REDISCOVERING OUR SPIRITUALRELATIONSHIP WITH LORD SHIVA

Honouring the Sacred Festival ofMaha Shiva Ratri

Editorial

It is heartening to hear of thehuge acts of charity andphilanthropic work being

carried out by individuals andreligious/social institutionsaround Bharat and the globe.Yes, they are doing great work, but there is not as muchattention towards the depthand subtlety of spiritualwisdom, which actually formsthe basis for progressiveupliftment. So, though peopleare theists and God-loving;sometimes, the pull towardsmaterialistic attainments andacquiring limited status/positiondistance them from the realspiritual goals. Not many evengo into the depths of their ownreligious scriptures; they merelyrecite mantras and revisitstories and lessons learned fromthe scriptures, but the spiritbehind it doesn’t get inculcatedfully in their practical life. Theycall out to the Supreme toliberate them from negativitiesand weaknesses, but therealization that we ourselveshave to renounce these fromour lives, thereby to conquer overthem, is non-existing at all.

The current scenario showswidespread irreligiousness, lawlessness and unrighteous-ness in whichever strata ofsociety one belongs to. Themore stringent the laws are forpunishing culprits, the more is theviolence inflicted upon innocentones by the unlawful andtyrannical people. The sevenspecific signs of irreligiousnessas documented in The BhagwadGita many eras ago, are asfollows:(i) Siddhant-heen Rajneeti

(Principle-less Politics)(ii)Sadaachaar-heen Vyaapar

(Ethics-less Business)(iii)Andhshraddha Yukta

Bhakti (Devotion founded inBlind-Faith)

(iv)Maanavta-Shunya Vigyan(Inhumane Science)

(v)Vivek-Shunya Anand(Mindless Pleasures)

(vi)Prem-Rahit Prabhutva(Loveless Sovereignty)

(vii)Dharm ke naam Hinsa(Violence in the name ofReligion)

We have religious texts, rituals and teachings, but amajority of people find it

challenging to charter their lifeaccording to the elevateddirections of their religiousfounders. On the basis ofspiritual knowledge revealed byGod Shiva, the Supreme Soul, each of the religions includingthe first one, the Original andEternal Deity Religion (AdiSanatan Devi-Devta Dharma),have all gone through theirstages of utmost purity andrighteousness to the present formof utmost impurity andunrighteousness, in whichdespite the best of intentions, human minds have reached afallen, wretched and patheticstage burdened by depravity, corruption, viciousness andviolence. From the beginning ofthe Copper Age until the presentIron Age, individuals have beenperforming actions under theinfluence of negativities andvices, thereby leading to this ageof complete irreligiousness.

The Shrimad Bhagwad Gitais considered and revered assupreme amongst allscriptures, the Mother of allReligious Texts, as it is herealone that we find words ofwisdom spoken by none otherthan the Supreme Soul,Incorporeal God Shiva. True toHis promise, He descends toremind us of the spiritualknowledge of The Gita whenthere is utter irreligiousness, unrighteousness andlawlessness in the world

The World Renewal 5February, 2018(symbolising completedegradation of humancharacter), the imminentemergence of the MahabharatWar amongst religions andnations, as is being witnessed atthis hour through the prevalentgeo-political situations in theworld and the Time-Cycle of theWorld.

People in Bharat, especiallythe devout or believers of LordShiva, celebrate Maha ShivaRatri every year, and this yearit will be on 13th February, 2018.Those, who believe in God Shiva, observe fasts all day long onShiva Ratri and remain awakeuntil midnight, when theSupreme is supposed to descendon earth and give visions andblessings to His devotees, whohave sat in penance, observedfasts and offered bael-patte(leaves of the Bael plant/Aeglemarmelos) onto the ShivaLingams. After performing theiryearly rituals, they visit thetemples of Lord Shiva to offertheir obeisance. There is hardlyanyone, who would deny thatwe are again at that juncture ofextreme Iron Age, as we arewitnessing full proofs in the formof senseless and cruel acts ofviolence and injustice againsthumanity on all levels: mind, bodyand relationships. Never beforehas it been so essential fordevout souls and those ofspiritual inclination to sit in deep

contemplation, prayers andmeditations to invoke the powerof Almighty Supreme Being, GodShiva, so that religiousness, righteousness and divinity can bere-established in the world, andirreligiousness andunrighteousness can be broughtto its sudden end.

Where does irreligiousnessand unrighteousness truly existand get sustained? Manyscholars have referred to ‘thehuman mind’ as the real‘Kurukshetra’ where the warof Mahabharat is foughtcontinuously. Some devotionalsongs written by great poets andsaints describe the dark side ofthe human mind, and how theinvocation and commitment tothe Supreme will take us out ofthe darkness of ignorance andthereby take the mind it to thepath of enlightenment: one ofwell-known songs from an oldHindi movie, “Aaj andhere mehai insaan, Gyan ka soorajchamka de Bhagwan...”describes beautifully the prayerthat emerges from the heartsand minds of devotees acrossthe globe, irrespective of anydistinction among variousreligions, languages, cultures orraces.

Based on the personalexperience of the foundingfather of Prajapita BrahmaKumaris Ishwariya VishwaVidyalaya (PBKIVV), we

understand that it was the MahaShiva Ratri, 1936 whenIncorporeal God Shiva revealedHimself to his ardent devotee,Dada Lekhraj, who was laterconferred the divine name of‘Prajapita Brahma’. The wordsthat first uttered through thelotus mouth of His DivineMedium spoke of the true formof light, might and bliss of theSupreme as the following:

“Nijanand SwaroopamShivoham, Shivoham;

Gyan Swaroopam Shivoham,Shivoham;

Prakash SwaroopamShivoham, Shivoham,”

Not only was the SupremeBeing’s form revealed, but alsothe exact knowledge about theSupreme Creator and HisCreation or the World Drama aswell as revelations of the rolesof 3 Angels or the Subtle Deities:Brahmaji, Vishnuji, andShankarji. Subsequent divinevisions shown by the SupremeFather enlightened us on thedetails of the Inverted Tree ofHumanity, in the form ofdifferent branches symbolizingdifferent religions established bythe founding fathers of eachreligion.

Prajapita Brahma Baba alsohad visions of the ensuing GoldenAge of Satyuga where eachhuman soul would descend aselevated deities (Devi-Devta) and

The World Renewal6 February, 2018live lives of complete purity, prosperity, peace and love. Thecyclic repetition of the WorldDrama every 5000 yearshappens to be the mostrevealing part of the humanhistory. The Supreme Soul,Incorporeal God Shiva, ordained Prajapita Brahma tobecome the responsibleinstrument, the Father of theHumanity, and convey themessage to human beings thatit is time to become righteousand pure in thoughts, words andactions, if they wish to regaintheir self-sovereignty andworld-sovereignty.

As the world history and

geography repeat every 5000years, we find that the mostancient temples in Bharat arededicated to the IncorporealBeing of Light, God Shiva, wherethe worship of Shiva Lings andSaligrams is in the form of oval-shaped images, depicting theSupreme Being’s point-of-lightform, and similar form of humansouls as stars of divine light. Inessence, the message on MahaShiva Ratri for us is to becomesoul-conscious, imbibe theexact knowledge of re-establishing our relationshipwith the Supreme Father, inorder to receive the unlimitedinheritance of spiritual virtues

Om Shanti,– B.K. Nirwair

We wish to share news of thedeparture of our loving spiritualsister, B.K. Guillermina (originallyof Argentina, but resident of MountAbu, Rajasthan for several years)in the early hours of 30th January,2018, at Global Hospital &Research Centre (GHRC). Herhealth had been very weak for the past few months, but she maintained a peaceful stage. Lots and lotsof blessings and good wishes are being showeredon this special soul on behalf of the Latino-American B.K. Family, and many souls from aroundthe world who have known her for long.

Sister Guillermina came into contact with theBrahma Kumaris in Buenos Aires, with SudeshDidi´s visit 25 years ago, and she immediatelytook to this spiritual path and became mostcooperative with B.K. Services in Argentina. Shewas a good instrument to bring high-quality souls

to the Centre and also to Madhuban. She wasan all-rounder in service, ever-ready and availablefor whatever was needed. She loved beauty andaccuracy and filled whatever she did with a refinedflavour and touch.

When she came to live in India, she made timefor whoever needed help. She was a tirelesstranslator into Spanish and French for B.K.students and foreign guests. She drove souls tothe Hospital and around Abu unconditionally. Shemade friends with the global family and was helpfulto B.K. seniors too. She has left the fragrance ofher simplicity, big heart and love for all.

May God Shiva shower rose petals and goldenflowers on our deeply spiritual, kind-heartedSister Guillermina: a missionary of spiritualservice onto all! Her artistic knowledge andtalents, humility and services will continue toinspire all of us.Our heart-felt salutations to the departed soul!

7February, 2018 A person, who asks for forgiveness, is not weak but a warrior.

Baba is our Teacher,Protector andSustainer. We have

been given an alaukik birth. The quality of our lives can beseen. My happiness should besuch that the people of the worldbecome happy on seeing me.There is no nourishment likehappiness. The Creator is happyon seeing His Creation and Hischildren. Baba has filled us withpurity, peace, power, love andhappiness. It doesn’t matterwhere you stay; simply fillyourself with these qualities.

