A Rich Mining History and Modern Day Gold Rush

7

Limited comprehensive gold exploration until the 1970’s position Newfoundland for a modern daygold rush

Proven gold mines combined with modern gold exploration and discoveries

The Geological Survey of Canada identified widespread orogenic gold mineralization in Central Newfoundland within and in proximity to crustal-scale faults

Shows similarities to significant gold-producing districts including the Abitibi in Canada and the Bendigo/Ballarat/Fosterville area in Australia

8

The Central Newfoundland Gold Belt

C2C Properties

Deep-seated gold-bearing crustal structures extending from South Carolina, through Newfoundland, to England and Ireland

5 major northeast trending structures, approximately 200 km in length, extend across Newfoundland

Crustal-scale suture/fault zones provides excellent potential for structurally controlled orogenic gold mineralization in the C2C project area

9

1,261 sq km land position in a highly prospective area

C2C Gold projects selected based on gold-in-till and gold-in-soil anomalies and favorable structural interpretation

Located in a regional northeast trending structural trend bound to the northwest by the RIL and to the south by the Valentine Lake Shear Zone - host to orogenic-style structurally-controlled gold-bearing quartz veins and stockworks.

Barrens Lake, Millertown, Badger, South Tally and Lake Douglas are within a broad structural trend hosting Marathon Gold’s Valentine Lake gold mine development project, plus Wilding Lake and Jaclyn projects.

11

Completion of 20,000+ soil samples and ~400 rock samples across the Barrens Lake, Millertown and Badger projects (some results pending);

High resolution aeromagnetic VLF-EM airborne survey and LIDAR (light detection remote sensing survey);

Identification of initial drill-ready targets;

Drill permits and a dedicated reverse circulation drill for the priority projects including Barrens Lake, Millertown and Badger projects;

Confirmation of funding from the Government of Newfoundland & Labrador’s Junior Exploration Assistance Program;

Compilation of data and preparing for field programs on the Buchans joint venture projects: South Tally and Lake Douglas;

12

3,500+ soil samples collected over 4 grids targeting regional structures

Numerous, extensive gold anomalies were identified that trend parallel to regional structural trends

38 rock samples were collected in the vicinity of the gold-in-soil anomalies (results pending)

GT Probe was utilized to test the till profile along strike of the two largest anomalies on Grid C to refine targets for an upcoming RAB drill program and future diamond drill programs

XRF analysis indicates anomalous As and Sb coincident with Au-in-soil anomalies (noting multi-element sampling completed)

13

~ 12,000 soil samples collected over 7 grids targeting regional structures, 4 of 7 grids reported with 3,000 soil sample results pending

Ten extensive gold anomalies were identified in 4 grids reported and identification of 1st drill-ready target

104 rock samples were collected in the vicinity of the gold-in-soil anomalies and beyond the grids (results pending)

Large, up to 2.5 m wide, quartz boulders with pyrite and arsenopyrite mineralization were discovered adjacent to aAu+As+Sb anomaly on grid F (results pending)

A GT Probe was utilized to test the till profile along strike of the two largest anomalies on Grid C to refine targets for an upcoming RAB drill program and future diamond drill programs (results pending)

XRF analysis indicates anomalous As and Sb coincident with gold-in-soil anomalies

14

The Badger property covers anticlinal structures, as indicated by government bedrock geology maps and geophysical surveys

~ 4,000 soil samples have been collected (results pending) on soil lines targeting folded stratigraphy and associated faults

25 quartz vein float and subcrop samples collected (results pending)
