Chairman's Chairman's Chairman's DeskDeskDeskDear Deans, Principals, facules, staff members and
my beloved students.
I wish health and happiness for all, especially in this
Covid-19 era, where our health has gained an upper
edge amidst all the confusion and paranoia. A
healthy mind lives within the healthy body, so first of
all I wish a healthy state of body and mind for all staff,
students and facules associated with Vikrant Group
of Instuons. No doubt the things have started
moving on a posive note with the massive
vaccinaon drive that India has been administering. I
hope all my kith's and kens especially my VGI family
have received their vaccines and are ready to set
course for the unprecedented dynamics of the next
wave.
Talking about this edion of V-Connect- Vikrant
Ratna which is dedicated to my beloved son and my
best employee Late. Dr Arshad Ayyub, I must confess
here that I am heartbroken about losing him. We lost
Dr Arshad to COVID and yes, the loss is irreplaceable
to the Instuon and at many levels to me. A year
back, he was awarded by us as Vikrant Ratna for his
exceponal sincerity and dedicaon to Vikrant
Group of Instuon. Late Dr Arshad was associated
with Vikrant Group since its incepon and not for a
single day he took a leave. Whether it was for his own
marriage or the day his son was born, he never took
leave or thought of shying away from his
responsibility. For many of us, he had set an example
of what is true dedicaon to workplace. He will
always be remembered for his joyful nature,
humbleness and excellent management skills in
every situaon. I pray for his peaceful journey to the
other world and thank the editorial team for
ensuring that Vikrant Ratna remains in scripts and
records of Vikrant through V-Connect.
I would like to close with a word of advice to the
students that “Nothing is Permanent. Don't stress
yourself too much, because no maer how bad the
situaon is, it will Change”. So be hopeful, focus all
your energies towards the posive and be passionate
towards your goals, life would surely find a way.
My best wishes to all.

Whenever I think about Arshad sir, I could not help
but recollect his dedicaon and determinaon for
the instuon and how single handedly he managed
mulple tasks. May it be the department of
Management as Head of the Department or
admission process, he would be the first one to raise
his hand when asked for assuming responsibilies.
He was always available whenever any funcon was
to be organized, especially for the grand celebraons
that involved other school or colleges.
He had a keen sense of developing friendship, his
amicable personality was one of the greatest assets
he had, apart from scores of other qualies. His
contacts were such diverse in the Academic field that
many a mes all he had to do was to call a prospecve
sponsorer or a Principal or the Director of a company
to get the works done, which other staff may not be
able to conclude even aer several visits. It could fill
volumes if I remember the qualies of Arshad sir
while there are numerous occasions where he single
handedly managed and resolved complicated issues
that were faced by the College.
I am assured that it is not only me that miss him to a
great extent but his colleagues, his students and the
enre management does, for his countless services
that he has rendered while being alive. Such
personalies never fade but are immortal by the way
they touch our lives, maybe for a brief period of me
that they are on this planet. Arshad sir we would
always feel the vacuum created by your unmely
demise.

Arshad sir, not an Employee of the Organizaon but a Member of Vikrant Family
Arshad sir is a person and a name that I believe will always exists
along with the name Vikrant, as he was the one that have been
associated with Vikrant group, not in the capacity of an
Employee but in the capacity of a family member. It is rightly
said that “Things end but memories last forever”, so is the
everlasng memory of one of the most amicable personality,
fondly known as Arshad sir for all students and facules alike.
I have been associated with Arshad sir in several capacity, as he
was my teacher while I was a management student, then while I
was his reporng authority, he profoundly managed the
posion and was always ready with whichever task handed over
to him with a smile and a “Yes Mam”. Somemes I use to
wonder over the 10 year plus associaon with Arshad sir that
how can a person put in such dedicaon and unring effort into
his work with all the sincerity in the world. Chairmen sir himself
was so impressed that he gave Arshad sir a tle of “Vikrant
Ratna”, the only person ll date to have received the tle and is
worthwhile for sure.
Arshad sir can never be forgoen as he was one of the
foundaon stone that joined Vikrant group in the capacity of a
faculty but later with sheer hard work and dedicaon got
promoted to the posion of HOD, Management department
over the period of me and never restricted himself to the
boundaries of his department or departmental work but rose
above all limits to become an irreplaceable member of the
Vikrant family. His dedicaon towards academics did finally
earned him his Doctorate just a few months back, while his
affecon and aachment with the students made him one of
the most respected faculty in whole of VGI.
We would always Miss Arshad sir and VGI group will always
remember his contribuon and his efforts in building the
academic strength and structure that stands tall in the midst of
global turmoil. All I could conclude my thought process for
Arshad sir is

Welcome to the fifth edition of V-Connect- 'Vikrant
Ratna'. To commemorate the beautiful journey of our
beloved colleague Late. Dr Arshad Ayyub with
Vikrant, we have dedicated this edition of V-Connect.
Titled 'Vikrant Ratna', this edition emphasises on
beautiful relation of students and teachers,
importance of treasuring good habits and health, our
student's fearless contribution in serving corona
patients and more.
In this era where literary works are produced,
processed, published and documented through
digital and cyber media, the college e-magazine is an
endeavour to keep pace with the changing nature of
readership and accessibility. We hope that this e-
magazine will reach out to a larger circle of readers both
within and beyond the Institute. The transformation of V-
Connect from realm of imagination to actualization in
cyber form, would not have been possible without the
collective initiative taken by faculties and students in terms
of creativity, techno-savvy skills, diligence and patience.
We would like to thank the Management of VGI and
Principals, Prof Anand Singh Besin (Gwalior Campus) and
Prof Jitendra Dodiya (Indore Campus) for believing in this
innovative venture and for their relentless support and
active engagement with the project.
We would also like to thank all the Heads of Departments
who have enthusiastically contributed towards this edition
of V-Connect. We sincerely appreciate the dedication of
our newly formed Students Editorial Team who ensured
smooth completion of this voyage by putting their heart
and soul in visual and literary designing of this magazine.
Happy Reading !

We are very happy to launch the fifth edition of V-Connect –
Vikrant Ratna. For the first time, instead of taking up a theme of
social relevance, we have opted to dedicate the present edition
of our e-magazine to our beloved teacher Late. Dr Arshad
Ayyub. The second wave of this pandemic has taken him from us
and his family. But as they say, best things come in short
packages. Our interaction with him was short but has been
memorable. Hope this compilation takes all our readers through
his memories and more.
As an end note, we thank our college, its editorial board, faculty
and all our friends for believing in us and giving us this
opportunity to compile this magazine.
Hope you enjoy reading it!

