Advanced Vision Morocco is one of the elite group of companies under theumbrella of Construction Products Holding Company (CPC Group) that wasofficially established in Morocco in January 2014 after several years of servicealongside the group.

It is Specialized in Design and Build of Electrical, Mechanical, Infrastructureand renewable energy systems for Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Hospitals,High rise buildings, Hotels, etc...

CPC group was established as a holding company in Jeddah in 2005, and nowhas branches in the major cities of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Qatar, Syria, UAE,Kuwait and Africa.

This Andalusian inspired hotel willinclude 190 rooms varying from normalsuites, to executive and presidential typesuites, in addition to restaurants, fitness& health centers, private and mainkitchens and large outdoor and indoorswimming pools.

Advanced Vision Morocco is currentlyexecuting the MEP works related to thisproject and has reached a progress of 95% where the final handing overprocedure has started to take place.

Victoria City is a major new urbancenter located in Bouskoura City,designed in a natural livingenvironment close to multiple activitycenters covering an area equaling2,495,000 m2, minutes fromdowntown. This new concept in ultra-modern look is built on the model of acity that strives for social diversity andsustainable development.

The project is expected to include3,200 residential apartments(Economical Type), 14,200 residentialapartments (High Standard Type), andaround 450 villas, alongside theinfrastructure networks beingexecuted for the 250 hectares area.

Scope of Work :

• Phase 1 : MEP External Works• Phase 3 : MEP & Infrastructure works • RCE5 buildings : MEP works

Advanced Vision Morocco was able to execute these works after being listed

among the contractor list approved by local Electricity and Water authorities,

LYDEC and ONEE.

The external works are divided into 3 phases. AVM has accomplished the MEP works in Phase 1, and is currently completing the remaining works in Phase 3.

The MEP works among the residential RCE05 Buildings. The Project consists of 2 connected buildings, composed of 8 blocs each, housing 194 apartments.

Project Description

The Project consists of aproduction facility occupying asurface of 37,500m² and located35Km from Tangier Med Port,in Tangier Automotive city,TAC, dedicated to thefabrication of wind turbinesand rotor blades.

The factory will provide theright conditions for thehandling and export of bladesto various locations in Africa,the Middle East and Europe.

Advanced Vision Morocco has completed the installation of the following systems :1. Fire fighting system composed of sprinkler and fire hose cabinet networks2. HVAC system composed of 4 pipes system serving the factory and admin building3. Plumbing system including siphonic rainwater system, and water supply network4. Compressed air network5. Process heating production and network systems

Scope of Work : Mechanical Activities

Advanced Vision Morocco has finalized the execution of all mechanical systems needed for the project. Usingits experience in the engineering field, AVM was able to assist in fulfilling this prestigious client’s requirements,while complying with the strict regulations of this newly established free trade zone.

Advanced Vision Morocco hasexecuted the plumbing and electricalworks related to this project includingall galvanized steel pipes, valves,internal & external lighting till thehanding over to the local waterauthority.

The project consists of a university forwomen covering 8 million squaremeters and located north of Riyadh.The total constructed area isapproximately 3 million square meters.The university includes administrativebuildings, 13 faculties, a 700-bedhospital, laboratories, research centers,and residential area that includesaccommodation for students and staff,as well as a tram. The university'scapacity is about 40 000 students.

The MEP works included the designand production of electrical andmechanical systems of 68 residentialbuildings, 4 faculties, 2 stages, 2 schoolbuildings, with a Metro covering adistance of 12 km with 14 stations, twobus terminals and a Depositorybuilding complex.

King Abdullah Specialty Children Hospital K.S.A.U – Riyadh KSA

This is the first specialist Children’sHospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,occupying 192,000 m2 over 10 levels.

The hospital has been designed as apatient focused facility with the patient atthe center care. The Hospital is a paperlessdigital hospital with all patient fileselectronically maintained.

All 600 patient rooms (600 beds) are singleoccupancy with en-suite facilities anddedicated family areas with overnightfacilities. Each pediatric ward hasdedicated classrooms, playrooms andfamily resource facilities.

Saudi Binladin Group has completed thedesign and build of this project deliveringall MEP systems and abiding with thehighest specifications required by theclient

PMBAH is the fifth NationalGuard Health facility in theKingdom after Riyadh, Jeddah,Dammam and Al Ahsa. It is a full-service facility with a 215-bedcapacity, located at the foot ofMount Uhud on Prince Naif Road.

As the National Guard HealthAffairs expands its services tocover more regions in theKingdom of Saudi Arabia, theHoly City of Al Madinah AlMunawarah was selected as thenext project in 2007. PrinceMohammad Bin AbdulazizHospital will provide optimalhealth services for the NationalGuard and their dependents andto other eligible patients duringtheir religious visits to the holycity of Madinah.Key Figures :
