AAAdiuto’s Road Map for innovation and digital transformation is designed, conceived, and created by the Academy, together with the client companies through the methodology best known as Design Thinking. By using Design Thinking, we can re-imagine new products, new processes, or review an entire business model, quickly adapting a given context to the new paradigms of digital transformation with strong attention to the end user.

Design Thinking is first and foremost a Human Centered approach, which puts the user at the center of the process of devising a solution. Through Design Thinking, it is possible to combine analytical and intuitive thinking to make decision making faster and more effective.

One of the prerogatives of this methodology is to put the person at the center, with his desires that are not only functional, but also emotional, and social: often the real obstacles in the phases of organizational transformation.

This method is particularly suitable for quickly exploring complex ecosystems in search of experiences to optimize, internal conflicts that create clutches, possible improvements in client satisfaction not yet taken into account.

Empathise - Define - Ideate - Prototype - Test

The 5 phases that comprise it and the various tools used help the work team to focus attention gradually from the understanding of the problem to the exploration of possible solutions, with a posture unbalanced towards concreteness, aimed at the realization of prototypes to test and validate.

Design Thinking is therefore the instrument, the ideal methodology for business innovation and through Adiuto Academy, it is applied with success in innovation projects, both internal and external, to generate real value for people, cultures and organizations.

Why spend exaggerated figures or make important investments when a smart approach is enough? There is no need for large capital or investment: design thinking is a truly sustainable method, which accompanies managers in their choices and puts business processes in the right direction, so as to create a virtuous mechanism. Design Thinking is therefore a consulting approach aimed at identifying an innovative solution of any kind. The idea arises from the growing need of companies to produce solutions with high innovative content, a need often difficult to satisfy due to the different variables, internal and external to the organization, to be taken into account and that influence the result to be obtained. Innovation means in fact finding something new or finding a new way of doing something already known, this means that the direction to be taken is not clear nor known to anyone, otherwise it would not be innovation that is being pursued. Today, more than ever, we need procedures, models, and tools that we can use to take the optimal path as soon as possible, reducing uncertainty and explaining the highest possible amount of data and information sensitive to the challenge we want to face.

Design Thinking began with this purpose: to help organizations structure the processes, activities, organization and management in order to encourage the development of processes and the development of solutions with highly innovative content.

Each company has bottlenecks within its value areas on processes, productivity, and efficiency losses, more commonly referred to as waste. The Lean Process approach identifies and maps the processes, while Adiuto supports the reengineering of the processes or the elimination of waste, through the adoption of the digital paradigm. Computer programmer specialized in document technologies, more than 30 years of experience in the ICT sector at the most important Italian document management companies. IT and management consultant; founder of an important company in the field of DMs, spin-off of the University of Florence. For 5 years, he has been head of Adiuto’s corporate training, a teacher and trainer for Adiuto Network’s Business partners, and he also holds the role of BDM for executive clients.

Over 35 years of experience in international ICT companies. An IBM executive for over 15 years, he has led international development and consulting teams in Europe. Trained in the technical field at the Unisys Education Center Milton Keynes (UK), also at IBM Education Milano and MOOC, he obtained certifications such as Oracle DBA, PMC, SAP R3, SAP IS-U ABAP, Data Privacy, AWS certification path for architect, Agile & Scrum, Python 3. In Adiuto, he supports customers in the

development of digital processes as a Project Manager.
