2. PURPOSE STATEMENT
• To develop solutions in line with business requirements and to support and develop integrated solutions to workwith the Business Bank Enterprise Content Management solutions and line of business applications.

6.1 Develop technical solutions within the Enterprise Content Management system (ECM) 6.2 Business Process Management / Workflow configurations 6.3 Document management 6.4 Stakeholder interaction and management

7. KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
7.1 Develop meaningful solutions within the ECM environment including between ECM and other third party products (Line of Business Systems).
• Administer the ECM platform (OnBase) and resolve ad hoc systems issues.
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders as soon as a problem is picked up in order to ensure that the issue isresolved.
• Responsible for reporting on all system failures as per the correct MBL reporting process
• Ensure that all developed solutions / fixes are fully tested before implementation.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Business Systems Owner.
• Participating in Business Planning forums on new functionality and business priorities for Systems.
• While implementing a project, ensuring that Business Owners are updated on progress of the project
• Implement system changes and software upgrades following strict Change Control Procedures
• Attend change control meetings to ensure the MBL system changes do not negatively affect the OnBasesystem and vice versa.
• Raise and co-ordinate any OnBase related change control requirements.
• Manage technical projects effectively and efficiently
• Manage the implementation of changes in order to ensure the effective roll out of system updates after fulltesting has been performed.
• Comply with Software Development Lifecycle Principles (SDLC) and Agile approach to projects, includingthe Capitec Recipe.
• Responsible for complying with bank policies and procedures as well as with IT Change Managementprinciples
• Provide required performance and operational reports.
• Develop informative dashboards / reports for business monitoring.
• Develop SQL Queries (Reporting and troubleshooting)
• Develop solutions for use with XML / HTML Libraries and electronic forms
• Develop Web Services using REST API and SOAP Languages (Json XML Bodies)
• Develop Integrations via Scripting (Unity Scripts / C#/ VB.Net)
7.2 Business process / Workflow configurations
• Develop and implement workflow configurations and required integration with other systems.
• Design and implement process workflow configurations in line with business requirements and processes.

• Document functional specifications and obtain business sign-off for implementation
• Assist in identifying new functionality required and obtain details from vendor regarding suggested softwaremodules.
• Manage the implementation of changes in order to ensure the effective roll out of new configurations afterfull testing has been performed.
• Revisit and Optimize existing Workflows on regular basis / as needed.

7.3 Document management
• Implement and maintain electronic document management repository.
• Design and implement document repository and taxonomy in line with business ECM requirements andprocesses.
• Document functional specifications and obtain business sign-off for implementation
• Manage the implementation of changes in order to ensure the effective roll out of new configurations afterfull testing has been performed.
• Provide required performance and operational reports, as required.
7.4 Stakeholder interaction and management
• Work closely with business and the ECM team members to develop and deliver efficient and robustsolutions
• Report to business on the overall availability and stability of the infrastructure.
• Interface with all levels of management regarding queries and concerns about service delivery
• Work closely with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to design and develop solutions.
• Interact with other departments to ensure timeous resolution of all issues.

Ideal:
