Time Domain AnalysisTime Domain Analysis• The dynamic response of the system to different types of inputs

which are a function of time is analyzed at different time intervals of time after the application of input signal.

• In most cases the actual input signals vary in random fashion with respect to time and therefore cannot be mathematically defined.

• For the purpose of analysis and design, it is necessary to assume some basic types of input signals which can be easily defined mathematically.y
