Applications can be sent directly to Ministry of Interior, Archivni sprava, Milady Horákové 133, 166 21 Praha 6, Czech Republic. Application must include the necessary fundamental data.

Embassy of the Slovak Republic likewise advises that genealogicalresearch in Slovakia can be done through the Slovak State Archives for fee.
