Using Lei Shing Hong Securities Limited (LSHS) Online Trading Services

Now, you can take advantage of our fast and secure Online Trading Services to place order directly to the market. You may also monitor the order status, your cash balance and latest portfolio in real time. Please click on the following headings for simple usage steps:

First Time Login Online Trading Services

Step 1

Click on the “Online Trading Services” button.

Step 2

Type the user name and password and click the “Login” button (new customer will receive new password from email send by system)

Step 3

Setup the Second Password (must be alphanumeric and 8-12 characters) and click the “Confirm” button

Step 4

Change User Password (for first time user only)

Type the existing password in the “Old Password” field, type the new password and re-type new password in the according field on the “Change User Password” window.

Click on the “Update Login Password” button to update the new password.

If customer attempt to re-login after the first-time login, system will request customer to input the second password as shown in diagram at below :

Remark: For security reason, trading system will be logged out automatically if idled for over 30 minutes. Customer is required to login again..

Available Cash/Portfolio Checking

The “Available Cash “ is shown at the lower left corner of the screen

“Portfolio” button is shown at the lower left of the screen enables you to view your stock-holding. Please review your available limit or stocks to make sure you have sufficient fund or stock before placing an order.

Order Input

Step 1

Select “Buy” or “Sell” button on the top left of the screen when placing an order.

Step 2

Input order details (i.e. select order type¹ from the pull-down menu, enter product code, price and quantity²). Click "Order” to popup the confirm window and click “Confirm” to send or “Clear” button to cancel the selection.

Quick Order Input Alternatively, by clicking the required stock under the Portfolio folder, you can activate a “Sell order” window to place an order by inputting the stock price, then click “OK” button to complete.

You may also change the sell quantity if necessary. For those clients who have subscribed the ‘real time information service’³, you can activate a “Buy/Sell order” window by double clicking the stock price queue under Price Quotation. All you need is to input the quantity, as the stock code and the price will be shown automatically, then click “OK” button to complete.

Order Enquiry

Step 1

Click on the "Today Orders” folder at the bottom left of the screen.

Amend Order

Step 1

Click on the "Today’s Order" folder at the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2

Click “Amend” on the selected order.

Step 3

Input new Price and/or Quantity from the “Update Order” window.

Step 4

Click “Confirm” button to change or “Cancel” button to cancel the action.

Order Cancellation

Step 1

Click on the “Today’s Order” folder at the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2

Click “Cancel” on the selected order.

Step 3

Click “Confirm” button to cancel the order, order status “CAN” will be shown on the cancelled order. Click “Cancel” button to cancel the action.

Change User Password

Step 1

Click “Change Password” button under the “Account Management” menu.

Step 2

Type the existing password in the “Old Password” field, type the new password and re-type new password in the according field on the “Change User Password” window.

Step 3

Click on the “Update Login Password” button to update the new password.

Exit Online Trading Services

Click on the “Logout” button to exit.

password and change your password frequently. Avoid using personal information

such as name, identity number, telephone number, birthday, consecutive numbers or