There is a lot to be said about Arshad Sir. He was such a great
teacher who never le his mind free as he always kept his
mind busy in thinking about the best for his students as well as
for the department. He had started a Happy Hour acvity for
us from which we learned a lot and enjoyed too even facules
also enjoyed. He also started our Personality Development
classes so that we can develop our personality and from this
we are learning a lot. Not a single acvity we found boring. He
wanted every one of his students become the best in all. Not
only students, he used to take great care of the facules too. If
any student or any faculty had any problem, then he always
try to find the soluon.
If I share my first memory with Arshad Sir, how can I forget it
was because of him that I got admission in the college in the
session 2020-21 as I came here very late by then admissions
were closed in most of the colleges and because of this reason
my one full year of college could have been wasted. I am very
thankful to Arshad Sir, he has solved my problem every me.
He was such a kind, polite, helpful and humble person, we can
never able to forget him. The day we came to know that he is
no more with us, I could not believe it at all and sll I cannot
believe. We will always miss him. He may not be with us but
his blessings will always be with us. We all are deeply
saddened by the loss. Hearelt condolences to the family of
Dr. Arshad Ayyub.

REMEMBERING A TEACHER “The Only True Teacher is Who Convert Himself as it were Into a Housand Persons at a Moment's Noce who can Immediately Come Down to the Level of His Students And Transfer his Soul to the Student soul
and see through The Student Eyes and Hear Through his Ears and Understands His Mnds”
-Swami Vivekanand Ji
I am so glad for the opportunity to pay tribute to him . I feel
lucky to have been taught by him and got to know him
personally .Actually, I don't have any special memory with sir
but seeing him doing his work so passionately inspired me a
lot . I remember the day when I was struggling to get
admission ,I was very nervous and not so confident at all but
when I met him the first me he was so kind and generous
and many mes in college he movated me to be confident
and become a beer version of myself. He always used to
think about his students and would arrange acvies for the
students to develop their skills. His way of teaching was so
different , it was the me when we used to forget everything
and just enjoy studying. Our laughter would echo in the
classroom and the posive environment he would create
while teaching . I just feel lucky to be one of his students . It
was such a bliss. I may not have always shown it ,but I am
grateful to have had an awesome teacher like him .More than
a teacher, he was a great mentor, and a good friend who
always guide and support for his students. His smiling face, I
can never forget . He was the best teacher one can get and it
just broke my heart when I heard about his unmely demise.
But I will cherish every moments spent with him. As he used
to say:
“Be Posive and Think Differently”You will be Missed Sir
REETIKA DABODEBBA 1st Yr, VIBM-Indore
Whenever the beauful soul has been, there is a trial of beauful memories.
Dr. Arshad Ayuub(HOD) of management, Vikrant group of
instuons, INDORE was one of the wonderful teachers.
Arshad sir was the person who never say no to anyone for
anything. Whatever the problem is he has the quick soluon
ready with calm nature. He lived every moment of his life with
happiness and posivity. The way he taught the students with
different types of examples, with his own experience was
what made the lectures interacve. I could remember the day
of my admission in a college and the day I last met him he
always tried to movate and encourage students for their
performance. He was always ready to make an effort towards
students so that students of department of management can
enhance their limitaons in a creave way. He also conducted
several kinds of student development programs like
seminars, presentaons, happy hour acvity, VPL games and
so many other acvies as for students. He was not only
popular in management students but among other
departments also because of his friendly atude. The day
when we heard about his sudden death that was really
shocking for everyone as he was well and even taking our
online lectures just before a day he passed away. Now it's a
truth that he is not with us today but Dr. Arshad Ayuub will
always alive in our respecul memories.

IN THE MEMORY OF ARSHAD SIR
SWEETY CHOUDHARYBBA 3rd Yr-VIBM-Indore
We always hear that life brings tears, smile and memories,
the tears dry, the smile fade, but memories last forever.
We meet thousands of people in our life but few of them
remain by our side in our hearts. We never want to forget
them as our ArshadSir. A person with charming eyes ,smiling
face and with golden heart, a hardworking family man and a
great teacher. He was not just a teacher but a friend to his
students and more than that a inspiraon who not only
thought us how to achieve goals but also thought us how to
live a wonderful life. His contribuon makes for the most
priceless of memories in our life . No maer how much we
grow up , we can never forget the sweet compliments
,generous encouragement and influencing support given to
us by our dearest Sir.
But unfortunately good things don't last forever. On 25th April
2021 a golden heart stoped beang, hard working hands laid
to rest .It really breaks our heart that he le us so
unexpectedly. Even god wanted him.
Your absence will leave a vacume in our souls for in our life you
played such an important role. We feel black out and empty
from inside as a result of not having you by our side.
It is really sad you are not in this world now but we really that
thankful to God for sending you in our life as a teacher. Thank
you for embracing us with your hands and your thoughts.
We pray to god that may your soul meet us in the heaven . WE
ALL MISS YOU SIR. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ALIVE IN OUR
HEARTS.
ARSHAD SIR MY REMEMBRANCEI remembered my first day of college when I meet him ( Mr.
Arshad) and our it was so overwhelming to meet such a
person who is full of posive energy and he inspired me a lot.
He was my mentor who movated me to try new things and
always ready for any help and always appreciated the good
work of Student and a very good mentor. But when I heard a
news which was very shocking and disappoinng. The news
made me feel very sad and low at same me, that one of my
best faculty as well mentor Mr. Arshad Sir (HOD)passed away.
The past memories of last 1 year spent with him in college was
rolling before my eyes enre night. It is a great loss to me as I
lost one of my favorite faculty, mentor, and guide. He has
been inspiraon for me or many more students. He was a
great human being that's why I always aspire to be like him.
He was very helpful so supporve even to teach anybody even
the most basic fundamentals aspects of anything. He was an
awesome perfeconist. He always encouraged to strive for
excellence with his down to earth. His passion, dedicaon so
pursuit for excellence in everything. I pay my tribute to this
great soul with whom I got chance to live with and will always
try to follow the footprints laid down by him. May God give
lots of courage and strength to his family members in this
situaon…Mr. Arshad Sir (RIP).

Whenever I think about Arshad sir, all I can recollect is his
commitment to Vikrant Group of Instuons and of course
his ever capvang smile. Being the AMD of the
organizaon, I have faced numerous challenging situaon
where I just cannot think of a way out and need to act
immediately with added informaon and documents, to
me at such occasions only one name use to pop up and that
was Arshad sir. I use to call him, irrespecve of the me
zone, somemes late and at mes very early in the
morning and all I expected and heard from him was that
“Ho Jayega Sir”. That one answer use to relax me to a great
extent, as he was a man of his words, If he said “Ho Jayega”,
he ment it and have never failed to deliver.
I may fill on pages if I recollect the incidents when he had
put his all out effort, maybe 200%, and had stood without
backing out from any situaon that Vikrant Group has
encountered. At mes I use to wonder how a person could
have such faith and unwavering dedicaon for an
organizaon that was something for all of us to learn and
emulate. His doctorate gave us all a sense of pride as his
demise has given us a great shock that we are sll
recovering from.
Sll at mes when I am stuck in an official situaon,
unknowingly I tend to dial his number and then halng
midway, recollecng that we have lost him forever but we
had not lost hope that his effort would never go waste, if
we all follow the path that he has shown us.

