Definition and Types Human Trafficking is the recruitment (…) of persons,
by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of (…) abduction, to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of exploitation. (UNODC, 2014)
Exploitation shall include (…) sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude. (UNODC, 2014)
According to Merriam-Webster.com (2014) it’s and “organized criminal activity in which human beings are treated as possessions to be controlled and exploited (…)”. A young boy

1) Sexual exploitation/trade2) Forced labour.3) Domestic servitude.4) Forced marriage.5) Refugees.6) Victims of organ removal.7) Military service.
A human life can’t be
degraded to a single number.
