Capitulo Primero Recursos forestales de China

Situaci6n general de 10s recursos forestsles de todo el pais

China us un pals extenso, con coinplicadas condiciones naturales del clima, gran diversidadbotanica, Ticos recursos forestales, gran variedad de tipos de bosques, y representando uriaclara caracteristica dedistribuci6n POT diferentes zorias. Del norte al sur en China, sus tipos deprincipales bosques se distribuyen POT orden bosques coniferOS, bosques mixtos coniferOS yfrondosos, bosques de frondosas caducifolio, bosques liondosos permanentes, bosques11uviosos estacionales y bosques 11uviosos. Segiin 10s resultados del Sexto Inventario Nacionalde 10s Recursos Forestales (1999~2003), el area forestal alcanz6 10s 174.9 millones dehectareas, con uria cubierta forestal de de 18.21%, un volumen a pie de 136 millones de in , yun volumen forestal de 124.8 millones de in'(V6ase Figura I). El area de bosques de Chinaocupa e1 4.5% de 10s bosques del inundo, alcanzand0 61 quinto Iugar. China tiene un area forestal de 169.02 millones de hectareas, de GIIas un area de rodales de142.8 millones de hectareas, ocupand0 61 84.5% de Ias areas forestales; el area forestaleconomicosson de 21.4 millones de hectareas, ocupand0 6112.7%; Glarea de barnbii es de 4.8millones de hectareas, ocupando un 2.8%.

Los recursos forestales de China se distribuyen principalmerite en 5 regiones forestales: zoriaforestal de noreste y Mongolia Interior, zoria forestal montaiiosa del suroeste, zoria forestal encolinas del sureste, zoria forestal montatiosa del noroeste y zoria forestal de bosques tropicales.Elterritorio de Ias cmco grandes zorias forestales ocupan 61 40% deltotal de area delpais, suarea forestal ocupa mas del 80% deltotal de area forestal delpais, y mas del 90% deltotal deareas de volumen forestsl delpais. 1.3 Estructura de 10s tipos forestales

Segiin in <Ley Forestan ,10s bosques de China se dividen en bosques protectores, bosquesindustriales, bosques econ6micos, bosque para lefta y bosques especiales; y segulirodales haybosques protectores, bosques industriales, bosque para lefta y bosques especiales. Los bosquesprotectores ocupan un area de 55 millones de han , con un volumen de 5.5 billones de in ;10sbosques especiales, un area de 6.4 millones de hm , y su volumenes de 1.03 billones de in , insuma de ambos ocupan POTSu orden e142.81% y e1 53.97% respectivamente deltotal de areasy volumenes; 10s bosques industriales ocupan un area de 78.6 millones hm , con un volumende 5.5 billones de in', ocupando POT su orden 61 55.07% y 6145.57% respectivamente deltotalde areas y volumenes. Los bosque para lefta ocupan un area de 3 millones de bin , con un areade volumenes de 56.3 millones de in , ocupando of 2.12% y e1 0.46% respectivamente deltotalde areas y volumenes (V6ase Figura 3).

1.4 Estruct"ra de Ias especies arb6reas

El vasto terntorio de China, atraviesa regiones firias-templadas, subtropicales y tropicales, conTicos recursos forestales. China cuenta con 8000 tipos de plantas leftosas, ocupandoaproximadamente of 54% a nivel inundial, con mas de 2000 tipos de arboles altos Gritre estas.Entre 10s recursos de 10s bosques hay 5 tipos de arboles predominantes: el roble, of pino deMasson, of abeto, of abedul, y of alarce, 10s cuales ocupan in mayor parte do Ias areas yvolumenes de 6stos, con un total de areas de 71.3 millones de Inn , ocupando of 49.94fo detodas rodales; y con un volumen total de 4.9 billones de in , ocupando of 37.15fo de volumentotal. Losrodales forestales tiene un nivel promedio de CTecimiento anual POT area de 3.55 in'/11m' conuria densidad promedia de 0.54, y con un dinmetro promedio de 13.8 cm. El volumen POTareas de 10s rodales forestales es de 84.73 in'/11m' de 6110s 10s bosques naturales alcanzan95.87 in'min' y Ias plantaciones, 10s 46.59 in'/11m'.