THE FOUNDATION
Hello friends, when we talk about the foundaon of the house
on which the whole house rests, in the same way, we
remember Vikrant Ratna, Dr. Arshad Ayyub Sir who was
known as the foundaon of the Management Department.
Mentor of students, a helpful teacher, and a person of very
humble nature. I got so much pleasure working with him that I
felt like being at home. He never considered anyone to be
small, worked with everyone equally, if we talk about his
personal behavior, then it is a management subject that he
not only taught but also lived it. His managerial skills and
different types of strategies to solve the problem were simply
amazing. Whatever me I had spent with Arshad Sir, be it at
working place or in my student life, it gave me immeasurable
learning. This is the thinking of we humans- What can a single
person do? But look at that sun…it keeps shining and radiang
light alone!!
ARVIN SUPAT Asst. Professor, VIBM-Indore
DEDICATED TO DR. ARSHAD AYYUB
When I met Arshad sir for the first me in March 2010, he
became so friendly with me on the very first day of meeng
and that me I felt that we both knew each other from last
many years. Arshad Sir was a person with whom I don't think I
will meet such person in my life again. In his personal life he
was a meek grandson for his grandmother, an obedient son
for his parents, a loyal and supporve husband for his wife
and a caring and loving father for his son while in his
professional life he was a sincere, hardworking, extraordinary
employee of Vikrant instute who has served for more than a
decade in our Instute with full dedicaon which can be
proven by the fact that he did not take a single leave during his
more than 10 years of working tenure. I can definitely say
that no one can ever replace him in this Instuon at all.
Definitely I will always miss him and he will remain alive in my
heart forever.

MY MENTOR AND GUIDEArshad Sir was the first person whom I met first in VGI. He
idenfied my abilies and made me the part of management
department. When I joined VGI he was the one who
influenced me a lot about working as he was the man who
was making substanal contribuon in the working of VGI.
He was the one stop soluon for all the problems in
management department and a man with “never say no
atude”. Some good habits of Arshad sir I observed during
the working were:-
• He used to come at college before the prescribed me.
• He used to complete all the work before deadline.
• Fully dedicated for working no maer he was at home or
in the office.
• Always ready with innovave ideas.
• Always protect his subordinates.
• He was very honest with his work as I never seen him
sing idle at the workplace.
• He was very prompt and efficient in distribuon of work.
• He is very acve and unstoppable.
• He knew how to be happy and how to keep others happy.
He taught me to contribute towards progress of the organizaon in all the possible ways of working. I have never seen person like him in my life, “The man who loved his work a lot is no more with us but he is sll alive in our hearts.” “We gonna miss u Arshad sir.”
“May his Pious soul rest in peace”
ASHWANEE PALAsst. Professor, VIBM-Indore
MEMORIES It is a privilege to write about the Dr. Arshad Ayuub sir. He can
never die; he will always remain in the memories which he has
created. Yes, he is the big loss to his family as well as for us and
he will be missed always. Though I didn't spend too much
me with him. Approx 2.5 months, during which I was worked
under his guidance, he taught me many things as how to work
and manage so many things together. He was not only the
pillar of Management department but for the whole VGI. I
remember the day when I joined the VGI, that day he asked
me many mes ma'am are you feeling ok and if you have any
problem you can share with me like you share with your elder
brother. He always treated me like his small sister. I even
shared with at home that how he helped and guided
everyone. He used to encourage me by saying “ma'am kuch to
bola karo” because I didn't talk too much. Even when he was
not well he always answered the calls and gave guidance.
He was the person whom we will never forget. He had
soluon for every problem, as whoever had any problem they
would approach Arshad Sir for the soluon. Not only for
facules but he is always cared equally for students also. We
felt relaxed that he is around; we don't have to worry about
any situaon. He was simply very posive and humble.
Though he was the HOD management, but always ready to
contribute towards working of the Department and a perfect
team man. He always said we are one team and we should
always help each other. With this atude he always took
everyone along with him and achieved the goals. He became
the favorite faculty of students as well perfect colleague for
facules. At the end I just want to say he will always be missed
and his words will always be remembered“ ho jayega tension
mat lo, mein hu na” .

ONE-MAN ARMY !Once in a lifeme people get to meet amazing people. I feel blessed and fortunate to meet a person who was simple yet different , who was achiever but down to earth, who was a teacher to many, friend of everyone and a mentor to me. We all know him as Dr Arshad Ayyub truly a Vikrant Ratna. Vikrant Ratna, Dr.Arshad Ayyub a man who didn't know the meaning of word “No”, or “not possible”. A person whom you will find always on the giving end, a one stop soluon to all your problems. I was new to his crew, though a lile anxious but full of excitement. But I could feel his excitement to introduce me to others. The journey begins from there, though I had spent very lile me with him, but during this me I realized that he was a true follower of a proverb “Work is Worship”. He was alone managing some of the big porolios like Markeng , Placements , Admissions the list goes on and on. I was amazed to know that he has not taken a single day leave in past 12 years. In one incident when we were managing placement session and he was movang students, he said while he was about
to welcome his baby he used to pray to God that his baby should take birth on Sunday so that he don't have to take a leave . God blessed him with a baby boy on Sunday. That was his level of professionalism and workaholic nature which he possessed. There is a lot about him which I cannot describe in words. I would say few names are inscribed on rocks and tombs . Arshad sir inscribed his name on our hearts. He will always be remembered for his contribuons towards Vikrant Family.

SAB HO JAYEGA MAM
Dr Priyanka PathakAsst. Professor, VITM-Indore
What to say about Arshad Sir. He was a one man army of Vikrant. He used to have a smile on his face everyme we saw him.I knew him since last 12 years. Our cabins were in the same room. We have celebrated many happening moments together which can never be forgoen. HI used to be acve in each and every work. Whenever i ask him to do something his lines used to be "Sab ho jaega ma'am". The word "No" was not in his diconary. We have celebrated many fesvals together like Ganesh Chaturthi, Christmas, Makar Sankran, Holi etc. All the Students loved him a lot. Though he was the faculty of management but the Students of engineering were also aached to him. He was very punctual and never absent from college throughout his career. He even kept his wedding on sunday because of that... We consider Vikrant as our second family. Everybody used to tell Sir that go and also spend me with your family but for him "Vikrant" was his first family. He was a diamond and i am sure Nobody in this world can ever replace him.We will miss you sir

In this secon of V-connect we have projected that in addion to regular academics, how varied
arsc and creave events have been successfully organized by VGI. We have been able to strike a
judicious balance between academics and acvies. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the instuons
have offered the students the opportunies to learn and grow through online plaorms. The students
with their ideas, energy & vigour have endeavored to make E-magazine aracve and embarked a
true reflecon of the college ethos.
While academics have always been a major thrust, we could strike a fine balance between studies and
arsc and creave skills of students. Vikranans have showcased their talent through effecve
celebraons of world events like “No Tobacco day”, “World Health Day” and “World Water Day”.
Though such global issues, we were able to inculcate values and raise awareness among the
students. Vikrant instute of Management also organized “Treasure Hunt” at VGI Gwalior campus.
The acvies may not necessarily be the part of core curriculum but they are so very important for
budding young minds & impart them ability to shape their personalies.
It brings us immense pride and pleasure to menon here that Vikrant group of Instuons is keen on
providing opportunies to its students and teachers to learn from real life situaons.