Baba is mine. Say to yourself:‘My Baba, Sweet Baba, BelovedBaba, thank you Baba’. Babahas given us teachings and wesimply have to imbibe them.Baba says, “My Children” andthe children say, “My Baba”.We are receiving unlimitedhappiness from God. God ispleased with an honest heart.Keep courage and be honestwith Baba. Be honest with Babaabout your thoughts. It is easyto create thoughts, but I have tobe honest with Baba about thethoughts I am creating. This is

very important. Now, make yourtime and make your thoughtssuccessful and worthwhile.

At the Confluence Age, Babahas given each one of us a verygood part. See your part and dothe best you can in every aspect:in effort and in service. Serveothers through your body, mindand wealth. Serve the Yagya. This Yagya belongs to Baba.Baba has told us to show mercyand bless others. Neitherbecome upset nor also disturbanyone else. Even if someonetries to give you sorrow, don’ttake it. Don’t look at thenegative aspects of anyone’snature. Mingle with others andkeep smiling. There should befeelings of love and friendshipwhile interacting with others.

Let your heart be happy andyour mind cool. Never let yourhead become agitated. Peaceand purity are closely connected.Only when there is purity, therecan be peace. Let Baba see howknowledgeable you are. Neverask, ‘why’, rather say ‘WahBaba! Wah!’. For this, keep inmind ‘who I am’ and ‘who is

mine’. Reveal how sensible youare. A sensible soul follows theGodly code of conduct.

Avyakt BapDada hascontinually sustained us anddoesn’t lose hope in any of Hischildren. His words give onlyhappiness. He wants us to claimour fortune. So, keep the aim toreach your perfect stage. Thereis nothing to worry about; Babais Karan Karavanhar and ismaking me equal to Him. We aresimply His instruments. Baba’steachings are like a medicine;and whoever takes thatmedicine, recovers completely.

There are many, who stay inthe household. They are alldetached and loving. We all areBaba’s beloved children. Hemakes us sit in His lap andmakes us the garland around Hisneck. We are very fortunate.

Whatever you should do, doit now. Who has seentomorrow? My intellect shouldbe so clean that I can catch

The World Renewal

8 February, 2018Spiritual values of all religions and cultures are almost the same.

From time immemorial, thesacred festival of ShivaJayanti or Shiva Ratri is

celebrated with religious fervourand gaiety. But, have you everwondered why it is called ShivaRatri? During the fag end ofKaliyuga when the dark nightof ignorance rules all over theworld, things are in a state ofdisorder. Sins and vices havereached their zenith, and theworld is on the brink ofdestruction owing to varioustypes of upheaval, turbulence, chaos and conflict. It is then thatGod Father Shiva descends onearth to reawaken all of us withHis divine knowledge and totransform the vicious world intothe virtuous world. This divinedescent took place in 1936. Italso marks the beginning of theConfluence period. As per theeternal law, human souls haveto pass through four Ages –Golden Age, Silver Age, CopperAge, Iron Age – in this EternalWorld Drama (EWD) in eachKalpa, a cycle of 5000 years. We hail this auspicious occasionas the awakening of a new era,the ushering of New Golden

Age, as God, through His divineknowledge, dispels the darknessof ignorance, enlightens theignorant and impure human soulsand thereby transforms thedemoniac world into a deityworld; hence, we, the spiritualchildren of God Father Shivacommemorate this festival asShiva Ratri.

At such a time of sheerdegeneration, degradation ofmorals and values, IncorporealGod Shiva leads the humanityback to divinity, peace, purity, prosperity and eternal happiness. The Brahma Kumaris celebrateit as Trimurti Shiv Jayanti, marking the most auspicioustime when God Shiva revealedthe esoteric knowledge about

Himself as the Creator of theHindu Trinity – Brahma, Vishnuand Shankar. Unlike the humanbirth through mother’s womband human birthday, it is thedivine birth-night of God Shiva, who takes divine birth byentering in the body-chariot ofDada Lekhraj; hence, it is calledShiva Jayanti. God uses thechariot (Rath) of Brahma todisseminate this supreme divineknowledge through his lotusmouth through which webecome His adopted children asBrahma Kumars and BrahmaKumaris.

The Maha Shiva Ratri marksthe beginning of ConfluenceAge, which brings about a newchange in our lives in thetransitional and turning point ofa time between the end ofKaliyuga and the inception ofSatyuga. He transforms thedegrade and impure(Tamopradhan) human beingsinto elevated and pure(Sattopradhan) souls throughthe power of easy Rajayoga, thereby making them the masterof their physical sense organsand also of the subtle senseorgans – mind, intellect andsanskars. This is the only waythrough which the worlddisorder could be brought backto a state of order, peace, purityand righteousness, therebytransforming it into a virtuousworld, completely devoid of

vices, replete with love, health, wealth, happiness, eternal peace, purity prosperity and longevity.

The Maha Shivratri is themost auspicious festival ofbestowing liberation (Mukti) toall and liberation-in-life orfruition (Jeevan Mukti) to those, who follow His SupremeDirections (Shreemat).

As the destroyer of all vicesand weaknesses, God Shivaperforms the highest roles ofSupreme Father, Teacher andPreceptor secretly andpractically through His divinedescent in a human body. Hiselevated Directions/ Instructions(Shreemat) for each one of us,are to practise and establishourselves in a state of soul-consciousness, live a pure, austere life and be free fromvices so that we become Hisworthy children – worthy ofclinching the double crownedsovereignty for 21 births duringof 2,500 years in the forthcomingGolden Age and Silver Age. Itis a golden chance to celebrateMaha Shiva Ratri in its truespiritual meaning andsignificance so as to becomefuture deities of the divineKingdom of God Shiva(Shivalaya), thereby ushering inthe Golden Age!

The main pillars of Godlyteachings are: (i) SpiritualWisdom (Gyan) (ii). Meditation

(Sahaj Rajayoga) (iii).Inculcation of divine virtues(Dharna) (iv) Service (Seva) ofsharing of Godly blessings, knowledge, pure feelings andgood wishes through our mind, speech and actions whileinteracting with others.

To become an embodiment ofknowledge means whateveractions you perform should befilled with light and might; theseactions have to be righteous andelevated. To become anembodiment of yoga means tobe a master of the self -conqueror of the physical organsas well as the sense organs. Tobecome an embodiment ofservice means sharing ofknowledge, qualities, values, virtues and powers through yourmind, words, actions with allincluding your own near and dearrelatives.

The differences between thecelebrations of Shiv Ratri by thefollowers of Brahma KumarisOrganizations (BKO) and otherdevotees are as follows:

(i). The devotees believe in thesaying: The soul becomesSupreme Soul (Atma soParmaatma). They also say,“God is Omnipresent. They areunaware of the fact that God isonly One, who is an Incorporealpoint-of-light, and this fact isuniversally accepted by thedevotees of all faiths. Anybody

having a physical or subtle bodycannot be called God. TheHindu mythological personalitieslike Shree Ram, Shree Krishna, etc. are all deities. Similarly,Christ, Buddha, Ibrahim andGuru Nanak were all pure souls, but not the Supreme Soul. Theywere religious founders/leaders.Those who perform good andvirtuous actions are calledcharitable souls or Punya atmaand those who perform badactions are called sinful souls(Papatma). But, according toBKs, the followers of BKO, theSupreme Soul (Paramatma) isthe only One.

(ii). Devotees keep fast for aday whereas the BKs, who haveunderstood the spiritualsignificance of the festival aswell as recognized God in Histrue perspectives, endeavour tokeep fast for observing purityand austerity; piety in thoughts, words and deeds throughouttheir lifetime.

(iii). The devotees offer bitterleaves known as three-prongedleaves on the Shiva Linga (BelPatra), ‘Ak ke phool’, banana, berries, milk – these fiveofferings they make whileworshipping. On the other hand, the followers of BrahmaKumaris Organization vow tosacrifice the vices of lust, anger, attachment, greed and ego. Inother words, these five offerings

The World Renewal

by devotees are nothing butsymbolic of five vices of humanbeings.

(iv). People, in general, do notdiscriminate between theIncorporeal Shiva and thesubtle-bodied Shankar. However, the former One is theCreator while the latter one isthe creation. The three divinetasks of Generation (creation ofnew world incognito throughPrajapita Brahma), Operation(preserving/sustaining of thesame through Vishnu) andDestruction (through Shankar)

Successful people do not show off what they do, but the egoists often do so.

are being carried out by GodShiva Himself now.

If one understands the deepsecrets about God, Karmaphilosophy, World Cycle and, above all, the value of the mostauspicious present time ofSangam Yuga, one will be easilyinspired to claim the divineinheritance of liberation-in-life for21 births in the future Golden andSilver Ages. I conclude herewithby appending one of my poemson Shiva Jayanti to furtherelucidate the spiritual significanceof this auspicious festival:

SHIVA BABA – AN ALTRUISTIC BENEFACTORAt this Confluence Age, O! Shiva Baba! You descend through the human medium of BrahmaAnd Enlighten us all with Spiritual Knowledgeand Rajayoga for ushering in the Golden Age - Satyuga. On the altar of Thy Rudra YagyaOur Vices we sacrifice. In return, Thou bless us with Liberation-in-Life!;Thou safeguard us all from the impact of Satan (Maya);Thereby keeping vices and sins at bay;Thy teachings I adore, as full of nectar are they!O! Shiva Baba, You bless and uplift the languishing poorWith golden imperishable Divine Treasures,And Proclaim them as the true rulers!O! Supreme Father of all fathersThou never crave for the Golden Sovereignty; How great are You, the Altruistic Benefactor of Humanity! We commemorate Your 82nd JayantiWith divine respect, austerity and purity; Thus, sending vibrations of goodwill and pure feelings;Keeping thee beside us while doing all tasks and dealings;Intensifying our spiritual efforts and tasks; And ridding the self of vanity and masks!

