a credit note usable until Grand Prix Paris 2022.