OUR FRONTLINE WARRIORS BY VIKRANT INSTITUTE OF
NURSING & SCIENCE, INDORE
This secon gives us an opportunity to share our first hand
experiences, some heart-breaking and some life-changing,
of the deadly covid-19 pandemic.
The world, especially India has seen endless sufferings during
the second and the most devastang wave of COVID-19
pandemic that started in March'21. The new mutated variant
of the virus created havoc and brought about higher fatality
than the previous one. The prognosis and prevenon of the
increasing death toll became a major concern for the
authories. The virus started spreading like wild fire. With
the rapid surge in the number of paents and ever increasing
death rates, many schools, colleges and community centres
were converted into COVID care centres, where extra
resources like oxygen cylinders, beds, medical equipment,
PPE kits, medicines and manpower was required.
To meet the staffing requirement, we were contacted by
several hospitals. Our nursing students, without any
hesitaon or second thoughts accepted this challenge and
devoted themselves in the selfless service of humankind.
Our students provided nursing services to COVID paents
with zeal and dedicaon. Working under able guidance of
experienced doctors our students treated paents with
acute breathing disfunconality, severely damaged lungs,
elderly paents, young boys and girlsetc. and restored
normalcy. Many of our students were affected by the virus
themselves but they bounced back quickly and made
themselves available for service again. Kudos to these
fighters! Our front-line warriors treated more than 7000
COVID paents successfully making the Instute extremely
proud of this commendable feat. Our faculty members stood
by the students relentlessly, guiding them through thick and
thin. They stayed with the students in the hospitals to boost
their morale, give them technical knowledge support and to
fulfil their basic requirements. Although we have lost many
near and dear ones in this pandemic, but the integrity,
fearlessness and selfless service shown by the students of
Vikrant Instute of Nursing and Science is truly inspiraonal.
Our students have created history!
Vikrant group salute the efforts of students and faculty
members and wishes them good health and success in all
their future endeavours!

His journey started on December 28th,2019, when Akash
began serving food to the underprivileged people across the
city of Gwalior. From slums and homeless families and
children to various orphanages and Ashrams. Akash also
facilitated raon, raw vegetables and fruits enough to last for
a month. With the help of family members and friends, Akash
would serve at least a hundred people each day. The year
2020 March saw the successful registraon of his NGO and
raising funds became al-the-more possible. But the
challenges had just begun. Right when Shuruwat Foundaon
officially came into existence, the pandemic broke out. Most
parts of our country were badly affected. Amidst the grave
pandemic, Akash took special permission from Gwalior
Police and started working fearlessly with his team of four
members to supply meals to the needy.
THE NOBLE WORK
Shuruwat foundaon organized several events and projects
during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The teamtook utmost care by wearing the PPE kits, face
masks, head covers and sanizing their hands every hour. To
spread awareness amongst the masses, they also distributed
sanizers and masks. The team roamed the streets relessly
looking for people who needed food and prevented them
from starvaon. The challenging period did not douse their
spirits. Shuruwat Foundaon decided to take the iniave of
feeding street animals such as dogs, cows and monkeys (in
the forests near Gwalior). The team fed more than 50 stray
animals every day during the peak summer months of June-
July. In collaboraon with three other NGOs of Gwalior
Sanitary pad distribuon drive was conducted during the
month of October.
Inspired by the work of Shuruwat Foundaon, a few students of Vikrant Group of instuons, Gwalior decided to volunteer for the noble cause. Neha Yadav (MBA), Suchi Jain (BBA), Nikhil Jadon (BBA) worked fearlessly with the foundaon. They provided their offline and online support whenever required. They parcipated in events like plantaon drives, feeding the needy, mask and sanizer distribuon etc. Vikrant Group of instuons in extremely proud of its students for having tried to make a difference in the society and encourages them to work more towards such
ROCKSTARS OF VGI
social causes. We wish Shuruwat Foundaon and our students luck for all their future endeavors.

KEEP THE FAITH!
There might be some days and nights,
When you feel the absence of lights In your life,
You see the darkness spreading
Not knowing to which path it's heading
But you have to Comprehend
The meaning of life
Don't ever try to quit it with a knife.
To manifest your diligent self,
To be the finest book in the shelf,
To cure the world by being a salve,
Just rise and embrace thyself.
There were nights when you have cried,
But do not forget that you have tried.
The spark in life may seem weak,
It's just smulaon and courage that you seek.
Do not fear the society or world,
Do not let your mind be whirled,
You always get caught and caged,
That does not Stop you from dreaming of that stage
We must prevail, and touch the skies
But before that,
We got to stand up, dream big and rise!

STUDENT HELPING HANDSB.Sc. Nursing 3rd Yr. (VGI, Indore)
The students of B.Sc. Nursing- (3rd yr.) from Vikrant Instute
of Nursing and Science were the eye-witness to the COVID-
19 tragedy. They worked endlessly as frontline workers with
the Madhya Bharat and Mewara Medicare & Eye care
Hospital, Mhow to treat the COVID paents. They shared
their experiences saying, “We collaborated as nursing
assistants and learn tan array of things like using PPE kit,
challenges of wearing the kit for long hours, monitoring the
paents for their vital status etc. We assisted the doctors for
handling crical situaons, providing nebulizaon and
oxygen, providing nutrion, administering medicaons at
spulated me, maintaining proper records and reporng as
well as maintaining enre documentaon. Apart from this
we learnt how to provide moral support to the paents and
their families. Geng a hands-on experience and learning
about the nuances of nursing was the most enriching
experience we gained throughout our clinical period. We will
forever be indebted to our Principal, Professor Mrs. Keshkali
Sharma and our teachers for considering us capable of being front
line warriors and giving us their valuable guidance at all mes.”

improve the educaon system and illiteracy levels in India.
The first Naonal Educaon Policy was formed in 1968 which
was later modified in the years 1986 and 1992. Aer almost
three decades, a revoluonary change was brought to the
Indian Educaon system by the formulaon of Naonal
Educaon Policy 2020. It aims for an Indian educaon system
that focuses directly on transforming our naon sustainably
into an equitable and vibrant knowledge society, by
providing high quality educaon to all. But much of its
success depends upon its execuon. If it is implemented in its
true vision, the new structure can bring India at par with the
leading countries of the world.
In its simplest sense, policy refers to a broad statement that
reflects future goals and aspiraons, and provides guidelines
for carrying out those goals. Our Naonal policy of Educaon
is one such public policy based on the perceived educaonal
needs that the country visualizes to address through
educaon. It has come up through a process of deliberaon
that marks a policy-making process.
However, discourses in policy analysis do recognize that the
polical ideology of the country is the basis on which policy
formaon takes place as well as the policy is a reflecon of
the commitment that any country has made to the cizens of
the country. Also, in a diverse country like India, we face
unique challenges within the society, and they have
implicaons for the domain of policy formaon as well. Our
problems of illiteracy, unemployment, class and caste
divisions, malnutrion, gender issues, etc., require to be
addressed through public policy mechanisms.