NEED NOTHINGEveryone thinks they needto get something. But, thetruth is we don’t needanything. We alreadyhave what we need.Trouble arises when wethink we have to keep whatwe receive. It’s this senseof keeping that sustainsour neediness. But,whatever comes to us isnot for keeping, it is forgiving. And when you give, you get. Deep down ourbeing, we all know thiseternal truth. It’s one ofthose cast iron laws of theuniverse. But, we areconditioned to think theopposite. No wonder, there is a poverty of faith:not religious faith but thefaith that the universe willbring us whatever weneed, at the right momentin the right way. So, starttoday giving time, energy, assistance, care, co-operation. On how manylevels, do you see theopportunity to give? It’sgood to be a ‘just do it’person. Even better to bea ‘just give it’ person. Andthe paradox will make itselfknown – when you giveyou will realise you alreadyhave everything you need.

11February, 2018 One, who thinks of the welfare of others, will have no troubles in life.

Equipped with the qualitiesof both head and heart,Prajapita Brahma was

doubly crowned with the crownsof the wealth of knowledge andpurity of heart to the extent ofcent percent maturity andperfection. The transparency ofhis subtle stage was soremarkable and impacting thatthe souls, who approach him, getinstantly elevated to their subtlesoul-conscious stages beingautomatically transported fromtheir body-consciousness stageand the material world. He wasa unique person of magneticpersonality, grand spiritual vision, charming visage and charismaticleadership qualities. He leftindelible marks of his personalityon the human souls, who followon his footprints to imitate andinculcate those qualities in theirmanners and behaviours whileinteracting with others inpractical life. This articlehighlights some of his other noblequalities, which are as follows:Discovery of New Horizons

of Thought and TruthPrajapita Brahma has not only

left indelible imprint on cultureand civilization but has given newdirection to them because therevelations he got had greaterimpact on wider areas of life ofboth the common and learnedpeople. Their influence have gonefar beyond the field of scholarshipand deeply touched the differentspectrums of human life and thewhole gamut of truth and human

thought as well as disciplines.Whatever he explained then havenow been widely received andappreciated by eminent people ofvarious disciplines like physics, astronomy, geology, history, philosophy, aesthetics, psychiatry, psychology, medicines, neurology, law and justice, sociology, anthropology, etc. Hepractised first whatever he

preached, for he never remainedin an ivory tower like otherthinkers, philosophers andtheoreticians. He was verypractical and dynamic and gavereligion and spiritualism a newfreshness and vigour, dynamismand pragmatism. In this context,B. K. Jagdish stated, “Anyonewho studies impartially God-revelations made throughBrahma Baba will reach theconclusion that his work led himto many new discoveries –discoveries of new continents ofthought. Baba’s voyages intomeditation and his sojourn inspiritual thought have given manthe knowledge of many newislands of truth”. His life providesthe proof that ideas do travel fromthe meditation hall of a Rajayogito the far and wide world around.

Universal ConsciousnessBrahma Baba was the

possessor of a unique anduniversal consciousness. Thismade him see and consider theworld as One World Family(Vasudhaivam Kutumbakam). With the same universal vision,he saw all equally irrespectiveof their multifarious outwarddifferences of castes, colours, creeds, languages, religions, nationalities, sexes, places ofbirth, cultures, etc. because inhis heart of heart he thought thateach and every soul belong tothe same Universal Father andthe same metaphysical spiritualSweet Home, Soul World. sense of divisive local, regional, national attitude entered oraffected his cosmopolitan mind. The integrated concept ofoneness of the universe enabledhim to practically translate thespirit of One World andInternational Understanding inhis own manners and behaviors. The combined souls of BrahmaBaba and the Supreme Soul inhis body working unanimouslyfor the transformation of thesouls and the world is stillincognito to many, yet the effectand result of such combinedwork is quite a spectacular markof manifestation of the universalconsciousness at work. Thisfact is clearly perceptible in thetremendous growth of theBrahma Kumaris family inevery part of the world, creatinga practical sense of unity andintegrity in all, who come incontact with any member of thisfamily.

Complete RenunciationA perfect embodiment of

renunciation, he surrenderedwithout hesitation everything ofhis personal belongings instantlyat God’s command to serve theworld with body, mind, spirit andwealth. The unprecedentedrenunciation of his self for thegreater benefit of others and theworld at large has been a greatand extraordinary work ofspiritual regeneration, rejuvenation and rehabilitation

according to the SupremeDirections of the IncorporealSupreme Soul, the SupremeFather. Renunciation of one soullike him created a uniqueexample for many others tofollow him in the same spirit. Hisspirit enlightened so manydimmed spirits and elevated

them to their original deity status, highlighting their many othervirtues with this virtue ofrenunciation. He devoted his fulltime, even sacrificed his rest andhappiness for the betterment andwelfare of others because heknew very well that the ignorant, unhappy and sorrowful soulsbadly need his special service atthis time. It is only he who hasto come to their rescue andrespond to their desperate SOS

Whoelse will reignite their dimmedsouls and accompany them intheir back journey to homeunless he sacrificed his all intime of their need? Selfless Service toMankind

If anyone is presumed tohave practically translated thedictum “Service to mankind isservice to God” in the world,he is the one to do so in the truesense of the term. Though, inreality, the Incorporeal GodShiva is the only selfless serverof the humankind, he copiedHim and became the replica ofselfless socio-spiritual serviceto the souls of the world as he

did this voluntarily withoutexpecting anything in returnfrom anyone. Even aftermaking the will of everything hehad to Om Mandali for thelarger service of the humanity,he had not spent a single pie forsatisfying any selfish motive ofhis own self or of any of hisfamily members. He led a lifeof great simplicity, immaculatepurity, utmost generosity ofheart and loyalty to God’s taskwith a view to making holisticbenevolence to the souls of theworld. He took to unlimitedhermitage (sannyas) and didthe untiring spiritual service ofthe souls from a bamboo hut inMadhuban till he breathed hislast. At the supreme commandof the Supreme Soul, hemaintained the state of soul-consciousness in every breatheven while successfullydischarging all theresponsibilities of spiritualservice, dealing with the variousproblems of the spiritualchildren, and thereby becomingthe embodiment of selflessservice. The Exemplary ExampleIt is rightly said, “God has

made man in His own image.”He was the first Man, theAdam - Adi Dev - who dideverything, from the mostordinary menial household workto the most sublime works likespiritual discourses and

practical meditation, in the firstinstance as an example for thechildren, for he knew very wellthis fact that there was noneelse other than him to do thesefor them. Only he himself wasnext to God, the Supreme Soul, and he had to become the‘chosen one’ by God to becomethe exemplary example beforeothers to be followed. Since forcreating the new world of theGolden Age every Direction ofthe Incorporeal God wascompletely new to the humanity,he had to face the oppositionfrom all fronts as he professedthe new and practicalobservance of purity inhousehold life. But, hesuccumbed to no opposition andantagonism of any sort as heknew very well that thesewould come in his mostrighteous path only to go at last, and that it was God’s Commandand His ordinance for each andevery soul to observe purity withthe practice of Rajayoga inorder to earn the most enviablepassport for entering theSatyuga, the World of Heaven.Considering himself as the firstand foremost instrument ofGod, he at best made himselfthe first and only example ofpurity and many other cardinalvirtues and spiritual qualities atthe age of sixty for others tofollow and inculcate. In thisway, to quote the words of

English poet John Milton in hisepic poem Paradise Lost,Brahma Baba practically“justified the ways of God tomen”, thereby making his life anopen book for many to read andrejuvenate their lives on thebasis of it. Thus, he alsotranslated practically the saying– “Example is better thanprecept” – in all aspects ofservice.

Prajapita Brahma, theGreat Great Grand Father

of the HumanityAfter Incorporeal God

Shiva’s descent in his body andrenaming of him as PrajapitaBrahma, he took for himself theonerous task of fostering theadopted children as the solefather of the humanity along withJagadamba Saraswati, theWorld Mother, both lovinglycalled as Baba and Mamma. Ashe knew very well that God isplaying His multifarious roles asFather, Mother, Teacher,Preceptor, Consort, Friend andCompanion for the souls of theworld, he undertook this spiritualtask of caring them and sharingwith them God’s knowledge anddivine virtues with tremendouscaution and responsibility. Hecarried on this task soaccurately, punctiliously andlovingly that all the souls, whocome in contact with him, feltthe ethereal and blissful feelingsof selfless love, mercy and

forgiveness in his person. Heshowered upon them hisbounteous love, sympathy andcompassion so overwhelmingly

that the loving words “MeraBaba” automatically come out oftheir hearts for him as they all gotquite impressed with his amiablepaternal cares, sweet andsoothing behaviours. In hisenactment of God’s various roles,he made himself equal to God(Bap Saman), thereby justifyinghis own role of Brahma asdepicted in the Hindu Trinity –Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar. Asa result of this spiritual fosteringof souls as the father of thehumanity in the transitionalSangam Yuga, he is alsodestined to foster the Deity Worldin Heaven as the Emperor of theGolden Age in the form ofVishnu, the symbol of thecombined roles of Shree Lakshmiand Shree Narayana, withMamma playing the role of his

consort as the EmpressLakshmi. His playing of the roleof Brahma in Sangam Yugaand that of Vishnu in Satyugais accurately portrayed asBrahma is shown and seenensconced on the lotus, protruding out of the navel ofVishnu. This means thatPrajapita Brahma, who fostersthe souls as the creator andfather of humanity in SangamYuga on behalf of God FatherShiva, will also play the role ofVishnu: Jagadamba Saraswatithen playing the role ofEmpress Shree Lakshmi andBrahma then playing the roleof Emperor Shree Narayan inthe Golden Age. For this highlysignificant and universal rolethat he played in this world onbehalf of the Incorporeal GodFather in bestowingindiscriminatingly andungrudgingly equal love andspiritual succour to souls of allcultures, communities, religions, languages, nations, creeds, faiths and beliefs, he wasappropriately regarded as thefather of the humanity(Prajapita) by all. In this role,he also became the unifyingfactor in spreading vibrations ofthe spirit of ‘unity in diversities’in the world and, at the sametime, in fastening them all in theloving and unitary bond of ‘OneGod, One World, and OneFamily’. SECRET OFHAPPINESS

Once a curious discipleasked Buddha, “Iwant happiness’.

