This mock paper is intended to act as a stimulus for the candidate, in conquering the cynical fear engulfing many LLB Graduates, that Pre-Entry is not passable and a nightmare. It will, in my opinion, test one’s legal analogy and application of principles to any given facts. It will teach one to think outside the box, which the real Pre-Entry exam requires from the student.

It may not be exhaustive, and the questions may not be as exact as those in the Pre-Entry exam. However, it should be used to challenge and tickle the mind of the student, and to gauge how ready the student is. It can also be used as a research guide, intended to encourage one to widen their reading scope.

I take the responsibility for any mistakes therein. I wish you success, and may God bless you.