needs inspiring leadership which will also ensure
excellence of execuon.
● This Policy is commied to raising educaonal
investment- there is no beer investment towards
society's future.
Conclusion
NEP 2020 lays out an encouragingly hopeful vision for the
future if successive governments can stay true to it. However,
for it to be a truly naonal vision, it would be appropriate for
it to be discussed and adopted by Parliament in the manner
that the Naonal Policy on Educaon 1986 was, which
allowed it to stand the test of me.
Our constuon is the basis on which any public policy is
formulated and more so with educaon being a social
instuon. Therefore, values of Jusce, Liberty, Equality and
Fraternity will be our frames of reference as we understand
the policy. These values of equality, jusce, fraternity, liberty
and brotherhood are also valuing that need to be concerned
about and commit ourselves too. We are challenged in the
Scripture to be mindful of the poor, to use principles of equity
in our dealings, to work towards harmonious collecve
development.

NCC cadet undergoes may play a large role in shaping his
values, deciding his career and also in his atude to life. NCC
(The Naonal Cadet) is the Indian military cadet with its
headquarters in New Delhi. It is a voluntary organizaon
which recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and
universies all over India. It is the world's largest uniformed
youth organizaon that imparts military training such as
Physical Fitness, Leadership, Discipline, Integraon,
Adventure, Military, and Community Development training.
NCC installs values of "Unity and Discipline" - the Moo of
the NCC. It is emerging as a major source of recruitment of
officers for the armed forces. In fact 25% of the cadets
currently training to be officers at the Officers Training
Academy, the IMA and the NDA are from the NCC. This figure
is even higher for women cadets.
THE AIM OF THE NCC
The NCC came into existence on 16 July 1948, under the NCC
Act of 1948, based on the recommendaon of the Pandit H.
N. Kunzru Commiee. Inially, NCC was confined mainly to
the urban areas. Today it has spread to every corner of the
country, having more than 13 lakhs cadets. With India's
populaon of over a billion, at least 50% are below the age of
35. The basic aim of the NCC, which has both boys and girls
cadets, is to insll character in the youth to make them good
cizens and worthy leaders of the future in every walk of life.
Those who join the NCC are subject to discipline. In fact, the
discipline which an NCC cadet undergoes may play a large
role in shaping his values, deciding his career and also in his
atude to life. It develops qualies like social service, team
spirit, leadership, discipline and self confidence.
Rabindranath Tagore said that whenever a child is born, it
shows that God has not lost faith in mankind. NCC inculcates
in youth a sense of naonalism and secular outlook that
contributes towards the building of the naon.
The NCC has undergone many changes from a military
oriented organizaon to a true youth development
organizaon spread all over India. In the year 2000, the
Central Advisory Commiee modified the aims of NCC to
develop qualies of Character, Courage, Comradeship,
Disc ipl ine, Secular Outlook, Spirit of Adventure,
Sportsmanship and the ideals of Selfless Service to make
them useful cizens; to create a human resource of
organized, trained and movated youth; to provide
leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces; and
to create a suitable environment to movate them to take up
a career in the Armed Forces.
Today, the NCC offers a wide spectrum of acvies classified
into five main areas. Instuonal Training is paramount
amongst these and it includes annual training camps,
weapon training, flying, sea training and familiarizaon
training with various services instutes like Indian Military
Academy at Dehradun and Officers Training School at
Chennai. Community Development is another area in which
cadets have set an example by involving themselves in
various acvies viz. adult literacy, drug abuse, leprosy
eradicaon, planng trees, blood donaon, visit to old age
homes, AIDS Awareness Rally etc. Of late, the scope of
adventure and sports acvity has been enlarged to bring in
its ambit events such as mountaineering, para-sailing, scuba-
diving, car and motorcycle rallies and expedions designed
to explore the naonal heritage of India.

NCC, we expect, and support, equity and inclusion in our
educaonal programs, policies, campus life, employment,
extracurricular acvies and community involvement. We
define diversity as all the ways in which we differ from one
another, and we see each individual as unique and valuable.
Inclusion means that we value these differences as strengths
that contribute to a rich college environment. The college
community is united in the condemnaon of acts of hatred
and intolerance.
In our efforts to value diverse voices and perspecves, we
strive to:
• Provide equitable opportunity and access to educaon.
• Recruit and retain a diverse student body, faculty and
staff.
• Promote a campus climate where respect for and
appreciaon of differences are priories, and where
individuals thrive without prejudice or bigotry.
• Integrate mulcultural perspecves throughout the
curricula.
• Analyze the diverse needs of our constuents and
ensure that our services, organizaonal structures and
instuonal priories address them.
• The college community believes that everyone is
responsible for fostering an environment of inclusion
and respect that contributes to academic excellence.
This short-course and assessment will provide guidance and
support to assist you in understanding the ever increasing
complex area of equality, diversity and inclusion in the
workplace and dispel any myths surrounding this important
subject.
On compleng the module learners will be able to: -
• Understand what is meant by equality & diversity.
• Understand how the law impacts on equality & diversity.
• Understand what needs to be done.
NCC stands for Naonal Cadet Core, a training program. It is
open to the students of schools and colleges. It's a voluntary
program and any student can join it. This program teaches
students to follow a disciplined life. It's a Tri-Services
Organisaon and engaged in grooming the youth in India to
become patrioc cizens.
NCC training offers many benefits to the trainees. Aer
aending a minimum of 75% of NCC training, the students
get a cerficate from NCC according to their level. These
cerficates help the students to in their career. There are
many benefits of NCC cerficates, but not many people know
about them.
What is NCC?
NCC is the Indian military cadet corps wing of the Indian
armed forces. NCC offers training to the students of schools
and colleges. This is not compulsory training for all students.
The duraon of this training program is 3 years.
During the training of NCC, candidates get the basic military
training. This training is conducted to develop the interest of
young students in all three forces; the army, the navy and the
air force of India. NCC offers the plaorm to the students so
that they could check their abilies to join the Indian Defence
Services. That's why one of the benefits of the NCC
cerficate is that the candidate gets some relaxaon during
army selecon.
According to the Naonal Cadet Crops', the main aim of NCC
is to create an organized, trained and movated youth. With
this aim, NCC not only creates soldiers for the naon but it
also develops the leadership skills in the youth.
How to Join NCC?
Any Indian student either girl or boy can join NCC. There are
two wings in NCC; The Junior wing and the senior wing. Here

