RPWRF reported CSO #12 tank not draining. City Main okay. Met J. Hutton there. Caught 3' 2x4 in basket, & removed. Did several M/H entries with Jeff [RPWRF CSO Crew] to remove rocks, debris, and to clean. The Hydro-Self float handle wire was wrapped around the float and would not move. Jeff entered the tank after we drained it and untangled the wire. All mechanisms worked properly after our maintenance.
