testing, and most importantly, customer satisfaction.

CertificatesofAnalysis provide a monthly snapshot of product quality. Available on all

KImtECh PuRE* Sterile and Non-sterile Gloves, each COA summarizes a lot’s performance with

regard to physical properties and cleanliness. Liquid particle counts are reported for the different

particle size ranges and extractables are reported by weight and surface area.

CertificatesofConformance verify that a specific product lot conforms to all specifications before

the lot is released, and are available on KImtECh PuRE* Sterile and Non-sterile Wipers. Physical

characteristics are tested in accordance with the AStm standards. Particles and extractables

are tested in accordance with IESt standards.

Certificatesofirradiation document the minimum and maximum dosage of irradiation that a

product received, and are available for all sterile products. Sterilization validation documentation

confirms that the doses have been verified, the loading patterns are sufficient, and that the

process is audited on a regular basis.
