ARRIVALPlease complete your health questionnaire online, prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of consideration for the next customer.

CANCELLATIONSPlease note that we request credit card details to secure bookings. If you need to amend, reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations for hair services in the Parlour.

AGE POLICYGuests must be aged 18 and over to book treatments and to use the Ned’s Club Spa areas.

HEALTH CONDITIONSWhen making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to our spa team for more information.

PREGNANCY We are proud to offer a specialised menu of maternity treatments. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

DAY SPA ACCESSWe offer day spa access to Ned Friends and guests of Ned’s Club members when they spend £300 per person on treatments Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Hotel guests who book direct with us receive complimentary day spa access while in residence.

THE SIGNATURE TAN 40min - £85A full body treatment carried out by brush, whilst standing up. We do request that the client preps the skin in advance, as per the pre-tan guide, which will be sent out prior to the appointment.

Formulations are vegan friendly, non-toxic, paraben, and sulphate free and boast cosmeceutical grade ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin A and coenzyme Q10 for luminous skin, from head to toe.

The treatment begins with a foot cleanse and authentic black soap wash, followed by a kessa scrub, rassoul hair cleanse, shirodhara and speedy facial. The treatment ends with an application of precious oil blended with pure shea butter.

REJUVENATING HAMMAM 80mins - £175 Start your treatment with a foot cleanse and authentic black soap wash, followed by a kessa scrub, rassoul hair cleanse and shirodhara. The treatment ends with a stress-relieving La Sultane de Saba shea butter back, neck & shoulder massage.

INDULGENT HAMMAM 110mins - £235 A foot cleanse and authentic black soap wash and kessa scrub followed by a rassoul hair cleanse and shirodhara. Then relax with a top to toe skin replenishment treatment, using organic oils. Finish with a 60 minute full body massage.

ULTIMATE HAMMAM 140mins - £300 Combines the Indulgent Hammam treatment with a customised deep-cleansing body mask, honey face mask and shea body butter, finishing off with rassoul lava clay.