Buddha said, first remove ‘I’that is ego; then remove “want”that is desire. See, now, you areleft with only “happiness”.

That was a message ofBuddha to all the people, whoare, today, searching for peaceand happiness in the outsideworld. We keep looking forhappiness in family and friends,in jobs and promotions, or inmoney acquisition and security. All these are externallydependent, in which happinessis confused with stimulation, excitement, achievement, acquisition or relief. But, inreality, happiness is notconcerned with any of them. The problem with thistemporary excitement is that itis inherently fleeting, it neverlasts because the objects ofhappiness don’t last. But, stillmost of us go through lifelooking for things to “make ushappy”. And since our happy“fix” is never permanent, wekeep looking for it. The real

happiness is not dependent onobjects, but it is a state of mindcultivated through mentaldiscipline.

Real happiness comes fromhaving an unassailableconnection with the inherentinternal being, i.e., being awareof the real self. Practice ofRajyoga Meditation is apowerful way to awaken us towho we really are and toexperience happiness as a stateof spiritual consciousness thatalready exists within us. Whenwe meditate, we go beyond thevicious cycle of waste thoughts, memories and emotions thattend to keep us stuck in our

ego’s story of who we areexternally. As we meditateregularly, we let go of theconditioned external beliefs andaccumulated physical andmental toxicity that cloud ourperception of our original, essential, inherent, internal, inner spiritual nature.

We enter a new state ofawareness and discover ourown inner fountain of joy, asource of happiness that is notdependent on anyone oranything external, and mostimportantly we get a sense andtaste of contentment. Spiritualhappiness is a direct result ofinculcation of spiritualknowledge, values, spiritualityand regular practice ofRajayoga meditation. Withoutcomplete knowledge of the self, one cannot remain everpeaceful and truly happy.

MIND CONTROLThere are times when my mind faces inertia: it can either bethat the fast speed of thoughts is tough to control, or there is alack of enthusiasm to think new and different. An efficient driverhas good control over both the accelerator and brake. Similarly,my day runs smoothly when I can operate the mind andintellect to manoeuvre the flow of thoughts and generateproductive thoughts as I wish. The best way to enhance mymind is to take few minutes out at regular intervals to clean outunnecessary and waste thoughts, and focus my attention onthe Supreme, the Ocean of Power and Divinity.

The term ‘intelligence’(derived from the Latinword intelligere)

literally means reading betweenthe lines. In other words, it is allabout seeing behind the obviousevents/happening/things andarriving at an intuitivediscernment, or seeing with thethird eye of knowledge. Seeinga gift you received is theordinary seeing, but seeing alsothe love of the giver behind thatgift is the real seeing. Seeingcards arranged as a pyramid isthe ordinary seeing, but seeingthe forces acting in variousdirections, nullifying each otherand, thus, making the pyramidshape possible, is the real seeing.Seeing a seed is the ordinaryseeing, but seeing within it theinvisible program of origin, growth and development inwhich all the future generationsremain inherent, is the realseeing.

Seeing only with physical eyesmay also be boring. If a masonsees only construction materialsand tools and works only formoney, he may be mechanicalin his work. But, if he sees theend-product in the screen of his

mind and works with thisattitude: ‘I am partaking in thenation-building, or in theconstruction of a beautifulpalace, etc;’ then, he will havethe joy of work with eachworking day passing like asecond. So is the case with ourliving on this planet earth. Veryfew people enjoy living herewhereas the vast majority ofthem are not enjoying becausethey lack the real seeing; and, hence, almost living in darknesswithout even knowing theanswer to the primary question:“Who am I?” and other vitalquestion “What or who rulesover the events andhappenings?”

Truth behind one’s bodyThe ordinary eyes see oneself

just as a body, but this is notscientific. Francis Crick, co-discoverer of the double-helixDNA, declares that “it is not truethat mere firing of neurons in thebrain could indicateconsciousness… Physics hasyet to explain how consciousnesscould come about through firingof neuron in the brain.” ScientistRoger Penrose says, “Right now, science is too limited for (our

understanding) it.” Scientistsknow the particles of whichthings and objects are made upof, but the real nature of objectscontinues to evade them. Theuniverse is composed of wavesand it is a modification of itsoriginal substance that remainshidden behind the waves andmodification. The sense organsthat catch the waves andmodifications are themselvesmodification of the substance orof its waves. Each one of themcan catch only a singlemodification. Hence, no senseorgan is capable ofcomprehending what lies behindthe waves or modifications.Further, body is made of billionsof cells. Just like an employerinstructs his employees forperforming various tasks, DNAinstructs the cell. DNA is a multi-billion-lettered program tellingthe cell to act in a very detailedway exactly how the person’sbody should develop. Behind thisinstruction program, a real seerwould see an immaterial builderat work.

Interestingly, neuroscientistsunwittingly add anotherdimension to the aboveconclusion because they say thathuman brain not only processesmore than a million messages asecond but also weighs theimportance of all this data, filtering out the relativelyunimportant. This screening

The World Renewal

function is what allows us tofocus and operate effectively inour world. Such a screening ordiscriminating function ischaracteristic of the soul, whichis an immaterial reality behindthe brain. That is why brainbecomes a trash when the sparkof life [(the source of which issoul (atma)] leaves the body. This means that the soul, aninvisible actor, is more importantthan the body it uses. When thesoul (atma) exits, the body

becomes inactive, and when thesoul (atma) enters an unbornbody in the womb, it becomesactive which means that the soul(atma) can exist with or withoutbody. This gives a short answerto the question “Who am I?” Iam the soul (atma) that uses thisbody. That means body and itsorgans such as brain are like thehardware of a computer and thesoul (atma) and its qualities arelike the operating systems. This

explains why we see intelligencebehind the brain, whichexpresses itself as the ability toreason, to produce feelings, tocreate motion pictures in dream,to plan, to take action, to relateto other people, to know whethersomebody loves or not, to seekthe Supreme Father, etc. Thisalso explains why we have greatthirsts, such as thirst forunconditional love and thirst forrighteousness (which cannot besatisfied by any amount ofwealth or fame). This gives anextended answer to the question“Who am I?” I am the activeprinciple, invisible reality, theconscious and immaterial entitywithin this body; thus I am aspiritual being, which is the exactrepresentation of the very Beingof Supreme Soul, my HeavenlyFather. I am existing, I haveexisted in a baby body, I haveexisted in a child body and in anadult body, and also in manybodies through many births. Icame through my parents (notfrom them), and parents alsocame through their parents (notfrom them), which shows thenumerous births the soul (atma)takes. The fact that the soul(atma) took a body once meansthat it can do so any number oftimes–infinite into the past andinfinite into the future. In this realseeing, body and its relationshipsbecome less important, and what

used to agitate or excite usbefore, will no longer do so.With this real seeing andunderstanding, we feel sopowerful and perfectly balancedin all situations because eachone of us is now convinced that“I am a soul (atma), a child ofthe Almighty Supreme Soul.”

Truth behind happeningsThe ordinary eyes see an

action or happening separately(often lamenting “why ithappened to me”) whereas theauthentic eyes see an action orhappening as the part of a flow.Science states that nothinghappens isolated, the fact ofwhich Sir Isaac Newtondetailed through the three lawsof motion: nothing happenswithout something preceeding toit. Then, there is String Theory, also called, Theory ofEverything (ToE), whichsuggests that the fundamental“positive-energy unit” in ouruniverse is not any “elementaryparticles” but vastly smaller“strings of energy” and, thus, gives a common explanation forthe four main forces seen inNature such as theelectromagnetic force, thestrong nuclear force, the weaknuclear force and the gravitationforce. In other words, when youapply the laws, principles andrelationships of physics to thefour fundamental forces and all

the associated elementaryparticles, sit back and watch;then, you would see the universeunfold as it should – no differentfrom what it is now. Scottishphysicist Peter Higgs (NobelPrize laureate for his work onthe mass of subatomic particles)envisioned an energy field whereparticles interact with a keyparticle, called the Higgs boson.Richard Feynman (Nobel Prizewinner for quantumelectrodynamics) said, “Whynature is mathematical is amystery...The fact that there arerules at all is a kind of miracle.”(The Meaning of It All:Thoughts of a Citizen-Scientist by Richard Feynman).Such teachings are nowabundant. All these scientificvisions of everything being runby precise laws and beingconnected are echoed in everyKalpa (cycle of 5000 years):“Everything is threaded onMe like stringed pearls.”(Bhagavat Gita 7:7). ShivaBaba further simplified thiswhole mechanism of Cause andEffect calling it as “His righthand” (Murli 12/9/2016) asthough it is the key departmentwith an ever-vigilant andunerring overseer. Accepting thetruth that everything is linkedand everything that happens isgoverned by laws, gives us innerpeace and we begin to see anyevent in its totality – many

factors and forces are at work. The effect of this true vision isthat we pleasantly agree thatwhatever happened shouldhappen the way it did. Such aperson would stop asking“why?”, but instead always say“Wow!” which is a sign that lifehas become a celebration.

