AMITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OUR MISSION

Amity Elementary School serves as the foundation for the future of our students. We ensure a safe, respectful, and responsible environment

that supports and challenges students to achieve their potential while fostering our students’ love and excitement of learning.

From the

Principal’s Desk….

We are so excited about

our new Amity School

District website! It’s been a

long and time consuming

project for all involved, but

it is finally done! Each school has their own page.

Please take a few minutes to look it over.

There is a lot of information for parents; everything from menus, district & building forms, calendars

and a link to our new MealTime online payment app.

Our website is another form of communication with our parents and community. We try to make sure

all information is up to date and current. Our page also has teachers email’s along with our new

attendance email that parents can use to inform the office of students absences.

Amity Elementary also has a Facebook page that will have current events and notifications.

A family coach may:

Help navigate and problem solve concerns within your family

Help families think about and plan goals for where they want to see their

family to be

4TH GRADE FIELD TRIP TO..….WORLD OF SPEED Our 4th grade traveled to the World of Speed Museum this past month. This field trip has become a highlight

for our 4th grade students each year. It’s the one field trip that we see more dad’s than mom’s! Below

are some fun pictures that were taken throughout the day. Here is a write up from one of our students…

“I went to the World of Speed and it was AWESOME! We saw a lot of awesome cars. There was

one car that could drive on the ceiling. I learned that Danica Patrick said “I was born to be a

racer”. My favorite car was the G1500 yellow Mustang.” ~Rylin S.

~ MARCH 23rd—26th ~

We have an “assignment” for all our students during spring break!

Here are the rules….

1. DO something fun

2. SMILE and laugh a lot

3. WRITE 1 or 2 sentences telling us what you did

4. Bring your sentence(s) to the office after spring break along with a picture of what you did (with mom and dad’s permission of course) and we will put it in the April Newsletter!

Here are some ideas……
