The Mill at Easton LLC is a partnership between PIRHL

Developers, Stewart Silk Mill Redevelopment Partners

(SSMRP), and the Easton Area Neighborhood Center (EANC).

❖ Existing smokestack and associated equipment will remain

on-site.

❖ Work began January 3, 2020

❖ Work to occur Monday through Friday between 7AM and

5PM.

❖ Ongoing construction activity will follow all noise

restrictions per Municipal Code.

❖ Expected completion in April 2020

❖ Brightfields, Inc. was selected as the subcontractor through

a City RFP bid process to complete the demolition and

remediation activities.

❖ Moonstone Environmental will provide the required

monitoring and testing throughout the clean up process.

❖ Clean Up Plan will encompass:

❖ Above/below ground tank removal

❖ Lead paint/asbestos abatement

❖ Existing building demolition

❖ Contaminated soil remediation

❖ John Robinson, of Easton, has been the owner and

operator of Black Diamond Enterprises on the Stewart

Silk Mill property for many years.

❖ Tim Harrison, who alone or in partnership with others

has developed more than 3.5 million square feet of

commercial projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland and

New Jersey, many involving the clean-up of blighted or

contaminated properties, over the course of a career

spanning some 30 years. Among those projects is

Hamilton Crossings, a 580,000 SF retail center

anchored by Costco, Target and Whole Foods located

on a 63-acre site in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh

County, that had been the location of numerous open

pit iron mines dating back to the 19th century.

Stewart Silk Mill Redevelopment Partners, L.P., is a

Pennsylvania limited partnership.

develop the second phase of the Mill at Easton project

as a walkable, beautifully landscaped, and

thoughtfully designed neighborhood commercial

center.

❖ Phase 2 consists of approximately 27,000 SF on two

levels, anchored by a full-line grocery store

emphasizing fresh fruits, vegetables and other high-

quality perishable merchandise, a walk-in health

clinic, a bank and other convenience retailers and

service providers.
