GROUP NAVALE was founded by Mr Panagos G. Dimitrios & Mr Theoharis K. Stavrou about ten years

ago. Both Naval Architects with many years of experience in ship construction. Based on this vast experi-

ence, we offer security and honesty in our work.

Our goal is to create a strong bond with each customer, whilst maintaining strict adherence to our core val-

ues of honesty, clarity and discretion. We deliver our services on time and with no defects.

Co-Founder, Dimitris Panagos, a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer

has served for 30 years as a Head of New Building Department at Greece

Flag Authorities. Based on the ministry position, he has been involved

with the drawing approval in many constructions and modifications based

on Greek Flag Rules and Regulations

Co-Founder, Theoharis K. Stavrou holds a Diploma in Naval Architect and

Marine Engineering from NTUA. He has been working on Ship Construc-

tions/modifications for 20 years. His range of experience includes several

constructions on almost all types of ships.

Major Modification for T/B “OTHELLOS”. GROUP NAVALE was

the leading office for the modification of the above mentioned boat.

Our Client (Ledra Ena CY) trusted us to create a safe ship with

difficult requirements from the Owner.

TUG BOAT “OTHELLOS”MODIFICATION PROJECT

Passenger Vessel major modification Adding a new steel bow shape.

The modification taken place under Russian Maritime Register of Shipping rules.

All the drawings and studies were done by our office.

P/S “MAKEDONIA PALACE”MODIFICATION PROJECT

Our office was selected by the shipyard for the preparation of the

Detail Construction Drawing for the newbuilding project Steel Vessel 110m.
