AwARD3. The Notiscation of Dispute Form TTA'' dated 5th March,

1981, duly signed by the parties was received by tlie Court on22nd April, together witll tlw statutory certihcate signtd bythe La' bour Commissioner.The parties' relationship dates back to 1965 since when they

have negotiated nine collective àgreements including 'one whichthey signed on 541 M arch, 1980. This agreement was forwardedto the Industrial Cour! by the Minister for Labour for thepurposes of registration in accordance with the provisions ofthe Trade Disputes Act with a recommendation that theminimum rates be adjusted in view of the new rates establishedby Legal Notice No. 72/80 which .was published on 2nd May.The present disputê has arisen as a result of their etlorts toatperd Ge agïetment in tlwse drzumstancos.The parties ha'd agreed that the basic minimum rates for