2. BOSques naturales

Los bosques naturales constituye gran bulto de 10s recursos forestales de China, y in partecomponente principal del ecosistema forestal, jugando uria importante funci6n en in economiay in construcci6n ec016gica del pais. Con to coinpleta implementaci6n de Ias obras deprotecci6n de 10s bosques naturales, se ha detenido in tala con car6cter cornercial de 10sbosques naturales dentro de Ia zoria de obras de pro^Cci6n de recursos forestales natorales a10 largo del cauce superior del rio Yangtze y el cauce medio asi coino superior del RioAmanno, se ha logyado reducir 10s niveles de producci6n de maderas en Ias principales zorias

Dentro de 10s rodales forestales naturales, Glarea de 10s bosques para material industrial es de55.4 millones de Inn', con un volumen de 4.4 billones de in ; el area de 10s bosques depro^Cci6n es de 46.6 millones de hm , con un volumen de 5.2 billones de in , el area de 10sbosques para lefta es de 2.5 millones de han , con un volumen de 52 millones de in , of area de10s bosques de uso especial es de 5.9 millones de hm , con un volumen de 996.9 millones dein' (V6ase Figiira 5).

Los recursos forestales naturales se distribuyen fundamentalmerite en Ias provincias (regiones)del noreste y suroeste, siendo Ias primeras cmco provincias (regiones) segiin sus areasHeilongjiang, Mongolia Interior, Yunnan, Sichuan y of Tibet. El area de 10s bosques naturalesde Ias cmco provincias (regiones) ocupa of 51.68% deltotal del pals, y at volumen ocupa el69.12%.

3. Plantsciones

Las plantaciones son componente importante del ecosistema de in tierra, jugando cada vez unpapel mas importante en Ia renovaci6n y reconstrucci6n del ecosistema de 10s bosques, en elaporte de productos maderables, en in reforrna del medio co16gico, etc. Eltotal de areas deIas plantaciones es de 53 millones de bin , ocupando e1 31.51% de Ias areas de bosques; Iasplantaciones tienen un ciimulo de 1.5 billones de in , ocupando GII2.44% del volumen totalde 10s bosques. Dentro Ias plantaciones, Ias unidades forestales son de 32.3 millones de hm ,ocupand0 61 60.64%; 10s bosques econ6micos con 19 millones de bin , ocupand0 61 36,2616;y 10s bosques de barnbiicon 1.6 millones de Inn , ocupand0 61 3.1%.

Dentro de 10s rodales forestales de Ias plantaciones, el area de 10s bosques industriales es de23 millones de Inn' con un volumen de 1.1 billones de in'. el area de 10s bosques depro^Cci6n es de 8.12 millones de hm', con un volumen de 324 millones de in" el area de 10sbosques para lefta es de 483 300 Inn' con un volumen de 4 millones de in'. el area de 10sbosques especiales es de 514600 Inn' con un volumen de 31 millones de in'. Dentro de 10srodales forestales de Ias plantaciones 10s bosques industtiales ocupan in parte principal, anareay volumen ocupanaproximadamente mas del70%

Las plantaciones industriales se distribuyen fundamentalmerite en Ias regiones de bosquesagriipadas en in parte sur, siendo Ias cmco primeras provincias (regiones) segiin sus areas deplantaciones, Ias de Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Fujian y Sichuan, sumandorespectivamente con area y volumen e1 37.2% y e1 41.76% deltotal del pals. Los tipos dearboles que predominan en in mayoria de areas de Ias plantaciones son 10s abetos, el pino demasson y 10s alamos, eltotal de areas de estos 3 tipos de arboles predominantes ocupan el59.41% deltotal nacional.

4.1 Distrib"ci6m por zorias y tipos de 10s bosquestropicales

La distribuci6n POT zorias de 10s bosques tropicales se ubica principalmerite en partes de Iassiguientes 5 provincias (regiones): Yinman, Guangxi, Guangdong, Haman y 61 Tibet, etc. , conun total de areas de 10s bosques de 26.5 millones de hm' ocupando un 2.76% de areas deterrenos nacionales, con un promedio de cubrimiento de bosques del 38.91%. El bosque11uvioso estacional es 61tipico bosque en d area tropical, adem6s, todavia exiten 10s bosquefrondosos penmanentes, in selva tropicaly 10s bosques de mangles.

4.2 Recursos de 10s bosques tropicales

Segiin 10s resultados del Sexto Inventario Nacional de 10s Recursos Forestales, in superticieusada para Ia silvicultura que esta dentro de Ias areas forestales alcanz6 10s 14 millones deInn' ocupando un 53.77% de area total forestal, dentro del cualtenemos: 10 millones de hmde area de terreno poblado de atboles, un area de bosques ralos de 232 600 hm , 1.4 millonesde hm' de superticie de bosques de arbustos. Con un volumen maderable de 951.6 millonesde in' ocupando e1 7.18% del volumen maderable total del pais. Entre estos: un volumenforestal de 902.8 millones de in ,para un volumen maderable del 94.88fo; un volumen enbosques ralos de 5 millones de in , ocupando e1 0.55%; un ciimulo de atboles dispersos de35.9 millones de in', ocupando e1 3.78%; un volumen de 6tho1es de cuatro lados de 7.5millones de in', ocupand0 61 0.79%.

La superficie de bosques naturales en areas forestales tropicales es de 5.7 millones de bin ,con un volumen de 8.2 binones de in , ocupa POT separado un 56.11fo de area de terrenoforestal y un 90.77% de volumen de bosques. Dentro de in superficie de bosques naturales, elarea de 10s rodales forestales es de 5.6 millones de Inn , el de bosques economicos es 9 400hm' 61 de bosques de barnbii es 50 400 hm . La superficie de Ias plantaciones es de 4.4millones de hm' con un volumen de 83 millones de in ,ocupando separadamente cada uno un43.89% y un 9.23% de area de terreno forestal y area de volumen de bosques. Dentro de asuperficie de Ias plantaciones, Ias rodalesunidades forestales tienen 2 millones de hm , 10sbosques econ6micos 2.4 millones de Inn , y bosques de barnbii92 400 hm .

4.3 Estructura de 10s tipos de bosq"es tropicales

Segiin Ia naturaleza, condici6n social y el objetivo operativo, China dividi0 10s bosquestropicales en tres grandes tipos: bosques cornersiales, bosque beneficial y bosques e usomintiple. La situaci6n de 10s recursos POT tipo de bosque se explica en GISigiiiente figura 7.

Segiin 10s resultados del Sexto Inventario Nacional de 10s Recursos Forestales, el area desuperficie y 61 volumen de rodales forestales tropicales refleja: el de bosquesj6venes alcanz62.6 millones de hm' con un volumen de 90.5 millones de in'. el de bosques de mediana edadalcanz6 2.3 millones de Inn' con volumen de 2 billones de in'. el de bosques poco madurosalcanz6 1.3 millones de hm' con volumen de 1.9 billones de in'. el de bosques madurosalcanz6 976 900 hm' con volumen de 2.6 billones de in'. 61 de bosques viejos alcanz6 401inil hm', y volumen de 1.4 billones de in'. Los cambios de 10s recursos forestales de China pasaron por tres etapas en general.

La primera etapa Ginpez6 desde pricipios de 10s ajios 50 delsig10 20 basta final de 10s ajios 70.Y 10s recursos forestales estaban principalmerite en uria etapa que an centi'o se basaba en eldesarrollo de in utilizaci6n de 10s recursos maderables de 10s bosques naturales, to industriaforestal file un gran aporte a in recuperaci6n, construcci6n y el desarrollo de in economianacional.

B. Mediana

La segunda etapa empez6 a final de 10s ajios 70 del sig10 20 hasta final de 10s ajios 90, 10srecursos forestales estaban en etapa de desarrollar in utilizaci6n de maderas y a an vez a Iaconsimcci6n ec016gica, almismo tiempo de satisfacer in necesidad de in producci6n, to vida yin construcci6n de to economia nacional, obteniendo poco a poco eficaz protectora ydesarrollo, y Gritrando en uria etapa de rapido crecimiento.

La tercera etapa Ginpez6 desde elfinal delsiglo pusado hasta hoy, se toma in ejecuci6n de 10s6 proyectos importantes de Silvicultura coino siimbolo, in construcci6n forestal comenz6 adar sus primerOS pasos para Gritrar en uria nueva etapa con centro en in construcci6n ec016gica,10s recursos boscosos entraron en uria nueva etapa de rapid6 CTecimiento. Los resultados decada uno de 10s Inventarios Nacionales de 10s Recursos Forestales se explican en in signienteTabla 2.

Famendo de esta tabla 3 notamos que, Gritre el aji0 1991 y 61 aji0 1997, el volumen deproducci6n maderable planificado a nivel general tiende a incrementar, in frecuencia deincremento anual es 1.6%. Pero desde el aji0 1998, debido a que el pals entero Ginpezo aimplementar un "proyecto de pro^Cci6n natural, disminuyendo planificadamente Iaproducci6n maderable de bosque natural, comenzando a disminuir poco a poco elvolumen deproducci6n maderable planificado de todo 61 pals, negando a su punto mas baio en el ajio2002, Entre 1998 y 61 2002, to frecuencia de decrecimiento anual del volumen de inproducci6n maderable file del 7.1%. La tabla 4 explica a an vez, que desde e1 2003 61volumen de producci6n maderable ya aparece mostrando uria recuperaci6n, Gritre 61 2003 el2005, cani aumenta un 16.8%, 10s profesionales de in industria CTeen que to raz6n de estefen6meno es principalmerite POT que en lostltimos ajios un gran volumen de Ias plantaciones,han CTecido rapidamente y han negado a in etapa de an cone, in madera de este tipo de bosquetiene un papel cada dia mas importante para satisfacer 61 mercado de tablero artificial y defibra de madera.

1.2 Volumen totalde producci6" maderable de todo pais

El sistema de volumen total de producci6n maderable de todo 61 pals, se calcula seginichequeos organizados cada 5 ajios a 10s recursos forestales de todo 61 pals y al volumen dedesgaste de 10s recursos forestales, que se organiza por el Buro Nacional de Administraci6nForestal, Gritre 10 cual se incluye el plan interno de producci6n maderable y in maderaproducida sobre cuota.

Dentro de todo el volumen de producci6n maderable, se incluyen tres partes principales,madera para productos cornerciales, maderas para 61 uso propio de campesinos y Ia maderapara lefta. En siguiente tabla 4 mostrainos el volumen de producci6n maderable anual duranteel periodo del cuarto (aji0 1989~1993) y in sexto (aji0 1999~2003) inventario de recursosforestales y in situaci6n de consumo de recursos forestales.

Sobre todo en Rio Suifen, esta ciudad en 61 2004 su capacidadde procesar madera ha alcanzado aproximadamente 10s 3 millones de in POT ajio, que casi esin initad del volumen coinpleto que arriba, segiiii estimado, solo en este Iugar 61 volumenanual de chapa aserrada ha sobrepasad0 10s 2 millones de in . Pero en of puerto de Manchuria,elprocesamiento de madera todavia est6. en in primera etapa, to capacidad de procesar maderaes relativamente limitada.

Dentro de 10s aserrados producidos durante attos en China, 10s aserrados de coniferOS se usanpara to construcci6n (incluyen construcci6n, estructuraci6n y uria parte reparaci6n ydecoraci6n), uria menor pane se usa para in rama del inueble y 10s Ginbalajes. En 10s tiltimos 10 ajios, gincias al rapido desarrollo de to raina do in construcci6n ydecoraci6n de China y su producci6n de inuebles, 61 volumen de importaci6n de materialaserrado subi6 con rapidez. Segiin OStadisticas de in Aduana de China, Gritre 61 aji0 1996 hasta61 aji0 2005, elvolumen de importaci6n do material aserrado desde 938 400 in' aument6 hasta5.9 millones de in , 61 valor de in importaci6n tambi6n aument6 desde 1.8 billones de UsDhasta 15 billones de UsD, in inagriitud de aumento us respectivamente 536.4% y 737.3%(observe in tabla 19 y figura 12)

Entre 61 aji0 1996 y 2005, 61 volumen de in importaci6n de aserrado de China ha aumentado536.4%, pero in velocidad de crecimiento coinparada con in de troncos, es relativamente lenta,adem6. s de que desde 61 aji0 2002 co ha detenido an incremento. A1 mismo tiempo, existediferencia Gritre in inagriitud de incremento del volumen de in importaci6n y delimporte, esosignifica que durante ese tiemp0 61 precio de aserrado ha aumentado mucho (desde 191.89$1m' en 61 aji0 1996 aument6 hasta 252.43 $1m' en el aji0 2005), in inagriitud de incrementofile 31.5%.

