The CyberHandler 3 range by STULZ is a complete air-conditioning solution for data centers, which offers an effective combination of free-cooling and evaporative cooling. The way it is constructed ensures that it can be installed outdoors as well as indoors, next to the building or even on the roof, saving valuable space in the data center.

Available in a wide range of configurations, the STULZ Tecnivel axial units provide an extensive number of solutions, covering a wide range of condensing capacities from 10 to 800 kW.

Axial condensers dissipate the heat absorbed by a refrigerant fluid* which circulates through the heat exchanger, condensing it by transferring this heat to the air that flows through the exchanger. They are used to cool down processes, as well as in the food industry, commercial facilities, air-conditioning installations and in data-processing centers among others.

*Refrigerants: R134a, R407C, and R410A.

STULZ Tecnivel centrifugal condensers can be installed in a wide variety of places due to their compact and modular design, which allows them to take in and discharge air vertically and horizontally.

With forward blades and direct motor centrifugal fans, with belts or radial fans, they can thrust the air flow via duct networks, overcoming pressures from 50 to 150 Pa in catalogue conditions.

The centrifugal condensing units are designed for indoor installation, connected via duct networks, for what they have an intake nozzle for connection to the duct on the fan impulsion section.

STULZ Tecnivel dry coolers are available in a wide range of configurations. They provide many solutions depending on different features: dimensions, sound levels, consumption and capacity, among other parameters.

Dry coolers are a very interesting alternative to cooling towers because they operate in dry conditions, meaning reduced maintenance work, no water usage, and no legionella risk.

We study our customers’ requirements individually in order to obtain an optimum solution, providing the most suitable dry cooler for every application.

• Exchangers manufactured with copper tube and corrugated fin optimise heat transfer.

Fan Coils are small terminal units whose purpose is to filter and cool or heat rooms by recirculating the air. The Fan Coil solution is the most recommended and used to climate hotels, offices, shops, hospitals and housing, amongst others.

Conventional Fan Coils. Due to the reduced power of this fans, they can be installed close to the rooms that need to be refrigerated or heated.

Apartment-type fan coils. They provide enough pressure to large and various spaces, being connected by a ductwork system. They are designed to be installed in concealed ceilings.

“V” Series is a solution that offers highly versatile installation, because it can be laid out horizontally or vertically, and it can also be assembled with or without casing.

“FCH” Series, which is laid out horizontally and without casing, is designed to be installed in a concealed ceiling. It is especially recommended in places that tend to be very damp.

Air Heaters

AB, ABF, ABA, ABV, EAS seriesAir Heaters are terminal units that provide air-conditioning for large spaces and consist of a fan, a heat exchanger and a grille. Their robust and compact design makes them a solution with a higher rate of return on investment when compared to other heating systems.

They are mainly used in air-conditioning systems for storage facilities, industrial plants, workshops, sports complexes and installations in the agricultural sector.

Available in “wall” and “ceiling” configurations, STULZ Tecnivel air heaters come in many different versions, depending on the function they have to perform and the working fluid to be used:

• AB Hot-water air heaters that use water as the fluid and whose aim is to warm spaces.

• ABF Cold or hot-water air heaters that use water as the fluid and whose aim is to cool down or warm spaces. They are provided with a condensate tray, at the bottom of the unit.

• ABA: Overheated water air heaters that use high temperature water as the fluid and whose aim is to heat up spaces.

• ABV: Steam air heaters that use steam as the refrigerant fluid and whose aim is to heat up spaces.

• EAS: Air heaters that dissipate the surplus heat in thermal solar energy installations.

• Axial fans, AC with 4 poles, in 230V-I-50Hz rating, for the AB 122/4 models. IP40

Axial fans with AC technology 4 to 6 poles, in 400V-III-50Hz rating, standard mode, to be used in the rest of the models. IP65

STULZ Tecnivel has a series of semi-industrial CSI curtains, that are manufactured either with electrical batteries or with water coils (this one includes drain pan). On request, they can also be delivered with electrical panel.

– For doors up to 3,5 m high.

Water applications (cold or hot) are supplied with speed regulator.

– For electric curtains with 3-speed motors.

• AC technology centrifugal fans, with 230V-I-50Hz motors.

• Heat Exchanger available with copper tube and aluminium fins, with blowdown and draining for water versions.

• Electrical battery available, which can be connected in one or two stages depending on the model.

• The CSI units are equipped with air supply grilles, as well as a filter and plenum to easy the access and maintenance of the fan.
