HISTORYDTA is a family owned company founded in 1972

as a company specialized in design and

production of custom solutions for on site

transportation. DTA started in 1972 supplying

engineering services and equipment in Spanish

shipyards.

After that, we started to produce our own

solutions but outsourcing the engineering from a

German company.

In the meantime, we supplied transporters not

only for shipbuilding but also for other heavy

industries.

In order to boost sales, we decided to do our own

engineering , diversify on all types of heavy

industry sectors and sell worldwide.

Nowadays, DTA is one of the most reliable and

important companies in the world with regards to

design and manufacture of all types of taylor

made transport solutions for on site

transportation.

1995 DTA designed its first 250 Ton vehicle.

1999DTA started complex projects which included all type of

transporters for all type of heavy industries.

2004 DTA was awarded with the first contract for the design

and manufacturing of 1xAGV for aerospace sector.

2005 Engineering department implemented Solidworks design

program.

2006 Unit nº100 was successfully delivered

2008 First AGV 100% designed and manufactured by DTA.

2012 DTA opens its new facilities in Torrejon de Ardoz (Madrid).

2018Due to an increase in production and new orders, DTA

bought a new Factory in Madrid starting 3rd Q2019.