El inotivo principal de esto es por el desarrollo en10s tiltimos 10 ajios to industria nacional de tablero artificial no simple, tanto in cantidad coinoin candad de 10s productos satisface Ias necesidades de productos para 61 mercado nacional yin exportaci6n. 1.5 Pulpa y papeldesechado

Desde to apertura econ6mica, para adaptarse a Ias necesidades del rapido ritmo de desarrollode Ia economia nacional, Ia industria papelera de China se ha mantenido cada ajio un Titmo decrecimiento del 8~10%. En especialluego del 1995, hubo un rapido aumento nacional delconsumo de papel, con un promedio de CTecimiento anual del 13 a115 fo, Gritre 10 cualresalt6in demanda de papel de alta candad y elcart6n.

Tras un largo periodo, China debido a in escasez de madera, a Ginpleado principalmeritepulpas no maderables (en especial pulpa hierbacea) coino materia prima para producir papel.Pero, el uso en gran volumen de pulpa hierb6. CGa coino materia prima, no solo que no sePUGde producir un papel de alta candad, sino que tambi6n provoca uria gran containinaci6ndelmedio ambiente. POT esta raz6n, 10s organismOS relacionados al asunto en 61pais, y con offin de cambiar esta situaci6n que han manifestado: encaminarse a poner en practica el usoprincipalmerite de fibra maderable; incrementar d aprovechamiento de papel reciclado;Ginplear razonablemente uria estrategia de ajuste de esimctura de to materia prima de fibra nomaderable. Desde esta POSici6n, para reinedjar in grave irisuficiencia de pulpa de madera deproducci6n nacional, en 10s tiltimos ajios se ha cornerIzado a importar pulpa de madera (cadatipo de pulpa maderable) y papelreciclado, con 10 que se ha logrado un evidente cainbio en inestructura delmatetialpara pro^Cci6n de panel on 61pais. (VeaTabla 24 y Figirra 14).

sorprende el rapido crecimiento de in importaci6n de papel deshechado. En realidad,actualmerite el crecimiento de in industria papelera de China se logra en gran parte debido a inimportaci6n desecho de papel de desechado, habi6ndose ya convertido China en almayorpaisimportador de desecho de papel.

Las estadisticas de in tabla 25 indican, que durante 61 period0 1990~2005, 61 nivel deconsumo de pulpa de papel en China CTeci6 desde 13.9 millones de toneladas hasta 52millones de toneladast, aumentando un 273.3%. A Ia misma vez, in estructura de in pulpa depapeltambi6n entirent6 grandes cambios, con su principal particularidad en el alto nivel decrecimiento de in proporci6n que ocLIPa in puma de papelreciclado, del 26.7% creci6 basta el54%, incrementandose el doble, y to pulpa no madera de un 57% bai6 hasta menos de },^original. En ese periodo, el POTcentaje ocupado POT in pulpa de madera de un 14.5% creci6hasta un 22.5%, pero esto se debi6 fundamentalmerite a in influencia del crecimiento en Iaimportaci6n de pulpa de madera (de un 3.9% a un 14.5%), POT el contrario, to pulpa demadera de producci6n nacional de un 10.7% decreci6 a 8%, decreciendo un 2.7 porcentaje.La transfonnaci6n de in esimctura de in materia prima para producci6n de papel, POT uriaparte refleja 10s primerOS pasos de China para to optimizaci6n de in estructora de in pulpa depapel, con un rapido aumento de Ias proporciones de pulpa de madera y pulpa de papelreciclado, con uria paulatina reducci6n de Ias proporciones de pulpa no maderable; POT otraparte evidencia que China tiene un continuo CTecimiento en 61 nivel de dependencia de toimportaci6n de pulpa, de un 5.4% en 1990 CTeci6 hasta un 47.3% en 612005.