Having eyes of a seer haseternal benefits in view of thefact that history repeats exactlyin every Kalpa. People withordinary eyes may thinkeverything is routine – day andnight, cycle of seasons, raincycle, cycle of yugas. The samethings go on repeating; and weeat the same food, meet thesame people, etc. In thisordinary seeing, life may seemboring. But, the real seer wouldsee also what happens behind theobvious as Heraclitus did: “Noman ever steps in the same rivertwice, for it’s not the same riverand he’s not the same man.” Heknew that all things are in motionand nothing is at rest andeverything is always changing inevery respect. We may beeating the same food every day,yet the food we tasted today isnot the yesterday’s food – theyare different. People with whomwe often interact are not thesame today, because today theircircumstances are different, their experiences are different, their attitudes are different.Even the very basic units of life

– cells – are not the same today.“Your body is constantlyreplacing old cells with new onesat the rate of millions persecond. By the time you finishreading this sentence, 50 millionof your cells will have died andbeen replaced by others.” (http://www.sciencemuseum.org.uk/w h o a m i / f i n d o u t m o r e /yourbody/whatdoyourcellsdo/howoftenareyourcellsreplaced).God Shiva himself testifies tothis fact saying, “Each person, each person’s role, each day, each happening is not the sameas the other.’(Murli 22.09.2017)

In the eyes of a real seer, there is nothing to feel bored.Every moment is new. The realseer is motivated to sing in hisheart that God is his real beauty,He is his true music and his lifeis the lyrics that bring praisesto Him. This can happen to youif you practise meditation(Rajayoga).

OUR CLOTHING MUSTREFLECT OUR DIVINITY:

HOW, WHAT AND WHO WE ARE

It is good to regard God but great to obey His Directions.

In our society, typicallyyou can identify someoneby the type of clothes he/

she wears. A businessman willprobably be wearing a suit. Anathlete wears sport ingclothes. A policeman wears auniform. Similarly, a divineperson is recognized by theouter and inner clothes(thoughts) he/she wears. Yourclothes verily identify yourattitudes and actions and showhow, what and who you are.

Today, everyone hasbecome a victim of wearingfashionable clothes that makethem increasingly heavy andtired. Your outer and innerclothes (thoughts) make youall too easily tired and weak;so, you fall into bed mostnights being quite exhaustedand, then later, do not wish toget out of bed in the morning. Are you familiar to suchfeelings?

The armour they carrydefeats them with i tsfalseness and weight. Theseclothes that you always wearare not 100% cotton or nylon

but pieced together daily fromyour poor lifestyle that ismade up from bad habits. Some clothes worn by peopleare of low quality fabric(constantly negative with poorattitude and thinking patterns).Bad clothing habits are acommon fashion of today. Youcan see that everyone dressesthe same (thinks and acts thesame).

People send these clothesas beautifully packed gifts toothers as well . But ,unfortunately, these giftscome back to them. It’s like achain mail they unwittinglysend to themselves and whichgets delivered to them as thefirst thing every morning. Onevery doorstep can be foundthis parcel marked with apoisonous hazardous sticker(containing negativevibrations) waiting to beopened and worn. Everyoneopens this box and keepdeceiving themselves by notacknowledging the contentswithin it.

Can you see all the unhappy

people chained to bad habits?Negative thinking is difficult toshake off and this uniformmakes them walk with acrutch or walking stick. Thesewalking aids (vices) causepeople to end up gettinginnumerable splinters andpains as they walk through life.

The world does not see thisfashion as slavery but sees itas freedom. People fail torealise that they are bound tobad clothing habits (bondagesof lust, anger, greed andwrong attitudes), and thiscreates a lifestyle of sin, which comes back to hauntpeople.

Fashionable clothes with a‘Lead’ label have been infashion for thousands ofyears. The fashionableclothes make you lose yourreal dignity and identity overthe years as you wear them. They also shrink until you feeluncomfortable andinsignificant as you knowyou’ve become part of a hugemiserable crowd of whicheveryone is now a ful lmember.

Handcuffs and lead shoesare what people unknowinglywear when they leave thehouse. They walk about in thisheavy, all-consuming, tiringuniform day and night. Their

clothes have becomeomnipresent and yet remain theincognito fashion that causesthem all their illnesses andsorrows. If you wish to be trulyhappy you need to take off thoseclothes (thoughts) and throwthem away. It’s no good thinking;you can clean them by puttingthem in the washing machinebut the best way to happiness isto discard them and replacethem with new clothes (thoughtsof soul-consciousness).

Now, what shall I weartoday? This mantra is spokenand chanted all over the worldconstantly and is sinking itspeople in its polluted sea andtemple of life.

Unfortunately, many of usstart a habit of this automateddressing up (habit of negativethinking) at a young age.Eventually, it can becomeexcessive, wrapping its armsaround us and weighing usdown. Some days, you dressnicer than others; but, generally, your style (thinking pattern)remains the same. Enjoy your‘today’s fashion’ if you like andcan but they will not give youthe confidence, comfort and thecharacter to live a worthwhilelife.

CONSCIOUSNESS OFBEING AN INSTRUMENT

OF SERVICE

The speed of the instruments of science can never match the speed of the soul.

A true server means one,who never forgets thefact that Supreme God

Father inspires the service to bedone but He is the One, who ismaking one do everything.Where there is theconsciousness of being aninstrument of service, there willautomatically be theconsciousness of humility.

The key quality required inthe field of service, isinstrument-consciousness(nimitbhaav). Even God saysmany a time that the firstinculcation (dharna) orqualification required in a serveris the instrument-consciousness. Let us explorebelow what instrument-consciousness means, and howto inculcate it.

What is Instrument-consciousness?

I am the instrument ofservice, God makes me do. Theword ‘service’ applies to any actwe do, including all normalworks, caring for relations andall our other roles andresponsibilities.

Suppose, one does awonderful piece of work throughhis phone, and gets excellentresults. Who will get the creditfor this good work? The phoneor the user?

Although the work wouldn’thave been possible without thephone but it is just the medium. Moreover, everyone has thisinstrument, but not everyone doessuch good work through it.Hence, credit always goes to theuser, who uses his skills andtalents to get the work done.

Similarly, in a puppet show, thepuppet master gets the creditsrather than the puppets becausealthough it is the puppets that arevisible, actually the puppetmaster controls everything.Similarly, in the field of spiritualservice, God motivates us to do,we are just the instrumentsbecause:

God is the Bestower of thespecialities useful in service. He provides us the opportunityof doing service, i.e., theopportunity of applying ourspeciality in action. While doing service, He is the

One who guides us.Hence, at all the stages of

spiritual service, it is God, whois the facilitator; hence, Hedeserves credit for the eventualsuccess in service. Indeed, Heis the backbone of each form ofspiritual service that we do:

When we are performing anyaction, He is the inspirer. When we are speaking orsharing words of wisdom, itis based on our inculcation ofvirtues, our spiritualexperiences or churning ofGod’s knowledge. It is the experience ofnumerous souls thatsometimes they end upspeaking some point they hadnever thought of, and it isexactly this point that touchesmany hearts and elevatesthem. This is one of theprimary examples of how Godis the actual facilitator ormotivator. When we are spreading purevibrations, it is God, who givesus the power to create anelevated state of mind.He is the foundation of

spiritual knowledge; hence, Hedeserves the credit for whateverservices we do. So, in order tobe an instrument of God, oneneeds to allow God’s qualities toflow through one’s life. It meansto be always available and beresponsible for God’s task tohappen.

– B.K. Viral, Borivali (West), Mumbai

The World Renewal

22 February, 2018

God also mentions that theworld-transformation is His task. However, He gives the serviceopportunities to His children tohelp them build their ownfortune; hence, it is all God’stask, we are just very fortunateto get the opportunity of givingthe support of our little finger.

If we really accept thatindeed God is behind all ouractions, we won’t be attractedto subtle desires of getting nameand fame, or any favours inrecognition of our acts. The Instrument Accepts All

and the ResultsSuppose, there are 3-4 knives

(instruments) in the kitchen forcutting vegetables. If we chooseone particular knife, the otherknives won’t jump up andquestion: ‘Why did you not useme?’

Similarly, instrument-conscious person does not holdon to the service, demanding thatonly he/she should be given theopportunity. He/she is happy tosee God’s work being done, whoever be the person doing it.

The instrument-consciousperson also accepts the results. An instrumental server willconsider the self as both childand master. Instrument-consciousness means to givesuggestions and ideas to thehigher concerned souls, and thento accept their decision in the

right spirit of a child, withoutexpecting, resisting or blaming, etc.

Inculcating Instrument-Consciousness

In order to inculcate this divinequality, we need to contemplateon the spiritual knowledge andcreate the following thoughts inmeditation:

Baba is the motivator ofservice, I am just theinstrument.Baba has given me thisspeciality, this opportunity ofservice to me.It is Baba’s service. It is Baba’s task of worldtransformation. All the souls are Baba’schildren.I am becoming very light; Igive all my burdens to Baba.My mind is silent, Baba maynow use me as He wishes. Many, many thanks to Babafor making me an instrumentof service.I am the most fortunate to beused by Baba in His service.Only Baba is mine, none else.I will serve on the basis of HisShreemat only.

