Kita Templari HR versions are monoblock/split reversible air to water heat pumps with high efficiency , scroll injection compressor with inverter. The air-water heat pump HR combines technology and design by 360 degrees. This heat pump not only easily matches with the surroundings but also makes the silentness its key strength, in fact the fan is located in the upper part of the heat pump in order to avoid any noise due to the air flow generated by the fan.

House Climate Control

The HCC kit enables MODBUS management of the Kita heat pump by integrating it with the building’s thermal system. From a single panel, thanks to additional accessories, it is possible to handle heating, cooling, dehumidification and hot water production, as well as the ability to control the temperature and humidity inside the house, pilot circulating pumps, mixing valves and zone valves. The kit can be customize according to the type of system in the building allowing to manage: up to 3 circuits with different outlet temperatures and up to 12 independent environments. The accessories that create the kit are: Touch screen panel, I/O Floor board, ROOM sensor for temperature and humidity.

Touch PanelThe Touch Panel is the heart of the system and thanks to its simple and intuitive interface it allows the management of the heat pump and any installed accessories.It can be connected to the Internet to be managed via remote devices such as smartphones, tablets or PCs.It can also be used as a control panel of the heat pump alone, which offers the advantage of being able to view and control the operating parameters of the unit in operation: setpoint management, timer programming, climatic curve, energetic optimizer, photovoltaic integration.

Room sensorsTemperature and humidity sensors communicating via MODBUS with the Touch Panel. In addition to displaying environmental information it can be used to change the setpoint of the individual environment. Are equipped with a relay for a possible direct drive of the zone valve connected with the ambient controlled by the sensor.

Multikita

ALL THE CONTROL YOU NEED

* Each of the units connected to the multikita system must be equipped with a BMS board to be controlled by the main panel.

The Multikita system is the solution developed by Templari to supervise and integrate the power of multiple heat pumps on a single circuit. It’s the ideal solution for condos and commercial buildings in general.

Through a wide 7” touch screen panel it’s possible to coordinate and manage up to 6 Kita units thanks to a simple and intuitive graphic.

The software using the only probes installed in the main heat pump calculates the total request and divides it equally to all the units connected to the system. The Multikita is also able to manage the domestic hot water production when this option is needed.

The system is also really easy to configure, the user will only have to set some simple parameters and the Multikita will do the rest completing the configuration by itself.The interface simple and intuitive with a few touches allows to set the parameters.

To make the Multikita even more flexible and easy to manage, Templari has implemented the remote management option developed to control the system over the internet with the most common devices: Computer\Tablet\Smartphone.

DHW Production module

TMP-RAPID ie 40 is an instantaneous domestic hot water production module that uses the working principle of a stainless steel plates exchanger, that finds a wide use if coupled with buffer tanks.The setting of the domestic hot water outlet temperature (secondary side) happens with the modulation of the primary circuit flow rate through a variable flow pump controlled by MFWC controller (PWM control). Il testo di questo Certificato di Garanzia contiene le condizioni della Garanzia Commerciale riconosciuta all’acquirente di prodotti/impianti della Templari Srl; dette condizioni non pregiudicano e sono rispettose dei diritti riconosciuti al Consumatore dal D.L. 02.02 2002, n. 24 emesso in recepimento della Direttiva 1999/44/CE del Parlamento Europeo.

1. Soggetti destinatariQueste condizioni di garanzia sono rivolte esclusivamente alle ditte cheacquistano direttamente da Templari Srl.Poichè l’impianto di produzione di calore/freddo e di utilizzo dellostesso è costituito da un insieme di componenti di origine diversa scelti liberamente dalla Ditta Acquirente titolata alla loro installazione, lagaranzia si esplica limitatamente ai componenti di propria produzionee nei confronti della ditta stessa. E’ esclusa l’applicazione della Direttiva1999/44/CE; la Ditta Acquirente diventa automaticamente responsabile,secondo garanzia europea per i beni di consumo, quando questa fornisceil prodotto al proprio cliente finale e quest’ultimo non potrà produrrealcuna pretesa nei confronti di Templari srl, in quanto la ditta fornitricerimane la responsabile e titolata all’adempimento degli eventualiobblighi con l’utente finale ai sensi della normativa in vigore.

2. Durata e oggetto della garanziaLa Templari Srl garantisce i propri prodotti per vizi o difetti di fabbricazionecon espressa esclusione di ogni vizio o fatto inerente al montaggio e allamanutenzione del prodotto e al suo buon funzionamento (art. 1512 c.c.).La durata della garanzia si estende per un periodo di 2 anni (24 mesi)decorrenti dalla data di acquisto del prodotto (fa fede la data difatturazione).Gli eventuali interventi di riparazione o sostituzione non estendono ladurata della garanzia originaria che decorre sempre dalla data di acquistodel prodotto/impianto.