are the details to join the junior and senior wing of NCC.
Junior Wing: The minimum age to join the NCC junior wing is
13 years. The enrollment period for the training of junior
wing is 2 year. To join NCC the candidate needs to contact the
headmaster or principle of his/her school. If the school of
the candidate is not having NCC training facility then the
student can contact Commanding Officer of the nearest NCC
Unit for further guidance.
Senior Wing: To join the senior wing the candidate's age
should be up to 26 years. The enrollment period for this
training is 3 years. To join senior wing students need to follow
the same process as menoned above.
Benefits of Joining NCC
We have already menoned that joining NCC develops
interpersonal skills of the students. NCC training helps
students who want to join Indian Arm Forces but it's not the
compulsion to the trainee to join any part of Indian Army
aer compleon of the training. Benefits of NCC also
includes self-discipline and problem-solving skills.
NCC offers three types of cerficates. Here is the detail of the
NCC cerficates.
'A' Cerficate
'B' Cerficate
'C' Cerficate
Here are the detailed benefits of NCC cerficates.
'A' Cerficate
NCC 'A' cerficate is not as useful in government jobs as
other NCC cerficates. But the benefit of NCC cerficate is
that it gives you a glance of Indian army and it clears your way

THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY
The Naonal Educaon Policy (NEP) 2020 was announced by
the Ministry of Human Resource Development (soon to be
called the Ministry of Educaon). The policy is aimed at
transforming the Indian educaon system to meet the needs
of the 21st Century.
The new policy seeks recficaon of poor literacy and
numeracy outcomes associated with primary schools,
reducon in dropout levels in middle and secondary schools
and adopon of the mul-disciplinary approach in the higher
educaon system.
Apart from this, the policy also focuses on early childhood
care, restructuring curriculum and pedagogy; reforming
assessments and exams, and invesng in teacher training
and broad-basing their appraisal.
Though the NEP 2020 seeks to bring a holisc change in the
educaon system of India, its success depends on the will
and way in which it will be implemented.
Significance of Naonal Educaon Policy 2020
Recognising Importance of Formave years: In adopng a
5+3+3+4 model for school educaon starng at age 3, the
policy recognises the primacy of the formave years from
ages 3 to 8 in shaping the child's future.
Departure from Silos Mentality: Another key aspect of school
educaon in the new policy is the breaking of the strict
division of arts, commerce and science streams in high
school.
This can lay the foundaon for a mul-disciplinary approach
in high educaon.
• The Confluence of Educaon and Skills: Another
laudable aspect of the scheme is the introducon of
vocaonal courses with an internship. This may nudge
the vulnerable secons of society to send their children
to school.
• Also, it would help in realisaon of the goal of Skill India
Mission.
• Making Educaon More Inclusive: The NEP proposes the
extension of the Right to Educaon (RTE) to all children
up to the age of 18.
• Further, the policy seeks to leverage the huge potenal
of online pedagogy and learning methodologies for
increasing gross enrolment in higher educaon.
• Ending Hindi vs English Debate: Most crucially, NEP, once
and for all, buries the strident Hindi versus English
language debate; instead, it emphasises on making
mother tongue, local language or the regional language
the medium of instrucon at least ll Grade 5, which is
considered the best medium of teaching.
WAY FORWARD
• Need For Cooperave Federalism: Since educaon is a
concurrent subject (both the Centre and the state
governments can make laws on it), the reforms
proposed can only be implemented collaboravely by
the Centre and the states.
• Thus, the Centre has the giant task of building a
consensus on the many ambious plans.
• Strive Towards Universalisaon of Educaon: There is a
need for the creaon of 'inclusion funds' to help socially
and educaonally disadvantaged children pursue
educaon.
• Interministerial Coordinaon: There is an emphasis on
vocaonal training, but to make it effecve, there has to
be close coordinaon between the educaon, skills and
labor ministry.
CONCLUSION
The new Naonal Educaon Policy (NEP) 2020, is a good
policy as it aims at making the educaon system holisc,
flexible, muldisciplinary, aligned to the needs of the 21st
century and the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. The
intent of policy seems to be ideal in many ways but it is the
implementaon where lies the key to success

A STUDENTS PERSPECTIVE (NEP 2020)
The Naonal Educaon Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), which was approved by the Union Cabinet of India on 29 July 2020, outlines the vision of India's new educaon system. The new policy replaces the previous Naonal Policy on Educaon, 1986. ... The policy aims to transform India's educaon system by 2021.The global educaon development agenda reflected in the Goal 4 (SDG4) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by India in 2015 - seeks to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality educaon and promote lifelong learning opportunies for all” by 2030. Such a loy goal will require the enre educaon system to be reconfigured to support and foster learning, so that all of the crical targets and goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development can be achieved. This Naonal Educaon Policy 2020 is the first educaon policy of the 21st century and aims to address the many growing developmental imperaves of our country. This Policy proposes the revision and revamping of all aspects of the educaon structure, including its regulaon and governance, to create a new system that is aligned with the aspiraonal goals of 21st century educaon, including SDG4, while building upon India's tradions and value systems. The fundamental principles that will guide both the educaon system at large, as well as the individual instuons within it are:• Recognizing, idenfying, and fostering the unique
capabilies of each student, by sensizing teachers as well as parents to promote each student's holisc development in both academic and non-academic spheres.
• According the highest priority to achieving Foundaonal Literacy and Numeracy by all students by Grade 3.
• Flexibility, so that learners have the ability to choose their learning trajectories and programmes, and thereby choose their own paths in life according to their talents and interests.
• No hard separaons between arts and sciences, between curricular and extra-curricular acvies, between vocaonal and academic streams, etc. in order to eliminate harmful hierarchies among, and silos between different areas of learning.
• Muldisciplinarity and a holisc educaon across the sciences, social sciences, arts, humanies, and sports for a muldisciplinary world in order to ensure the unity and integrity of all knowledge.
• Emphasis on conceptual understanding rather than rote learning and learning-for-exams.
• Creavity and crical thinking to encourage logical decision-making and innovaon.
• Ethics and human & Constuonal values like empathy, respect for others, cleanliness, courtesy, democrac spirit, spirit of service, respect for public property,
scienfic temper, liberty, responsibility, pluralism, equality, and jusce.
• Promong mullingualism and the power of language in teaching and learning.
• Life skills such as communicaon, cooperaon, teamwork, and resilience.
• Focus on regular formave assessment for learning rather than the summave assessment that encourages today's 'coaching culture.
• Extensive use of technology in teaching and learning, removing language barriers, increasing access for Divyang students, and educaonal planning and management.
• Respect for diversity and respect for the local context in all curriculum, pedagogy, and policy, always keeping in mind that educaon is a concurrent subject.
• Full equity and inclusion as the cornerstone of all educaonal decisions to ensure that all students are able to thrive in the educaon system.
• Synergy in curriculum across all levels of educaon from early childhood care and educaon to school educaon to higher educaon.
• Connuous review of progress based on sustained research and regular assessment.
• A rootedness and pride in India, and its rich, diverse, ancient and modern culture and knowledge systems and tradions.
• Educaon is a public service; access to quality educaon must be considered a basic right of every child.
• Substanal investment in a strong, vibrant public educaon system as well as the encouragement and facilitaon of true philanthropic private and community parcipaon.