Best Practices forInculcation

Most of us accept that we arejust the instruments in service. However, the feeling of ‘my andmine’ creeps inside in a verysubtle manner for which subtle

checking is required.Hence, the inculcation of the

following practices at eachstage of service helps greatly toboost instrument-consciousness.Once, we consciously followthese practices for some time, they become a natural habit.

Before Doing Service:An instrument soul is one, whois ever-ready for service, hasthe habit of always saying‘yes’ and is ready for all typesof service, i.e., he/she is all-rounder.Before starting an act ofservice, it is a very goodpractice to invoke God. Thisgreatly increases the feelingthat He is behind all that wedo.

During Service: While performing service, letus check whether we arefeeling light or burdened.Whenever burden is felt, remind the self that God isresponsible; He is the doerand become light. Check whether we are doingthis service following theShreemat or not. If, even subtly, we create anegative thought for theservice, for the souls beingserved or for our servicecompanions, it is notinstrument-consciousness. God is unlimited and so is Hisservice. Hence, the service

A soul, who maintains his self-respect and honour, can never be distressed.

The World Renewal

23February, 2018

by an instrument soul shouldalways be done with anunlimited attitude for thebenefits of all; if there arelimits, attachments, etc., it isnot instrument-consciousness.

After Service:Thank God for always beingthere as a Companion.Check, if we are able toquickly detach ourselves fromthe service after it is finished;only then it is instrument-consciousness.If we keep waiting forappreciation, feedback, etc.,it is not instrument-consciousness.When someone appreciatesour service, check inside if weaccept this, or thank God forhelping us do this service. Itis a very good practice tothank God every timesomeone appreciates us. Thisgreatly enhances instrumentconsciousness. When a thought of gettingsomething in return of theservice arises, it means, subtly,we believe that we are thedoers; hence, it is notinstrument consciousness. If at any time, we create athought or feeling ofpossessiveness, i.e. this is ourservice, our students, ourachievements, our ideas oropinions, it is not instrument-consciousness.

And most importantly, themore purity we inculcate, themore we stay inremembrance of God, themore effectively He can useus.

Application of Knowledgein Service

The above knowledge forinculcating instrumentconsciousness can be applied inspiritual service as well as in ourloukik work, while caring forrelations etc.

This can be done byconsidering:

Our home as God’s home orplace of serviceOur family members/colleagues as God’s childrenOur works/householdactivities as God’s serviceOur profession/career as ameans to serve societyHence, in this manner,

instrument-consciousness easilytransforms our routine worldlyactivities into elevated spiritualpractices. Hence, we do thesame tasks externally as before, but it is now filled with a lot ofdivinity, purity, love, happiness, peace, etc.

Benefits of Instrument-Consciousness

Instrument-consciousnessfrees us from burden andmakes us light; this lightnessactually increases efficiencyresulting in quality of service

outside.Even if any issues arise, Iremain free from worry sinceit is His service and Hisresponsibility. It makes our life very simple, since we simply follow HisSupreme Directions and Hetakes care of everything else.It is very closely connected tothe attitude of surrendering toGod (Samarpan Bhaav),which has innumerablebenefits.I t leads to a sense oftrusteeship, i .e . , theawareness that this body, mind, wealth, relations etc.,which I am managing arenot mine, but belong to Godonly. It allows us to accomplishgreat tasks without feelingtired. It frees us from the resultsof actions; from fear offailure or actual failuresince we know that He isthe Doer and every sceneis beneficial; and also freesus from ego.If we serve with trueinstrument consciousness, itbuilds up tremendousamount of fortune.Otherwise, the fortune getsused up here only, God saysaccepting name and fame islike eating up an unripefruit.

Fill your vision with mercy and good wishes for all to avoid arrogance.

It is an easy method to combine servicewith remembrance, i.e., to become aKarmayogiSince we often appreciate God, we forma more loving and close relationshipwith our Spiritual Father.Service is the easiest method ofreceiving blessings from God.When the clutter of ‘me and mine’ isabsent, it allows God to touch us easily,i.e., allows us to easily receive Histouching. This acts as a magical andpowerful catalyst in service.Since this is Baba’s quality, it is one ofthe methods to follow the Father andbecome equal to Him.With instrument-consciousness, evenwhen we give instructions, the resultingvibrations of purity and lightness makethe service companions satisfied andwilling to co-operate.When we consider ourselves asinstruments of His service and are inHis remembrance, the resultingvibrations charge the surroundingatmosphere. This benefits everyonearound us.

ConclusionIndeed, if we become an instrument

server, it means we end up excelling inall the four Godly subjects: We trulyunderstand His knowledge (Gyan); ourconnection or relation (Yoga) with Godbecomes very powerful since we workin God-consciousness; we inculcate(Dharna), the most elevated virtue ofsoul consciousness, and this results ingreat service (seva) done through us.

A great soul, who experiences divinity, is innocent of Maya and all wastes.

SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE &RAJAYOGA MEDITATION

STRENGTHEN ONE’SCONSCIENCE

One cannot become a star or hero by teasing or harassing another.

The conscience is theheart and soul of aperson. It determines

his/her character. If a manlistens to the voice of his goodconscience he would not needanyone else in his life, to judgeand punish him. But, for this, onehas to have a robust conscience. And one can strengthen one’sconscience through spiritualknowledge and RajayogaMeditation.

The word ‘conscience’ isdefined differently by differentphilosophers, psychologists andmoralists. But, a commondenominator to all the definitionsor explanations is that‘conscience’ is that ethical corein a person, which constantlyacts as a watchdog andcontinues to give a runningcommentary on the thoughts andbehaviour of the person vis-à-visother persons. The conscienceplays the role of an actor, director, commentator, judge, reformer, etc., under differentsituations. Sometimes, it raisesan inner whisper and, at othertimes, it speaks loudly or raisesan alarm. It makes self-criticism,

sometimes condemning one as asinner whereas, at other times, itapproves or commends one’sactions; thus, boosting his morale. It becomes stronger and strongerif it is listened to and ispunctiliously obeyed. But, it mayalso become weaker and weakerif it is neglected or overlooked.

Today, our society is marchingtowards barbarity, worse than wecould have even conceived acentury ago. Man has becomemore vulgar and beastly than heever was. Cruelty is writ large inhis dealings with only rareexceptions. After falling from‘paradise’- as some religiousscriptures narrate the story ofman - he has fallen further intoquagmire of vices. The worstthing is that man has lost hisconscience, his moral voices, andthe whisper of truth from within. If even at this stage, values arenot restored to their place, thenthere will be the greatest everdisaster - a moral disaster - thatwill plunge mankind into a seriesof economic, political, social andcivilizational crisis and, ultimately, all our wonderful progress willmix in the dust.

Our conscience originates inthe soul, which expresses itselfthrough the physical form. However, because ofmaterialism, our consciousnessor sense of self has becomeidentified with matter. Under theinfluence of matter and senseperceptions, we have lost contactwith the Divine as the foundationand reference point of our values. Our values, now, are corruptedby materialism.

The first step in re-establishinga spiritual foundation for ourvalues is to shift our sense ofidentity from matter to spirit orsoul-conscious awareness. Thesecond step is to establish andmaintain a strong connection withthe Supreme Soul, who is theunchanging, immutable source ofmoral rectitude and truth.

Meditating on the SupremeSoul is a very effective way todevelop conscience because Godis the Source of all values, virtues, qualities and powers. Suppose,we spend half an hour thinkingabout God’s love, what willhappen to us? We will start tocultivate feelings of love towardsothers. It helps us to forget anyhatred or dislike we might havefelt for anyone, because we startfeeling that their faults are notimportant for us to think at all. Inthis way, negative feelings departfrom our mind and we start tolive in an elevated state of pureconscience.

Self-Transformation

Would you reprimand a young child for their mischievousness or mistakes? Thoughit’s important to be firm in teaching discipline, a good parent or care-giver realisesthat the child is innocent of how it should behave. Therefore, the approach is patientand loving.

But what happens when we see adults making big-little errors? Our mature selfmakes us react, comment, argue and say “But they should know better…” It’s truethat adults have to be more responsible for their actions but that’s not always thecase. It’s in our best interest to accept that no matter how much we correctpeople they are likely to change at their own time. At times, we all come underthe influence of our sanskars, which compel us to act against better judgement. Aswe are in the same boat, keeping faith and good wishes for others (andourselves) is the best way to bring about better self-transformation.

GETTING HEALED OF OCD(OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE

DISORDER) WITH SOUL-CONSCIOUSNESS

A handsome hand is one that supports and helps others in troubles.

The term OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive - Disorder)

refers to a mental illness, whichrelates to, characterized by, oraffected with recurringobsessions and compulsionsespecially as symptoms of aneurotic state. This illnessinvolves repeating actions orthinking too much about certainthings.

When we first become awareof a perceived unwantedthought/impulse that pops up inour field of consciousness(which most may dismiss asbenign), possibly while goingthrough a particularly stressfulperiod, we feel threatened, scandalized or diminished by ourown thought. Did I just thinkthat? What does it mean aboutwho I am? It doesn’t fit in withour sense of self. So, we feelscared. It’s like we have a self-image of being a responsible, good, God-fearing, loving personand that thought has dented orrather punctured that self-image, thereby causedsignificant mental pain or illness.Instinctively, we attempt to deny,

counter or suppress that thought, but when we do that, we havealmost unwittingly taken the baitoffered by OCD and landedourselves into the arena of afight that is doomed to fail, unlesswe at some stage bring in adeep level of awareness of whowe truly are and accept that notall our thoughts and emotionsmay currently be in line with ourtrue self – a realization that weare neither the egoist self-imageof ‘me the good girl’ that we hadbefore OCD struck nor theblasphemous, potentiallydangerous person or a blemishon mankind that OCD tells uswe are.