1.6 Muebles de madera

Actualmerite, en 61 mercado de 10s inuebles en China, 10s inuebles de producci6n nacionalocupan in mayor parte, per0 10s productores extranjeros de inuebles Iuego de observar el granespacio de desarrollo que tiene el mereado de inuebles de China, han ido sumergi6ndose uno auno en o1 mercado Chino. En especialluego de que China se integrara a in OMC, en tomedida que a partir del I de Enero del 2005 10s impuestos de importaci6n de inuebles setransfonnaron en CGr0, 10s productores extranjeros incrementaron mucho mas sus esfuerzospor ocupar in delantera en el mercado de inuebles de China. Marcas reconocidasinundialmente de Itana, Francia, Alemania y Los Estados Unidos entre otros palses y regiones,ya han Gritrado en el mercado Chino. A partir de esto, en OS tiltimos alios in importaci6n deinuebles de madera en China ha presentado un estado de rapido desarrollo. Pero debido a quein importaci6n de inuebles de China se basa fundamentalmerite en inuebles de media y altacategoria, y inuebles especiales, el precio de 10s mismos es generalmerite I 0 2 veces mayorque sus similares de producci6n nacional, por GII0 10s voltmenes totales importados no sonelevados, asi coino su ritmo de CTecimiento no es coinparable al de materias primas coinotroncos, aserrados, pulpa de papel y papelreciclado Gritre otros (Ver tabla 26).

Desde hace vanos alios, Ias importaciones de China de material aserrado principalmeriteprovienen de palses del Sureste de Asia, 10s cambios de origen de Ias importaciones seinariifiestan principalmerite a ratz de 10s cambios de 10s paises del sureste asi6tico. La industria de producci6n de China fundamentalmerite se centra en in zoria del inarigulo deZhujiang y in zoria deltriangulo del rio Yangtse (incluyendo in ciudad de Shanghai, y 17ciudades de Ias provincias de Zhejiang y Jiangsu). En particular en in zoria deltri6. rigulo deZhujiang, existe uria gran cantidad de inversi6n extranjera, cuenta con un coinpleto conjuntode medidas, departamentos y trabajos que ya han logrado un mejortenninado sistema trabajoy servicio. POT ejemplo eltransporte, in declaraci6n aduanal, exhibiciones, transporte yalojamiento de clientes de ultramar, transferencia de noticias y educaci6n en el mercadointernacional de inuebles, capacidad personal, etc. ,logyando en an conjunto aportar excelentescondiciones para in exportaci6n de inuebles. Por ello, desde hace muchos ajios an valorexportaci6n de inuebles se ha inaritenido ocupando alrededor de un 50%. La industria deinuebles deltriangulo del rio Yangtse, en coinparaci6n con in del tridngulo de Zhujiang,comenz6 sus pasos algo mastarde, pero an velocidad de crecimiento es en cambio mucho maselevada que in del resto de Ias areas del pals. En 61 2005, el volumen de exportaci6n deinuebles de esta region ocup6 dentro del valor total exportable del pals de un POT ciento quealcanz6 e1 25% aproximadamente. Dentro del period0 2001~2003 en el pats Ias primeras 10provincias (ciudades) exportadoras de inuebles quedan presentadas por in siguiente tabla(Observe Tabla 38).

@ in mercado de categoria tres: 61 mercado de ventas de madera, se refiere al mercado deventa al POT menor de madera situado CGrca dellugar de centralizaci6n 6 de ciudades demediano y grande consumo de madera. Es 61 tiltimo eslab6n de in circulaci6n de madera,principalmerite es in venta de todo tipo de maderas. En algunas ciudades grandes y medianas,61 mercado de categoria tres principalmerite es de tres formas: forma de PUGSto de venta,tienda especializada y supermercado.

Adem6. s, coino un SIStema de mercado coinpleto de circulaci6n de madera, no solo dobe tenermercancias en existencia, sino tambi6n debe tener mercancias de filmros. En el presente, Iasmercancias de flintos debido a Ias caracteristicas especiales de in madera, limita Ias maderasdo filmros a chapa contrachapada, aserrada y troncos, 10s cuales son tambi6n punto de prueba,pero estos amino han integrado un modelo.

1.3 Sistema de in transportaci6n de Ias maderas

Las formas de transportaci6n de madera de China principalmonte son tres tipos:transporte POTferrocarril, transporte POT carretera y transporte por via fluvial, ademds in importaci6n demadera tropical es principalmonte por transporte inaritimo, POT tanto eltransporte inaritimointernacionaltambi6n afecta el volumen de circulaci6n de madera tropical y in direcci6ngeogr6fica de in importaci6n. Coino todos saben, 61 desarrollo de in industria detransportaci6n decide almargen y in velocidad do circulaci6n de madera, en este momento Iascoinunicaciones y transportes de nuestro pats son asi.