TAKING CARE OF PHYSICAL HEALTH IN POST COVID PERIOD
We know India is passing through the severe waves of Covid
and we should all remember that in last couple of months,
we have lost a large number of our near and dear ones and a
very high number of society has been affected due to the
disease also. At present we are having people who have
recovered from Covid or are having some problems aer
recovery so you must know that we should not be
complacent at all, unless everyone is vaccinated. Covid is a
disease, which will affect hundred percent of society and due
to its nature about 2% of people will have very serious
symptoms and may die also, so responsibility is to prevent all
these people from aer-effects of Covid.
Once someone has recovered from Covid, he should have a
clear-cut knowledge or idea of the extent of disease he had
?You should remember that many mes different parts of the
bodies are affected. You should ask your treang doctor,
which is the most affected organ in my body ?if it is lung then
it takes very long me for recovery and if the damage has
occurred to heart or kidneys, you should always get a good
physical examinaon and chemical tests done to know what
is the health status of yourself ,before starng physical
acvity. we have seen many people suffering very badly due
to Exercises if they start workouts or physical acvies much
earlier than it is suggested, never forget that the heart, lungs,
kidneys and muscles are weak. It is a known fact that about
20% of muscles may reduce aer a serious effect of Covid,
anyone around you recovering aer Covid, you will noce
that they lose weight and are apparently weak. We must give
at least six weeks of me for full recovery of our organs aer
having a severe disease like Covid.
You will noce that large number of paents are found
diabec aer Covid or during Covid infecon; they should
take care of their blood sugar level very accurately. People
lose proteins also, so in diet, protein should be increased,
they should have plenty of vitamins minerals and trace
elements, which will help in faster recovery of muscles
ssues and overall body also.
Aer recovering from Covid, you should start all physical
acvies very gradually and let the body decide how much
can be tolerated by one person at a me. Do not over exert,
remember the key is that if one remains alive and remain
healthy , he will definitely have a long and many years to live
and recover and to perform physical acvity. Never start a
physical acvity in a haste, I repeat you should give at least six
week of me for full recovery to your body and lastly never
forget that ulmate key of prevenon and safety and survival
in Covid me is vaccinaon so ensure that you get
vaccinated, people around you get vaccinated, as well as you
must encourage other people who are not very comfortable
in logging to their vaccinaon accounts. Remember once
everyone is vaccinated then only everyone will be free from
the aer effects of Covid.
Let us all pray to have a Covid free healthy world at the
earliest.

It is rightly said, 'Your morning roune has the power to set
the tone of your day.' How we spend the first few hours of our
day has a significant impact on our physical, mental and
emoonal state for the rest of the day. A stressful start to a
day makes everything we do seem stressful similarly a day
that begins mindfully can bring about a calm energy and
posivity throughout the day. A well-planned morning
roune can be a game changer for people having a busy day
ahead. Following a morning ritual not only gives you a
kickstart but also allows you to take on all of life's curveball!
Although there isn't a one-size-fits-all morning roune, we
can study and incorporate the habits of many successful
people living in our society to lead a beer and healthy life.
1. Rise n' Shine. The bale to waking up early is won the
night before. Human body needs its daily quota of 8 hrs
sleep to recuperate. Remember the dictum,
“Early to bed and early to rise,
makes everyone healthy, wealthy and wise”.
Well, I cannot assure wealth or wisdom, but I sure can
guarantee a good health! The earlier you hit the bed, brighter
the chances of waking up afresh. Wake up as soon as the
alarm goes off. If you hit the snooze buon, you will find it
harder to get into gear. Advancement in technology has
enriched us with various free lifestyle apps like the Sleep
Cycle app which acts like an alarm clock by analyzing your
sleep paern. It tries to wake you up in the ideal moment
within a certain, configurable me window. For example, it
does not wake you up in the REM phase. These apps help
improve your sleep quality and also associates sleep quality
with exercise and nutrion. Over a period, you will learn
which acvies have a posive or negave impact on your
sleep. Always remember,'A good Sleep is the king of
recovery.'
2. Make you own bed. Surprisingly, one of the first things
taught in the US Navy Seals' training (considered as
world's toughest training programs) and Indian Armed
forces training is how to make your bed. Making your
bed flushes the lethargy out of your body. It also gives
you a small sense of achievement which will push you to
achieve more and more throughout the day. Not to
menon, when you are back in your bed, red at the end
of the day, there is a clean bed to welcome you. It has
been researched that those who make their own beds
every morning are more likely to be more successful
than others. Hence, we must teach our children to make
their own beds every morning.
3. Hydrate yourself. Our bodies are dehydrated during
sleep, so it's important to rehydrate first thing aer
waking up. A glass of lemon water can help flush out the
toxins accumulated through the night as well as aid your
digesve system. Lemon water has shown to have some
great health benefits like providing the body with
vitamin C and anoxidants which in turn boosts the
immune system.
4. Shake that body. Get your body moving in the morning,
even if it's just for 15minutes. Geng your blood
pumping will give you tons of energy, you'll feel
energec, and this will help you stay focused throughout
the day. One can opt from a variety of fitness regimes like
HIIT and cardio (running, brisk walking), weight training,
Yoga, Pranayam etc. One can follow certain stretching
rounes to focus on areas that are ght or sore. It is a
great way to support recovery. Readers with some
medical condion can pracce breathing exercises. The
intense breathing will blow oxygen into your lungs, brain
and blood stream making your body ready for the day.
5. Have a Nourishing breakfast. An integral part of a daily
healthy morning roune is having a nutrious breakfast.
Breakfast is the first meal for the body aer 10-12 hrs of
fasng. A well-fed body is a well-fuelled mind. When
your body is properly fed, you are much more resilient to
the ups, downs and stresses of daily life. Imagine how
much harder it is to deal with a stressful situaon in the
office or at home if you are starving. When you start your
day with something healthy and nutrient dense, you feel
energec all day. You crave for healthier food, do not
have energy swings and are more focused.
Following this guideline to the T is crucial towards
maintaining a healthy daily roune. Perseverance and
regularity are the key. You should find a roune which works
the best for you.