By suppressing, denying ordisowning any part of ourselves,we get caught in a cycle ofshame and guilt that only fattensand energizes the OCD monster. Our brains get wired to startflagging the negative, putting aspotlight on the intrusive. Andsince energy flows whereattention goes, that means weonly get more and more of whatwe so desperately want toavoid. It gets disorienting and

debilitating. It generally takessome time, sometimes years forus, to discover the name of thisvicious cycle. ‘This crazy thingthat is happening to me has aname. It is called OCD(Obsess ive -Compuls iveDisorder). For some, it may spellrelief to know that they are notthe only ones on the planet toget intrusive thoughts and thebooks say that it is unlikely thatwe will act on those thoughts.Phew! A few moments of peacebefore a new battle begins. Weare now not just fighting theunwanted thoughts but areresolved to fight the OCD. Wegather the knowledge, do theexercises, join groups, workhard. In moments or days ofclarity, we wonder what all thatdrama was all about. Theirrationality of the OCD looks soapparent. We feel that we havewoken up from a nightmare anddecide to leave it behind us. But,OCD may not be done with us.It strikes again, managing tooutwit us. We may have becomewiser, but OCD knows ourvulnerabilities only too well. Wefeel defeated and feel the needto work harder. We pull up oursocks and decide to fight hardertill OCD becomes our new story, our biggest identity. But, sinceour aim is to prove that we are‘good/ sane/ responsible/ safe’,from a standpoint of feelingunworthy, small and ‘bad’, the

project goes on to infinity. Noamount of proof will be enough,no amount of trying to be good, will let us off OCD’s hook. Thestandards just get higher. Afteryears of fighting, we maybecome desperate and hopelessand feel further and further awayfrom the spontaneous, naturallyand effortlessly kind person wewere. We long to go back andwish to reclaim our lives. But, isthere any light at the end of thetunnel? Any end to this drainingbattle?

Though my OCD often usedspirituality (scrupulosity) totorture me, I seem to have comefull circle and have found myredemption through divingdeeper and understanding thetrue meaning of this very samespirituality in my life. As I trulyunderstand and moreimportantly experience that I amnot just my body, my role, myhistory or my thinking patterns, but I am a ‘spiritual being’,essentially pure and free andbalanced, a conscious shiftbegins to happen in myconsciousness and life.

At the Brahma KumarisWorld Spiritual University(BKWSU), I learnt that havinghad a long journey on the planetfor five thousand years, we havedeveloped a kind of spiritualamnesia. We don’t rememberwho we really are; and, hence,

all the pain. When we trulyunderstand that there is the‘being’ (our ‘true self’ withinherent beautiful qualities) andthere is the ‘false self’ (ourlayers of unconscious thinking,b o d y - c o n s c i o u s n e s s ,accumulated pain), we can stayrooted in soul-consciousness,become aware of our faultythinking patterns and changethem without feeling guilty orashamed. But, when we feel thatour thoughts and actions are ouronly identity, then we may notalways like what we are lookingat. And from a space of self-rejection, self-transformationcan’t happen. So, we keeprunning in circles. It is only whenwe stop cursing, complainingabout, wishing away, attacking, denying or fearing the darkness, and bring in the light of trueunderstanding, the need to fightdissolves. Paradoxically, we winby giving up the fight.

So, is this ‘insight’ a ‘happilyever after insight’? Not at all. But, it is an insight that perhapsmay remind me to offer lesserresistance to whatever comes upfrom within and without. Aninsight that may remind me thatbeing in the space of ‘allowing’and ‘connecting with who I ambeneath my story’, even for afew moments each day, is moreempowering than ‘trying hard tofix myself’ and ‘fighting for

peace’.So, while we definitely need

some functional knowledge ofhow OCD works and whatkeeps it in place, we do need todo the recommended exercises, recognize our obsessions andcompulsions and so on; and, perhaps, take the help ofspiritual medication and practiceof Rajayoga meditation thatmakes us soul-conscious withthe realization that we are aspiritual being/entity – aconscient point-of-divine light. What really brings about healingis entering a space of soul-consciousness; a space ofsurrender and acceptance. It isthe ego/OCD that demandscertainty. In the space of soul-consciousness, there arisesfaith; faith that no matter whathappens, as long as I staycantered in soul-consciousness,it’s all OK.

At the Brahma Kumariscentre I visit every day, I’mlearning this basic lesson. Notonly in theory but in practice.Reinforced every single day bitby bit, with practice andperseverance, the spiritual‘information’ we get startsbecoming our personal wisdom. We develop the spiritual muscleneeded to take responsibility forourselves, to face ourselves, toaccept and gently guide ourminds into more productive

channels. This time, I startfeeling or getting healed from astandpoint of knowing andrealizing that I am already good, all the qualities I so desire arealready in me, which are justneeding the nurturance ofattention and practice. Initially, the teachings triggered intenseanxiety in me, blasphemousthoughts attacked me when Iwent to the centre and made ittoo difficult for me to stay. I feelbroken down; but, then, relentedonly to feel a pull and returnagain and again, with increasingconviction that this is my path toliberation. If I can endure thediscomfort that OCD causesme, stay put, very soon, the paingives way to a deep peace. Godmay not be looking at me asOCD causes me to imagine. MyOCD mind can be looked at asa sensitive teenager, who just

needs validation,*acceptance, a sense ofdirection and unrelentingfaith that she has it in herto grow up to be a beautiful, authentic and virtuouswoman. And this path is notjust for saints, elevatedbeings, rebels or escapists.Rather, it is for everyordinary person, whodreams of bringing out theextraordinary in himself/herself. It is also for me: aperson naïve enough to fallinto this vicious circle butbrave enough to finally facemy fears.

Will I ever succeed, make it, be free of OCD,asks the ego/OCD? WillOCD not knock** me downagain? I don’t know. Andthat’s fine. But, when Ispend more and more

moments, operating from soul-consciousness in the Now, a littlevoice from within me says, “I’mdefinitely sculpting a beautifulfuture.”Notes:

*Validating yourself, when youhave OCD, does not mean attachingspecial significance to or analysingOCD thoughts or accepting them astrue. In fact, OCD thoughts are ego-dystonic and are as far from the truthas they can get. We need to digdeeper to find what our root fears, beliefs and judgements are and startvalidating and healing those.

**It has been several months.OCD knocks on my door every day.I’m just getting better at recognizingthe pesky salesman that OCD is,wanting to sell me alluring but uselesswares. I am not letting him it in, noteven arguing over the intercom butjust focusing my attention on moreconstructive and spiritual pursuits.

CO-OPERATIONCo-operation is, perhaps, one of the least recognised but most valuable of humanvirtues. So, for a person, to be co-operative means to have a quiet and keen eye forwhat is needed to bring success, and to supply it at the right time, in the right placeand then to be off. But, if someone, who co-operates, offers his/her services and thensplashes his/her name on the achievement, it is not said to be truly co-operative. Itrequires invisibility and precision to do and then to go without waiting for results. It alsotakes a discerning eye to see exactly what is needed, to be removed sufficiently fromone’s own approach to appreciation for and achievement of a task but just to contributeone’s one ingredient for the completion of the whole task or work. Sometimes, co-operation may even be an idea, cleverness, a quality or just lending a helping a hand,or a support.

ENJOY SPIRITUAL LIFEBASED ON POSITIVETHOUGHTS & DIVINE

VISIONS

Remembrance of God is the unpatented medicine for cure of all ills.

Man is a social animal. He is here toexperience life to the

fullest, which is possible byhaving cordial relations. However, today, relationshipsare no longer as deep andmeaningful as they used to beearlier. There is so muchfrict ion and confl ict inrelationships. People arecritical of each other and oneanother, and they expresstheir negative traits like anger, ego, jealousy, possessivenessand insecurity while coming ininteract ion through therelationships.

Our thoughts, personalitytraits, attitudes, and self-esteem determine the natureour relationships. Whileplanting a vegetable garden,we use new soil that hasnutrients in it so that the plantsgrow fast. Likewise, ourthoughts, personality traits, attitudes, values, and self-esteem comprise the nutrient-rich soil required for ourhuman relations to grow. Ourthoughts determine ourattitudes and visions, i.e., how

we see the world - eitherpositively with full of hope ornegatively with ful l ofdespair. With a negativeattitude, it is very difficult torelate to others, because theymay not want to be around usor like deliberately to avoid us.In contrast having a positivemindset can give us theconfidence to nurturerelat ionships, therebyresulting in developing positivehuman relations as well. Tomake our human relationsgrow and develop, we need tolook at our underlying thoughtprocesses, personali tycharacteristics, attitudes andvalues that help or hinder ourability and skill to relate toothers.

The biggest disappoint-ments in our lives are often theresults of misplacedexpectat ions. This isespecially true when it comesto our personal relationshipsand interactions with others. When we look at our day-to-day happenings, we are, usually, prone to see someundesirable traits or things in

others. Suppose, someone hasnot done things the way wewant them to be, then wequickly become disappointedand react with a sort ofinappropriate statement: ‘Thisfellow is not sincere. He is nothonest in his work. He is notfare to us. He is not doing thedesirable as it should be, etc.,’thereby forgetting the truththat most people have theirown thoughts and opinions, whereas we are expectingthem to consistently agreewith ours, which is quiteunrealistic.

