ABOUT GRANITI

Graniti Building Materials LLC was established in Dubai in 1996. Initially, our main trade was Italian full body Porcelain tiles, but as part of our expansion plans, we have subsequently incorporated in our portfolio other brands from Europe, South America and Asia. The company operates with two showrooms and offices of around 650m2 located at Salah Aldin Road and 750m2 Sheik Zyed Road. While our 3,000 m2 store housing is located at Dubai Investment Park 2 Jebel Ali, and newly warehouse in Umm Al Quwain with an area of 5,000m2. Both of which can accommodate 150,000m2 of materials at any given time. Our team of 70 staff is specialized in each of their field from marketing, design, supervision, administrative, finance and logistics. Since we pay sincere attention to quality and delivery commitments, we only choose to deal with some of the leading manufacturers world wide such as Atlas Concorde, Marca Corona, Santa Agostino, Ceramica Cir, Serrenissima, and Capri, and the leading brands from Brazil, Portobello and Portinari as well as Niro and Roman Ceramics from Malaysia. We have also launched “Elina Ceramics and Porcelain” - our own collection of fine and exclusive products carefully selected from major international factories, offering solutions for large and small building projects to suit any budget. Recently, we have added to our product Portfolio several high end brands of sanitary wares from Italy and Turkey. Our prominent clients include numerous major property developers in the region such as Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Properties, Deyaar, Al Fattan Group, Meeras, Wasel Properties as well as reputable

The Westin Hotel Dubai, Located in Al Habtoor City, the Westin Hotel is an extremely prestigious project that comprises of 1004 guest rooms and 142 luxury suites. We supplied 60,000 m2 of very high quality, full-bodied, natural porcelain tiles for rooms, and bathroom floors and walls. We also supplied mosaics for the hotel’s fabulous main entrance.

*Bergen Fiammata “The Northern Stone”Stonequartz is porcelain stoneware inspired by quartzite, of which it recaptures the typical texture in three colours: off-white, luminous grey and warm beige. Offered in two finishes the Patinata, which is smooth and soft and has an elegant waxy appearance; the Fiammata, characterized by a boldly mineral appearance and by the typical roughness of flamed stone, especially designed for exterior environments. The HYATT REGENCY is a luxury mixed use development that was developed by Wasl Properties. The project consists of hotel and residential building with 405 apartments. We supplied both towers in full.


Sheraton Sharjah is an exclusive beach resort/hotel. This property is amongst the highest rated locations in Sharjah. We supplied 18,000 m2 for the bathrooms, using a combination of Limestone and Yura series from Niro granite for the walls and floors of the bathrooms.

VILLAS


Al FurjanAl Furjan Villas was developed by Nakheel which consists of 821 villas and townhouses.


Al FurjanIt was the second largest regional project when it was developed. We supplied 80,000 m2 of high quality, porcelain tiles throughout the project, and completed around 500 villas in full.


An ultra contemporary and minimalist design approach allows the Hartland Villas to achieve an appealing, modern look. The project was developed by Sobha and we supplied 45 of the Luxury Villas in the gated community. An excellent quality Italian Tile, Marvel Pro, was used to supply this project.


Victory Heights is a premium residential community in Dubai Sports City, surrounded by a golf-course. It consists of townhouses and villas. The project launched in 2006 and completed fully in 2013. We supplied a total of 70,000 m2 of floorings and bathroom tiles. 400 villas were supplied in full.


PALM JUMEIRAH

The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago in United Arab Emirates, created using land reclamation by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai government, and designed and developed by Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock/Architects, Inc. It is one of three planned islands called the Palm Islands (Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira) which would have extended into the Persian Gulf, increasing Dubai’s shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres (320 mi). The Palm Jumeirah is the smallest and the original of three Palm Islands originally under development by Nakheel. The Emirates Business Class Lounge at Dubai Airport Terminal 3 Concourse B boasts an outstanding array of amenities.