I sll remember the test that used to be conducted at the
school and that was the IQ test, where a group of young boys
and girls use to come down in colorful dresses and had sheet
of papers with pencils and we were given a break from the
regular class studies (that was the best part) and we had to
ck a few answers in the MCQ type sheets (that was another
blessing as I personally use to dislike wring Long Answer
Types). Well that scenario has changed now the simple IQ
test has a Mutant version that is much more effecve in the
current situaon and that is the 3 in 1 – triple mutant version
of IQ , which is IQ, EQ and PQ.
Now we have all along known the humiliang IQ (Intelligence
quoent), I say because only a few had the privilege to flaunt
their IQ scores, while most of us were busy hiding their
scores, which were more of average for most of the mes,
but somewhere deep inside I use to feel the incompleteness
of the test and of the tesng incompetence's in a
complicated human being. Several research in the west
made us to sit straight and think 360 degree and realize that it
is not only the Intelligence that maers, but the human
strength and persona extends way beyond that and that
invariably need to cover the emoonal factor and lately the
Physical factor. So now the test seems to be more
appropriate and complete with the enre range being
covered. It is like not only the efficiency of the computer
maers but the soware that runs it maers a lot and then
not to forget the efficiency and the logic of the program that
operates the soware on that Computer.
I remember a story that narrates about a rich man did a grand
opening of his house on a hill top, that had the best walls,
paint, wooden furniture along with the world's best
furnishing and lavishness that a house could have with
Swimming pools and Sauna etc. That night exhausted while
he lay on his bed, he had a vision that Yamraj is smiling near
his bed along with his Soul (Atma), he screamed, this is not
fair, I have just made a strong and beauful house for me and
put in the most reliable and long lasng furniture with best of
electronic gadgets in it, I am not ready to leave this place
without enjoying the comfort of it all. Yamraj broaden his
smile and gave a glance to the ATMA, which screamed back
to the rich man, you useless fellow did you ever noced the
house in which you made me live, infested with obesity,

not a single vital organ of yours is properly funconing out
here. Just imagine how difficult it is for me to live in such a
place, which is lacking maintenance and is in shambles, so my
decision is final, I AM Leaving NOW.
This story tells us that It is not just your intelligence that
maers but your Emoonal strength along with your Physical
fitness does maer a lot. Whereby in certain situaons it is
the Intelligence that would cruise you along while at other
mes like the Pandemic which we are passing through you
would mostly need a bagful of Emoonal strength along with
a super fit body that would be ready with the anbodies to
face any external invasion, may it be Corona Virus or Black
Fungus that is a guest in our body and now threatens to take
it over. So friends let us now onwards focus on IQ
(Intelligence), EQ (Emoonal strength) and PQ (Physical
Fitness) to wade us through tough mes. Jo Fit hai wo Hit hai

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE Ayurveda the definion of healthy person is as ....
g_Xmof… g_m[¾ üg_ YmVw _c [H«$`m…&àgÞm Ë_opÝÐ` _Zm… ñdñW BË`[^ Yr`Vo&
Which means that a Person, whose all three humors or Doshas(Vata, Pia (fire) and Kapha) are in balance, whose appete and digeson are in balance, whose seven body ssues are funconing normally; whose malas (urine, feces and sweat) are eliminated properly and whose spirit, senses and mind remain full of bliss is considered healthy.
W.H.O defines "health" as “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.
A healthy person is the one who is disease-free. Disease in itself self-explanatory: dis-ease. So, a diseased person is not at ease. And, a non dis-eased person is at ease of performing ordinary daily roune
The major healthy lifestyle destroying habits are smoking, drinking, junk food, addicon, meal skipping, and overuse of pills.
STEPS TO FOLLOW A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE :
Just wake up early in the morning because first of all, it's a healthy habit. Secondly, waking up early means you can get ready for your work early, spend some quality me with your family. This is possible when you improve your bedme schedule.
Check your blood pressure regularly -Hypertension is called a "silent killer". Most people with hypertension are unaware of the problem because it may have no warning signs or symptoms. For this reason, it is essenal that blood pressure is measured regularly.
When symptoms do occur, they can include early morning headaches, nosebleeds, irregular heart rhythms, vision changes, and buzzing in the ears. Severe hypertension can cause fague, nausea, voming, confusion, anxiety, chest pain, and muscle tremors.
The only way to detect hypertension is to have your blood pressure monitored by a health professional.. Having blood pressure measured is quick and painless. Although individuals can measure their own blood pressure using automated devices, an evaluaon by a health professional is important for assessment of risk and associated condions.
Drink more water- Most of us don't drink enough water every day, but it is essenal for our bodies to work properly. Water is absolutely necessary for carrying out our bodily funcons, removing waste, and transporng nutrients and oxygen throughout our body. An average adult should drink minimum 2-3 litres of water. A good way to tell if you are geng enough water is by your urine—which should be colorless. If its yellow and smelling very bad than you need to increase your water content. Drinking water before your meals is important.
Exercise/Yoga every day. By moving your body in some way for 30 minutes a day, you will lower your risk of disease and
increase your life span. There are many applicaons on mobiles which can help you out. One of the best one is "Healthify". You can even count your steps. It is said that a person should have minimum 10000 steps per day. For this you can use Pedometer. You can perform zumba, yoga or exercise. There is a channel on YouTube named "Roberta's Gym" which can be followed simply at home. You can even opt for Cycling which is the best way to remove fat in your body and build muscles. Sweang everyday is required to be healthy.
Avoid Smoking and Drinking- Smoking and drinking together can increase the risk of throat and esophageal cancer. This may be because the alcohol dissolves chemicals in the cigaree while they are sll in the throat. This can cause carcinogens to become trapped against the sensive ssues of the throat.
Connect with posive minds because the more you indulge with these people then less you will go to the negave side.
Take Vacaons-Short vacaons have a long-term impact on our well-being and health. The workplace is considered a major cause of stress that leads to other health defects. Evidence shows that small trips once or twice a month can help in recovery from chronic load reacons as well as lower stress, enhances posive feelings and improves sleep quality.
TO CONCLUDE
Simple health ps in life can make a big difference. These small habits help us live a healthy and longer life. Also, don't forget that the best day to start a healthy life is today.
Life is beauful and you don't want to bog yourself down with unnecessary health problems. Today, your vital organs may be working well, but they may not be tomorrow. Don't take your health for granted. Take proper care of your body.
Good health isn't just about healthy eang and exercise — it's also about having a posive atude, a posive self-image, and a healthy lifestyle.
Also Love yourself. Self-love is a crucial part of living a healthy life. When you have a negave self-image, it naturally weighs down on your mental outlook and health.
Bible says : “Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God, You are not your own, for you were bought with a price”. Therefore take care of yourself.

HEALTH IS WEALTH
Health is a holisc phenomenon. If the person is physically
fit then we cannot consider him as healthy, if the person is
physically fit, having sound mind, socially adjustable, &
economically balanced then we can consider him as healthy.
We can maintain our health by some healthy acvies like
praccing yoga, taking nutrious diet, spending quality me
with family, differenate between personal as well as
professional life, not forgeng your kiddies behavior &
avoiding unhealthy acvies and stress.
There are many factors that determine our health like age,
educaon, working condions, physical and social
environment, heredity, coping skills of an individual, health
facilies, sex, sleeping paern etc.
Mental health is also equally important as physical health.
We have seen that many paents who were admied with
Covid disease in hospitals die because of anxiety &
depression. It is fact that paent's recovery depends on their
mental health & coping mechanism. That's why we can say
that health is holisc phenomenon.
