10. Ineligibility Applicants will be considered ineligible if unfavorable conditions mentioned below are found:

• Unsound mental status

• Unsound character

• Cannot carry out given duties and responsibilities due to physical incapability.

• Any attempt by any candidate to support his candidature for selection by any unfair means including recommendations shall make him/ her in eligible for the applied post

• Marital status: Candidates who have got married before the minimum prescribed age as per law (21 years for males and 18 years for females) shall make them ineligible for the applied post. Any male or female candidates who have married persons who already have living husband or wife shall be ineligible for appointment

• In case of any forged or fabricated or false document submission.

• Immoral act related-: No such candidate will be appointed who has been removed from services either by government or local administration / Authority or he has been held guilty for any immoral act.

• Any such applicant who has got any criminal case registered and pending against his name on grounds of immoral act or has been held guilty on such grounds.

• Health related-: Certificate regarding physical and mental sound health issued by either government Medical college doctor or by government doctor of not below the rank of civil surgeon.

11. Selection process:

11.1 Interview will be organized by Saadhikar samiti (Empowered Committee ) of autonomous body.

11.2 Selection committee will recommend names strictly on the basis of merit and in order of merit

and accordingly appointments will be made. The format to be used for calculation of marks for

preparing merit list is being made available on the website along with the application form.

11.3 Applicants who are already working in the NSCB Medical College Jabalpur and are eligible will be

free to apply and need not take the NOC from the present employer.

12. Service conditions:

12.1 Private practice will be completely prohibited for medical teachers.

12.2 Annual increment will be payable at 8% annual.

12.3 Benefit of NPS will be payable under employees beneficiary schemes (Karmchari Kalyankari

Yojanayen.

12.4 Travel allowance and daily allowance for official tour will be e admissible like class 1 officer of

state government.

12.5 Appointment made shall be for one year probation period initially.

12.6 Reimbursement of airfare, daily allowances, workshop /seminar fee will be reimbursed twice a

year within the country and once a year outside the country for presenting research paper in

concerned specialty.

12.7 Rent free accommodation will be made available. HRA will be admissible as per rules if

accommodation is not available.

12.8 Post Elevation-: In case of candidates who are in services and have acquired eligibility for

appointment on higher post and found suitable by selection committee for post elevation:

(A) In service medical teacher's post will be elevated to higher post and he /she will be paid

one time consolidated pay of higher post. For determining the one time consolidated pay to such

medical teacher the of cognizance one time consolidated pay medical teacher is receiving at a time,

will be taken.

(B) In case of elevation of any medical teacher's post the lower post will not be considered as

vacant post and the total number of sanctioned post will remain limited to the number, given in

schedule 1 of the relevant posts.

12.9 The Super Specialty medical teacher will be paid work based additional e following

remuneration other than above mentioned one time consolidated pay

(A) 20% of the revenue received from Treatment/ research

(B) 50% of the revenue received from patients seen by medical teacher in paid OPD

12.10 Medicai teacher wiil have to submit bond for giving 1 year services In case of non completion

of one year service 6 month pay will have to be deposited in a SEPM NSCB Medical college Jabalpur.

12.11 Empowered confmittee (Saadhikar Samiti) can terminate any medical teacher's services with

payment of amount equal to four month pay without assigning any reason

12.12 Regarding leaves, conducts, superannuation the Madhya Pradesh Swasshasi chikitsa Shikshak

Adarsh Seva Niyam 2018 will be applicable

(A) Fee for application submission- Rupees 1500/- for all categories demand draft to be made

in favor of Dean NSCB Medical college Jabalpur MP and enclosed in original with the application

form, in case of online submission of application, online fee deposition will be required and receipt of -

online fee submission need to be enclosed with the application form. Application received without

application fee will be rejected.