3. Termini e decadenzeLa garanzia decorre in ogni caso, salvo diversi accordi all’atto dellavendita, dalla data di fatturazione alla Ditta Acquirente. La garanzia havalidità solo se vi è stato il regolare pagamento della fornitura stessada parte della Ditta Acquirente. Per i prodotti/impianti ove previstol’avviamento e collaudo da parte di un CAT, la compilazione integraledel “verbale di primo avviamento” determina la continuità della validitàdella garanzia stessa. Copia di tale documento sarà fatta pervenire allaDirezione dal CAT che ha effettuato l’avviamento.E’ cura del cliente finale, al momento dell’intervento, fornire al tecnicoautorizzato:- libretto di avviamento e manutenzione” per le pompe di calore;- certificato di conformità di installazione dell’impianto a regola d’arte

redatto dall’installatore.La mancanza di uno o più di questi documenti fa decadere la garanzia. La Ditta Acquirente decade dalla garanzia se non denuncia il vizio entro 8 giorni dalla scoperta e prima del decorso del termine massimo di durata della garanzia.

4. Condizioni di validità della garanziaAffinché la presente Garanzia abbia piena validità è necessario che:• tutte le operazioni di installazione ed utilizzo del prodotto, così

come la manutenzione periodica, avvengano secondo le prescrizionie indicazioni riportate nel Manuale tecnico di installazione, uso emanutenzione;

• qualunque intervento di riparazione sia eseguito da personalequalificato, secondo i requisiti tecnico-professionali previsti dallaL. 46/90, oppure dai CAT autorizzati e che i ricambi utilizzati sianoesclusivamente quelli originali; la stessa cosa vale per gli accessoried i materiali di consumo, il cui utilizzo può infatti incidere sulleprestazione del prodotto.

5. Estensione TerritorialeIl presente certificato di garanzia è valido per tutti i prodotti acquistati edinstallati sul territorio italiano (compresi la Repubblica di San Marino ela Città del Vaticano).

6. Clausole di esclusioneNon sono coperti da garanzia tutti i componenti che dovesseromanifestare un difetto di conformità• errata installazione e/o allacciamento degli impianti, nonché

regolazione difforme da quanto previsto dai manuali di installazione,uso e manutenzione del prodotto, da parte della Ditta Acquirente oda terzi;

• usura, negligenza, trascuratezza d’uso e cattiva manutenzione daparte del consumatore o dell’installatore a causa del mancato rispettodi quanto riportatone raccomandato nei manuali di installazione, usoe manutenzione del prodotto;

• danni da trasporto, da movimentazione, ovvero da cause di forzamaggiore e circostanze che, comunque, non possono farsi risalire adazione od omissione del produttore;

• installazione o riparazione eseguita da personale non autorizzato;• uso dei prodotti diverso rispetto all’uso standard.

Pertanto, nel caso in cui, su richiesta del consumatore, sia effettuato unintervento tecnico da parte del personale dei CAT autorizzati in relazione a quanto sopra indicato, i costi dell’intervento e delle eventuali parti di ricambio saranno a totale carico del consumatore.E’ espressamente escluso dalla garanzia ogni componente dei prodotti soggetto a normale usura.

7. SpedizioniQualora, al ricevimento della merce, saranno accertati, vizi o difetti dell’unità derivanti dal trasporto, non saranno accettate lamenteletrascorsi 8 giorni dalla consegna del bene da parte del vettore e,comunque deve essere specificatamente indicata nel documento ditrasporto la dicitura “merce ritirata/accettata con riserva” e la relativadenuncia va comunicata anche al vettore nel termine di legge, tramiteraccomandata A.R., ed inviata per conoscenza a Templari srl.

8. Prestazioni in garanzia e autorizzazione al resoL’intervento in garanzia implica a insindacabile giudizio di Templari srl,la riparazione o la sostituzione delle parti difettose. A tal fine la DittaAcquirente si impegna a far eseguire presso il proprio cliente finalequelle riparazioni che Templari srl ritiene indispensabili consentendolel’accesso all’impianto.Le parti e/o i componenti sostituiti in garanzia restano di proprietà diTemplari srl alla quale devono essere restituiti franco spese; la restituzionedei prodotti difformi o difettosi deve essere preventivamente autorizzataper iscritto dal produttore.L’autorizzazione al reso non costituisce in alcun modo riconoscimentodi vizi o di difetti, che dovranno essere accertati e provati. Le eventualiprestazioni richieste dalla Ditta Acquirente per controllo, modifica,taratura o operazioni di manutenzione espressamente indicate comenon comprese in garanzia nei manuali d’uso e manutenzione dei singoliprodotti, saranno alla stessa addebitate. La garanzia non si estende innessun caso al rimborso spese di smontaggio, di montaggio o trasporto.

9. Limitazioni della responsabilità del ProduttoreTemplari Srl declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni che possanoderivare, in modo diretto, indiretto, a persone, animali e cose, perla mancata osservanza di tutte le prescrizioni indicate nell’appositomanuale di istruzioni d’installazione, uso e manutenzione concernenti specialmente le avvertenze in tema di installazione, uso e manutenzionedel prodotto/impianto.

10. Scadenza della GaranziaUna volta scaduto il periodo di garanzia, i costi per eventuali interventi diriparazione saranno a carico del consumatore.

11. Soluzione delle controversiePer qualsiasi controversia nascente o derivante dall’esecuzione delpresente contratto sarà competente in via esclusiva il foro di Padova.
