TRUST PROPERTY :.

The Trust property shall consist of .the initial nucleus amount of

Rs. 5,00/- contributed and settled by Mr. Hemant chanchal Mal Lodha, shall

be the corpus of Trust and this amount can not be incuned or expended' The

interest therefrom and all contibution, funds donations of amount received

therefrom or derived with the aid of any such amount or property and all other

amounts, rents and movable or immovable properties and interest by whatever

name called which the Trust may receive or acquire or come in possession of

the trust from time to time shall be the property or the Trust' The properties of

the Trust as acquired or received shall vest in the tustees in office who shail

utilize the same for the objects of the Trust'

To launch and maintain web site to flitfill the objectives of trust'

To bridge the gap and work as help link benveen under privilegged and paffon'

To publish books and literature useful for masses and sale in the

society and utilise receipt for fulfilment of objective of trust'

To. carry out research in the branch of physiotherapy and to run

research instinrtes for exploiting opportunities and providing facilities for the

purpose of research in the various branches or medical science and other

allied scientific branches.

To organize various compititions on environment protection, road, safery

home safety etc. for school & college students for spreading awareness in

11. NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES :-

for which a Notice, Menfioning the date, time agenda and venue of theMeeting shall be circulated to all the Trustees 7 days before the date ofmeeting. Notice to local members shatl be servEd by dak book and in case

of refusal to sign, by R.P.A.D. out of station Trustees shall be intimated byR.P.A.D. if it is not possible to sere them through dak-book.

12, REQUISITION MEETING :.

In case the regular meetings are not being held or for any other

reason as the case may be, if at any time it is felt necessary to hold a meeting

or Board of Trustees, At least 2/3 trustees can give in writing to the

President of the trust for holding such requisition meeting Mentioning therein

the reasons and agenda for calling such requisition meeting. If the such

meeting is not called,within Seven days from the receipt of such notice by

the President then thb requisitionists can call the such meeting by issuing

notice under their signatures, 4 days notice shall be required for such meet-

ing and the discussion shall be held only on the agenda mentioned in such

notice for requisition meeting. The decision taken in such meeting shall be

binding upon the Board of Trustees provided that'notice should have been

sered upon all the trustees in writing.

REMOVAL FROM TRUSTEESHIP :-

Any trustees can be removed/dismissed fi.om trusteeship on the

following grounds in the meeting of Board of Trustees by 213 Majority. Butbefore his removaVdismissal opportunity of hearing and defending should

be given to such member.

In case of a hustees if he remains absent in three consecutive meeting of the

board of hustees.

POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES :-

The Board of Trustees shall have power of supervision and to execute all the

affairs in accordance with the aims and objects of the trust.

To carry out the proposalPlans passed by board of trustees.

To administer all affairs and property of the Trust.

To appoint the employees for Trust, terminate them and to keep control over

them for smooth functioning of the work of trust.

To approve the last year's Receipts & Payments statement, AuditedAccounts.

Balance sheet etc. of the Trust as well as to approve the budget for the next

financial year.

F) All the Ttustees of the Trust shall perform their duties consiously, having fullresponsibilities and in co-ordination with each other. And no power shall be

misused/abused by any Board of Trustees

The Board of trustees may acquire for and on behalf of the trust any property

movable or immovable out of the trust fund or tl,re accretions thereto or from

any source whatsoever and allow its properly so acquired to be utilized by any

individual person or a society or association or trust as may be deemed fit by

the Board of trustees in accordance with law. However the trustees will be

entitled to fix any fees or charges towards costs; expenses etc., incidental to

such use subject to the provision of Bombay Public TrustAct, 1950.

The trustee may associate for the purpose of achievement of its objects with

any sociaty or institute in India or in any other foreign country to enable the

to give the benefit of or to take the benefit or their reseaches and advance

L) The trustees will be entitle, to hire, pruchase or sale or exchange any propefty

movable or immovable if so required for carrying on the activies of the trust

connected with the objects ofthe Eust, and also to raise loans for such purpose

and objects by hypothecation or mortgaging the property subject to the

provisions of Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. The trustees may donate or

confiibute to any association or individuals or society or trust .uttyiqg on the

The sources ofthb Incomdfund are as under "-

l) Contributions Grants, Donations received from Trustees as well as from public.

The lncome of the trust shall be utilised for objects of the trust.

16) PROVISIONS -FOR

TAKING LOAN/DEPQSITS :-

The trust may take Loans/Deposits from any Member of Public or

Bank in emergency and in the interest or trust only subject to having full

security to repay and subject to prior permission from the Chariry

Commissioner, Nagpur provided that a resolution to that effect is passed in

fhe meeting of Board of Trustees.

PROCEEDURE OF SALE & PURCHASE OF MOVABLE/

IMMOVABLE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY :-

The sale and purchase of movable and immovable Property can be

made only in the interest/benefits of the hust and that too for fulfrllment the

objects of tnrst by passing the resolution in the meeting of Board of Trustees.

Before selling any ffust property prior permission of Charity Commissioner,

Nagpur will be obtained.

his custody in form of cash in hand for day to day expenses ofthe trust or for
