➢ Students should carry his/her school diary, Id card and rough book to

school everyday.

➢ Students should carry their books as per their time-table.

➢ Students should be well dressed in neat and clean uniform.

➢ Boys should tuck their shirts into the pants.

➢ Girls skirts should be knee length. Hair should be combed and tied properly.

Nails should be trimmed.

Rules and Regulations

➢ Students are not permitted to wear expensive jewelry, watches, wristbands

or similar accessories.

➢ Students from Class 5 onwards are permitted to wear watches.

DISCIPLINE / CODE OF CONDUCT▪ Students, who come to school on their own should arrive well before the

reporting time.

▪ Students who come to school escorted, should never leave before

escort arrives.

▪ Students are allowed to use the school telephone only with the

permission of class teacher.

▪ Use of appropriate language is expected at all times. Bullying, Ragging and

extortion are prohibited.

▪ There is to be NO violence at any time.

▪ Students are expected to be polite and proper with all staff on the

campus.

▪ Electronic items are not permitted.

▪ Cash is not permitted.

▪ No religious discrimination.

▪ 80 % attendance is mandatory to complete the academic year.

Code of Conduct for Parents• Parents form a vital part of the school curriculum and hence they are expected to abide

by a certain set of rules.

• Parents are requested to read the rules and regulations mentioned in the Almanac.

• Parents are requested to go through the Almanac of their ward daily and acknowledge

wherever required.

• Parents who would like to meet the teachers are requested to take prior appointment on

1st and 3rd Saturdays after 12.30 p.m. of every month.

• Parents are expected to inculcate in their wards love and respect for the school and its

authorities.

Birthday Policy• The child may distribute a chocolate equivalent to the cost

not exceeding Rs. 5.

• Students should come decently dressed on their birthday.

Every 3rd Saturday will be a sharing day where children

will be allowed to share their food.

➢PTA membership charges per year is Rs.200/-

I Care

I Care is a branded initiative of MLZS that aims at advising,

teaching and enriching parents, children and the entire

community towards the evil of child abuse and saying NO

to child abuse in any form.

• Ensure that all staff at the centre/schools are trained for I Care; have

understood and signed code of conduct.

• Parents be made aware and enrolled on I Care at the beginning of the

Academic session.

• Ensure that all rooms/areas are under constant CCTV surveillance.

• Never leave any child unattended. Children should always be

accompanied by an employee who is trusted and verified.

• Only Kidzee/MLZS staff members to have access to children during

school hours.

Prevention

• Personnel hired for outsourced services (e.g. transport) must

be verified

• Keep all unused rooms (e.g. store rooms) locked and

inaccessible during school hours. All areas which pose potential

threat to the safety of the child should be child proofed

• No guest or visitor should be allowed to enter into the

classroom during the classroom session without express

permission of the management.

• The child should not be allowed to leave the school premises, till

the parent / guardian comes to receive the child .
