Profile

Dr. R. Panchalan is a Professor in the Department of Commerce, Institute of Distance Education,

University of Madras. Prior to this he has worked as a faculty in School of Management Studies,

IGNOU, New Dehi, Jawahar Science Collge, Neyveli and Thanthai Hans Roever Collge,

Perambalur. Also, Dr.R. Panchalan has worked as a Director-in-charge in the Institute of

Distance Education, University of Madras for a period of one year. His area of research is HRM

and Organizational Behaviour. Dr. R.Panchalan is presently teaching HRM, OB, Financial

Management and Marketing Research for M.Com students. He is one of the trainers in L& T,

Kanchipurm. Dr. Panchalan has taken various sessions in the Orientation and Refresher Courses

conducted by Academic Staff Colleges of Bharathiyar University and University of Madras.
