Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Conditions:

1. Please discuss this with your parents and write down your answers to each question listed before you start to video. If there is a question you don’t want to answer, that’s ok you can skip it.

2. Please complete the attached Media / Publishing consent form and email to Pony Club Australia along with your video.

3. The video is a maximum of 60seconds

4. Uniform – Please make sure you have on your club uniform top

5. Video – Upper body shot only required – get someone to help you. Stand in front of a light coloured wall when inside. Out side video and including your horses head, select a shady spot for you both. It will be hard to hear your voice if it’s a windy day. Once you have finished your video, please email to Pony Club Australia - info@ponyclubaustralia.com.au along with the completed Media / Publishing consent form.

Pony Club Australia has requested that members provide a short video about their experience at Pony Club. We ask that you give your permission for your image, pictures and first name to be included in a compilation piece for the Pony Club Australia annual meeting. This material may also be used for promotional campaigns about Pony Club.
