3. Has in place a driver safety/orientation program;4. Is familiar with the FMCSR governing driver qualifications and has in place a system for overseeing driver

qualification requirements in accordance with 49 CFR Part 391.51C;

maintenance (49 CFR Parts 392;395 and 396);

1.0 TRANSPORTATION CHARGES

Transportation Charges include the hourly rates as listed below.

1.1 Hourly Rates and Charges

Moves will be conducted with a minimum hourly charge as set out below plus "pack, load, and travel" time as

described herein. For all moves to a destination no more than one hundred (100) miles from the move

origination, the clock starts at the appropriate hourly rate when the movers arrive to begin packing and/or

loading on behalf of the customer, and the clock stops when the movers leave the customer's new home to

return back to the office. For all moves to a destination more than one hundred (100) miles from the move

origination, the clock starts at the appropriate hourly rate when the movers arrive to begin packing and/or

loading on behalf of the customer, and the clock stops when the movers arrive back at the office.

cancel within 48 hours of their move, Two Men and a Truck of Savannah will charge the applicable minimum.

2.1 Bulky Article Charges (per item)

2.1.1 Tanning Beds

To move a tanning bed along with other household goods is a fiat charge of $75. To move a tanning bed alone

is $125.00 for the first hour, then at the appropriate hourly rate as set forth in Section 1 above. The two-hour

minimum applies when moving a tanning bed alone, and additional time will be charged in fifteen-minuteincrements.

2.1.2 Hot Tubs

To move these items along with other household goods: is a flat charge of $150. To move these items alone is

$245 for the first hour, then at the appropriate hourly rate as set forth in Section 1 above. The two-hour

minimum does apply when moving a hot tub alone, and additional time will be charged in fifteen-minuteincrements.

2.1.3 Fire proof file cabinets and safes, floor model copiers

To move these items along with other household goods; first floor to first-floor is a flat charge of $90. Going

down one flight of stairs is a flat charge of $90.00. Going up a flight of stairs is a fiat charge of $120.00. To

move these items alone is $180.00 for the first hour, then at the appropriate hourly rate as set forth in Section 1

above. The two hour minimum does apply when moving any of these items alone, and additional time will be

charged in fifteen-minute increments.

2.1.4 Other Bulky Items

Any bulky articles not listed above will be charged the same as the appropriate hourly rate.

2.1.5 Right to Decline to Move Items

Two Men and a Truck of Savannah reserves the right to decline, at its sole discretion, to move particular items

because of their bulk or fragile nature. No slate top pool tables will be moved.

To move these items along with other household goods; first floor to first-floor is a flat charge of $90. Goingdown one flight of stairs is a flat charge of $90.00. Going up a flight of stairs is a flat charge of $ 120,00. Tomove these items alone is $ 180,00 for the first hour, then at the appropriate hourly rate as set forth in Section 1

above. The two hour minimum does apply when moving any of these items alone, and additional time will becharged in fifleen-minute increments.

2.1.4 Other Bulky Items

Any bulky articles not listed above will be charged the same as the appropriate hourly rate.

2.1.5 Right to Decline to Move Items

Two Men and a Truck of Savannah reserves the right to decline, at its sole discretion, to move particular itemsbecause of their bulk or fragile nature. No slate top pool tables will be moved.
