Raconte-moi une histoire

Instructions• Learners work in pairs.• Learner A (lA) can see the picture on the board whilst learner B (lB) cannot.

• lA starts the story with the picture as inspiration (see example in note section).

• After around 2/3 minutes, learners swap seats and teacher moves to next slide (now lB can see the picture and iA cannot): lB continues story started by lB, including the new image in the story (see example in note section). Learners swap seats again and keep the story going until the end of the PowerPoint and finish the story with the last slide.

• Each pair of learners will come up with their own story. You can ask them to quickly tell their story to the whole class.

• Depending on the learners’ level of competency, you may want to provide them with basic / additional vocabulary.
