Description

TONISCO® Hot tap valves are used to connect new cutomers to the existing district heating or cooling systems without cutting off the heat/cold supply to other customers TONISCO® Hot tapping System consists of two main elements; The TONISCO® Hot Tapping Valves & TONISCO® Hot Tapping Machine. The System is Safe and Easy to use.

Because of the unique and compact design of the TONISCO® Hot Tapping Valves it is also the most Cost effective way to carry out a hot tapping Process to a Weldable pipeline System. All the fully welded bodies of all TONISCO® Hot Tapping Valves are manufactured from Approved High quality materials. All TONISCO® Valves are suitable for underground installations.

Features

TONISCO’s line of hot tapping valves are desingned for weldable pipeline systems. The range covers all the nominal dimensions from DN20 to DN600. All the valves are full bore, permitting the Hot tapping to be carried out with the largest possible Hole size. TONISCO® Hot tapping valves are designed to be used only once.

After the new line is completed by hot tapping the sluice plate will be removed and the controlling opening welded shut. As a result there will be a new completely welded outlet which is easy to insulate. The compact size reduces the travel required for the drilling machine’s boring bar to make taps. The light weight ensures the easy mounting and handling of the valves during the installation work.

the valves are full bore, permitting the Hot

tapping to be carried out with the largest

TONISCO® Hot tapping valves

are designed to be used only once.

After the new line is completed

by hot tapping the sluice plate will be

new completely welded outlet which is

The compact size reduces the
