Toensuresuccess,coachingengagementsrequirefullparticipationofbothparties,thecoachandthepersonbeingcoached,referredtoasthe“coachee.”ESCCagreestoprovideaqualifiedcoachwhowillworkdirectlywiththecoacheeandwillcommittherequiredtimeandefforttoprovidethecoachingmeetingsandworkbetweenmeetings.Inturn,thecoacheeagreestofullyparticipateinthisengagementthroughresponsivenesstocontactfromtheCoach,attendanceatscheduledsessionsandactiveinvolvementbetweensessionsasdeterminedinthecoachingengagement.Ifatanytime,thisrelationshipandcommitmentisdeterminedtobelackingorineffective,ESCCwillnotifytheClienttodetermineactionsneeded,withthepossibleresultbeingamutualdecisiontodiscontinuetheengagement.