Why do we unduly expectmore from others? Actually,as a result of not being awareof spiritual knowledge; we tryto seek undue expectationsfrom people and situations. Therefore, it is vital to applythe spiritual knowledge inevery aspect of ourinteraction with others. Tomake our relat ionshipsstronger, we need to basethem on the correctfoundation of understanding ofour own self and others, everlasting peace, love andjoy; and this means to lead alife in which there are noundue expectations fromothers no criticism of othersand also no intention to controlothers l ike wishing orexpecting them to follow oract according to our own

thoughts and opinions..When we stop expecting

people to be in a certain wayof our expectation or choice,we can t ru ly begin toappreciate them and theirthoughts and opinions. Thefirst step towards that is tostop trying to change themand begin to accept them asthey are by accepting “theotherness of others”. Whenwe try to change people, theyoften remain the same, butwhen we don’t try to changethem – when we supportthem and allow them thefreedom to be as they are –they gradually change in themost beautiful and possibleway. Because, what reallychanges is the way youperceive and see them.

We need to pay c loseat tent ion to people andrespect them for who theyare but not for what we wantthem to be. In contrast, often,we become cr i t ica l orjudgmental, thereby quicklygiving them labels such asstupid, nerd, insincere, ugly, etc. In fact, we really don’tknow most people half aswell as we believe we do; andtruly knowing them is a bigpart of what makes themwonderful and appreciable. Every human being is

LIVING IN PEACEIn order to live in peace, try not to depend on anyoneand at the same time try to help others not to dependon you. Rather help them to become independent, freeand responsible for their own lives. In the same way, ensure that you do not cause anyone sorrow and alsodo not allow others to be a source of hurt for you.

remarkable and beautiful; itjust takes a patient set ofeyes to see him/her. Themore we in tend tounderstand people, themore we are able to lookbeyond thei r outerappearance and see theinner beauty of who theytruly are in their spiritualand original essence.

The crux of spiritualwisdom is that we all areessentially and originallysouls. As we reaffirm ouroriginal spiritual identity, weremember that the otherperson is our soul-brotherand we are the spiritualchildren of the same spiritualone God Father, and weshare a common divine andeternal bond with Him. Thisknowledge, understandingrealisation brings to us thelong sought peace, love andjoy. The more oursanskaras are full of thesethree qualities, the more ourthoughts, words, attitudes

and actions will be full of thesequalities. As a result, ourrelationships will also show aclear reflect ion of thesequalities. In this way, we areable to go beyond the filters ofnegativity and weaknesses ofdifferent sorts; and, thus, everyone seems to us as pure, beautiful and divine like us weperceive and see them with theinner third eye of spiritualknowledge.

We meet so many peopleevery day. Let us look at themas our soul-brothers residing atthe centre of their foreheads –the sparkling stars of spiritualenergy, full of pure and divinequalities. In this way, they willreturn positively and similarlywhat we share with themthrough our positive thoughtsand divine visions. So, let usthink positive and think good, spread the energy of positivityto others all the time and enjoywhat we call a spiritual lifebased on positive thoughts anddivine vision.

supernatural birth of God, theknowledge which God ShivaHimself has revealed to us, hecan surely rise from a debasedsinner into a highly purified man.He can change himself from anestranged and orphaned soul intoa God-embraced and God-blessed one, from a powerlesshuman being into a doubly-crowned deity of heaven.

Why is Shiva’s DivineBirth Associated with

‘Ratri’?The most Beloved God Shiva,

the Supreme Father, has nowexplained that the term ‘night’is, in fact, a symbol of ignorance, drowsiness, tamoguna, lassitude, lasciviousness orindulgence in vices. In this sense,Dwapar Yuga and Kaliyuga,i.e., the second half-period of theWorld History-Cycle denotesthe ‘Night of the World’, becausethat is the period characterisedby ignorance, irreligiousness, sinfulness and lewdness. At theend of Kaliyuga (Iron Age)when even the Sadhus (Holymen) put up only an outwardshow and are devoid of puritywithin, when even the Gurus(preceptors) are mere impostorsand the Sanyasis (renunciates)do not renounce their vices andthe Acharyas have lost all highstandards of Achar (Character),i.e., when even those, who areexpected to be the source of

ethical and moral inspiration, areutterly degenerated, God FatherShiva, the most illustriousPreceptor descends into thisworld. In other words, whenunrighteousness and impurity inpersonal, social and internationalconduct reach their zenith andBharat, which was once theedifice of Purity, becomes averitable house of sin, hidden oropen, it is then that the adventof God Shiva, the Bestower ofPurity and Remover of Impurity, takes place in this world. Therefore, instead of celebratinga ‘birthday’ (as it is called in thecase of others), we celebrate the‘Birth Night’ of God Shiva.

The Extraordinary Way ofBirth of God Shiva, the

UnbornThe Most Venerated Supreme

Soul Shiva does not take birth asother beings do from the wombsof their respective mothers, because He is Himself theSupra-Cosmic, Father-Motherof all mankind and, being aboveKarma and the bondage causedby it, He is also free from thekind of birth the human beingsare subject to. Unlike other souls,He does not take a body that be‘His own’, because one’s ‘ownbody’ is had on the basis of one’spast actions and resolves(Samskaras). God Shiva doesnot perform any such actions andhas no such bondages andresolves as other beings have.

What He does is that Hedescends from the SupremeAbode and uses the medium ofa mediocre man, who has anaged body of ‘his own’, whichhe has acquired as a result ofhis past actions and resolves.God Shiva takes the body of thatman ‘on loan’ so to say, becauseHe requires a mouth-organ forunfolding the knowledge andspiritual yoga unto mankind. Thisbody serves as the corporealmedium or a vehicle for Shiva, the Supreme Soul. God FatherShiva only speaks through theoral organ of this man to divulgethe truth and to enlighten the pathof mankind. For this purpose, Hedescends from His SupremeAbode for short periods, as andwhen He so wills and then, having given the teachings, returns to His Abode. Thisextraordinary way of embodyingHimself into a man’s aged bodyor this entry into another’s body,is called the Divine Birth orSupernatural Incarnation of GodShiva and is peculiar to Him only.

When the Knowledgeful GodShiva reveals the Knowledge, which had hitherto gone intooblivion, through the mouth ofthis man, he (the latter) alsolistens to it and assimilates it,even as many others do, and inthis way, the souls transformthemselves into righteous andpious ones. The Most ExaltedGod Father Shiva gives this man

a new name because havingrenounced his previous ways, thisman is now changed and, as we say,is a ‘possessed man’. This man isnow given the name ‘PrajapitaBrahma’ by God Shiva. In otherreligions, he comes to be known asAdam or Adhem, the progenitor ofholy mankind. Those who listen tothe sermons of God, the SupremeFather, as uttered through the mouthof Prajapita Brahma, are known asBrahmins or the ‘oral progeny ofBrahma’ or the ‘mouth-children ofAdam’ or ‘Brahma Kumaris andBrahma Kumars’ and thisknowledge, which God gives, isknown as the ‘original Gita-Gyan’.

The Disappearance ofIgnorance and Vices after the

Advent of God ShivaIn this connection, it should be

known that when God Shiva, the Sunof Godly Knowledge, enlightensmankind through His Knowledge, this Knowledge makes a lasting andgreat impact on the world, as a resultof which Tamoguna, Inertia andKaliyuga are ended, thereby givingplace to Satoguna, Virtue andSatyuga. This Supernaturalincarnation of God, which takesplace only once in a Kalpa (World-Cycle) is an epoch-making event, because it transforms the wholeworld from the den of devils to theabode of deities and uplifts a man tothe status of the deity Shree

In order to claim the number one status, transform the waste into best.A soul, who is a lighthouse, can dispel the darkness of ignorance of all.

The PresentReincarnation of God

Father ShivaWhat a strange situation

it is that while, on the onehand, the devotees of Shivaprostrate themselves beforethe image of Shiva, worshipHim and invoke Him in thecustomary way, on the otherhand, God-Father Shiva hasreincarnated at the presenttime, which is the fag-end ofKaliyuga and istransforming the viciousbeings into the viceless onesor the Shudras (impiouspeople) into holy ones, byimparting Godly Knowledgeand teaching easy Rajayoga.Shiva’s Divine Birth isWorth Multi-Million

GemsWhat has been said above

explains that the Divine Birthof the Most Beloved and theMost Venerable God FatherShiva (Jehovah) is worth amillion diamonds, becauseman attains the God Fatherlyinheritance of Liberation andFruition only when God Shivadescends into this world and

takes Supernatural Birth. Anyother religious leader, founder, preceptor or preacher, i.e., anyhuman being whosoever, cannotbestow heavenly inheritance onmankind, because all humanbeings are ‘brothers’ amongthemselves, whereas inheritanceis obtained from one’s father. Moreover, all human beingswithout any exception arecaught up in the Wheel of Birth,Death and Rebirth, whereas Godalone is always free from this. Therefore, the Divine Birth-Night of God Father Shiva isunique, marvellous andunparalleled and no otherbirthday or Jayanti bears anycomparison to it. That is why,God, the Sermonizer of The Gita, has said, “My birth and My actsare extra-ordinary and divine andanyone; who acquires theesoteric knowledge of these, getsliberated from the whirl of painthat this world is.”

Shiv Jayanti is The GitaJayanti

We have said above that theoriginal and real GitaKnowledge is being given by theKnowledgeful God Father Shivathrough the mouth of PrajapitaBrahma. Keeping this in mind, one can appreciate the valuabletruth that Gita Jayanti is, in fact,Shiva Jayanti or vice versa.
