THE YOGA
There will be daily yoga practices (6 in total) varying from moredynamic vinyasa flow sessions, slower flows, yin, and the
chance to join an inversion workshop.
Your teachers for the weekend: Clem Balfour, Cloudia Hill andPip Barsanti.
Cloudia’s natural and honest , non-judgemental approach helpsyou to grow both physically and spiritually on and off the mat.
Clem's classes are creative, playful, restoring and dynamic at
times, teaching with a wonderful infectious energy.
This weekend will build from one day to the next, enabling thegroup to make progress in their practice with a toolbox of skills
that they can continue to work on at home.
CLEMBALFOUR
Clem teaches an ever-changing sequence inspired by vinyasa flow(aligning breath and movement), which allows her to respond to
the energy in the room. Her classes are often set to music,combining elements of Yin and Yang, to help balance out your
energy and allow you to experience the effects of Yoga for yourbody and your mind.
CLOUDIAHILL
Cloudia’s natural and honest approach allowsyou to strip off any fears or worries that comeup, explore, find a freedom, take up as little or
as much space as you need and mostimportantly encourages you to smile. Her non-judgemental approach helps you to grow bothphysically and spiritually on and off the mat.
PIP BARSANTIAs a yoga teacher, Pip brings strength, powerand flow into her classes. She studied Pilates
whilst travelling and living in New Zealand thatgreatly influenced her path, shifting focus ontoinjury prevention and rehabilitation. On movingback to the UK she ran a boutique Barre fitnessstudio in Bristol, finding success in challengingthe balance, coordination and core strength of
many.

Camille Vidal is the Founder of La Maison Wellness, amulti-media platform that advocates mindful drinking,
She is a globally recognised bartender & drink expert whoturned mindfulness, yoga and meditation teacher. Vidal
brings her wealth of experience within the drinks industry,her passion and creativity with the idea of bringingmindfulness into the glass with her mindful cocktail
recipes, inspiring you to drink well and live well like healthyhedonist.
If you have been to a Yoga Brunch Club before you will know that I I believethe food is just as important as the yoga, and take pride in the food that isprovided. Lily Simpson founder of Detox Kitchen, believes that the food we eat can havea powerful effect on our health. The focus is on creating nutritious,wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked fromscratch daily. Simply put, we want people to eat our food and feel amazingafterwards, and we want them to be surprised by how delicious healthy foodcan be. At 27 she launched a food delivery service which grew into what is now TheDetox Kitchen. Gwyneth Paltrow named it her go-to in London, plus twocookbooks: The Detox Kitchen Bible, Detox Kitchen Vegetables. Everything we serve is made by us; we know where all our ingredients comefrom and we know how to cook them to get the most out of them, both interms of flavour and nutrients. We hope that our food inspires people to eathealthier for good, to make better choices and to be conscious of where theirfood comes from. To us food isn’t just food. It is a pathway to better energy levels, sharpermental clarity, improved mood, better health and well being.
Detox Kitchen will deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner,
pudding, plus 1 juice, 1 nut pot, 1 snack,1 ginger shot
and 1 teabag for all 3 day 's of the Retreat
Detox Kitchen food boxes will be delivered on Friday
and Saturday between 3am-7am, please fill in your
delivery details at the checkout for a safe spot to leave
these.
All menus will be vegan, dairy, refined sugar and
wheat free.
The full menu will be sent out to out to you on the
week of the retreat.
All meals are freshly prepared using the highest
quality ingredients. All packaging is recyclable.
