• TrainersandothertrainingstaffworkingwithabusinessoutsideofKeyInnovationsLtdasILMrecognisedproviderthatisindirectcompetitionwiththem
• Trainersandothertrainingstaffparticipatingintheappointment,promotion,supervisionorevaluationofapersonwithwhomtheperson,hascloseorfamilialties
• TrainersandothertrainingstaffhavingacloseorfamilialrelationshipwithanILMregisteredlearner,orlearners’familywhilstbeinginvolvedindecisionsabouttheoutcomeoftheirqualification
• Trainersandothertrainingstaffusingnon-publicILM/KeyinnovationsLtdinformationorILM/KeyInnovationslearnerdataforpersonalgainoradvantage
Theexistenceofsuchinterestsasthoseoutlinedabove,doesnotnecessarilyimplyconflict,butislikelytogiveanappearanceofconflictandassuchshouldbedeclared.

KeyinnovationsLtdasanILM/Centre/Providerviaitstrainingandadminstaffiscommittedtotakereasonablestepstopreventmalpracticeormaladministrationprocessesastheoneslistedabove.Assoonasanyofthemalpracticeandmaladministrationastheonesabovecometotheattentiontothelearnersorthetraining/adminstaff,theyshouldinitiateacomplaintprocessaccordingtoourComplaintsPolicy.
