Objective:A one-page summary to provide an overview of your research to readers.
Contents: Why is this research important to the field of hospitality,
foodservice or tourism/events industry? What did you do? When was it carried out? Where did you collect your data? Who did you include in your sampling population/interviewees? How did your research contributed to new knowledge in your field

Part 1 Theoretical Framework
Objectives:
In a 15-20 page literature review, "the literature" means the worksyou consulted in order to understand and investigate your researchproblem. It should be a critical appraisal of what you have found,and how your ideas are related to or stem from any previous researchrelated to the topic.
Contents:
What do we already know in the immediate area concerned? What are the characteristics of the key concepts or the main
factors or variables? What are the relationships between these key concepts, factors
or variables? What are the existing theories? Where are the inconsistencies or other shortcomings in our
understanding? What views need to be (further) tested? What evidence is lacking, inconclusive, contradictory or too
limited? Why study (further) the research problem? What contribution can the present study be expected to make? What research designs or methods seem unsatisfactory?

Part 2 Methods and Findings
2.1 Research Methodology
Objectives:
This 2-5 page component shows how data are collected to answer yourresearch questions, which methods and techniques you have used, andhow you have implemented them.

2.2 Findings and Analysis
Objectives:
This 20-25 page component describes the results obtainedcomprehensively and systematically.
Contents:
Primary data analysis summarized in the form of text, figures,tables etc.
All tables and illustrations used should be mentioned in the text,with appropriate titles and enough explanation to make themreadily identifiable
Putting tables inside text:
Tables should preferably be placed in the text (Table 3.1). Tablesmust be placed in the centre of the page, within the prescribedmargins. Each table must be given a reference number in Arabicnumerals as well as a legend. The number must be follow the numberof the chapter the table belongs to.
All tables in a given chapter should be given consecutive numbers.The word ‘table’, the number of the table and the legend must beprinted at the bottom of the table. If a table contains citations,the references must be mentioned.

Putting figures inside text:
The word ‘figure’, the number of the diagram in Arabic numerals andthe explanation must be placed below the diagram. Generally, adiagram should not exceed one page. As with tables, diagrams shouldbe given consecutive numbers. In the case of charts, number ofrespondents should be stated in a bracket. (n=200) If a diagramcontains citations, the references must be mentioned.

Part 3 Recommendations
Note: If your recommendations are less than 10 pages long, pleaseinclude this component under part 2. In that case there will be nopart. 3.
Objectives:
This component resolves the research questions, analyzes andevaluates the findings in relation to the research objectives/ togive recommendations.
Contents:
The findings of the research should be compared and contrastedwith those of previous studies presented in the literaturereview.
Data are reported in sufficient detail to justify the conclusions
Theoretical and practical consequences of the results
Critically assess the effectiveness of your chosen researchmethodology
General Conclusion
Objectives:
This 2-5 page section answers the research questions, highlightingthe contributions and limitations of your study, and suggests widerimplications and new questions which have been raised.
