Javier Collado Ruano was invited to attend

Rio+20: United Nations Conference on

Sustainable Development, because he submitted

a proposal for educational reform at global level

(you can read it here: proposal for Rio+20),

which was one of the most voted throughout the

world in the group of Sustainable Development

for Eradication of Poverty. He received

congratulations from Mr. Sha Zukang, Rio+20

General-Secretary.
