The loading ol sand from the patl.ala.nd shall be as pcr thecapacity of the vehicle permitted by l.he Transport Department.

I)c-casting opcration timings shall bc bctwccn 6.00 AM to 6.00PM only, if any dcviations noticed on the part of pattadar in thisregard thc payment of Pattadar will be confiscated to TSMDCI.td., (Governmcnt of Telangana ).

Thc Pattadcr has to excavatc sand from his pattalands,excavation and Loading Machines shall have GI)S instrumentaffixcd in ordcr to monitor the machinc movement and conl.rolover thc arca by TSMI)C Ll.d.

The TSMI)C shall pay to "the pattadar, hc may get shareamount from the sale of sand with a maximum ceiling oflis.100/- per Cu. Mt earned by the Telangana State MineralI)evelopment Corporation I-imitcd due to salc of sand de-castingof sand in his / her l)attalands, which also includes cxcavationand raising cost to pattadars for preparation of lloads, Ramps &Loading in thcir pattalands whilc dc-casling o[ sand".

Any contravent.ion by the Pal.tadars during the llxcavation,TSMDC Ltd., shall impound any Vchiclc / Machincry belongs topattadar available at sitc.

Any Vehicle Transporting sancl without valid Transit l"orm ITransit Pass will be dcemed illcgal and contravention of thcTSSMR Rulcs 2015, any pattadar involvcmcnt noticed in thisregard, accordingly the I)atl.adar payment will be forfeitcd toTSMDC Ltd., (Govcrnmcnt of Telangana ).

Modc of I)ayment : Ilased on Sales in Transit l"orm {Form S-

'l'his agrecmcnt shall be in forcc for a pcriod of 'lwelve (l2lmonths from the date of this agreement or till thc quantity of99471 CIIM of sand is de -casted whichever is carlicr.

'lhc l)e-casting operations shall be rescinded it any change inGovernment policy or if thc Pattadar failcd to llxcavate anri raisethc samc as stipulatcd in thc Agreemcnt as ab<tvc.

'l'hc l)attadar is liable to pay all the taxcs i.c., cS'l'and all taxesrelating to Sand mining, and he is liable for present taxes andfuture arising taxes during thc pcriod of Agrccmcnt herein.

'l'he Pattadar himself shall make arrangemcnts for lrxcavation ofsand and raise to the vehicles, shall not handovcr the sitc tomiddle man or third party, or madc any agrccmcnt in thisregard with third party, if thc same comc tr> the ncltice of theTSMDC the amount already ne-casted sand shall bc forfeited toTSMDC without any notice, and further cxcavations shall bcstopped.

16. Any vehicle overloaded against permitted capacity, ten (10) timespenalty will be levicd on the sand cost as ovcrloadcd besidesAgreemcnt shall be cancc.lk:d.
