Accusations of witchcraft, 1692 and 1706 2. Complete notes for each chapter a. Your notes should be fairly detailed, there isn’t a right or wrong answer for these, you are the ones that will be tested over the material so make sure they are strong. b. You do not need to stress out about these notes, don’t wait until the last minute and you will be fine! 3. Fill out the HIPP document for each of the 4 primary sources (Columbus, Bartolome, John Winthrop, Accusations of witchcraft) 4. Answer the 2 sets of Short Answer Questions (SAQs) a. Do not fret, this is to get an idea of where you are at in your historical writing skills. Set a timer for these and do not exceed 12 minutes or 1 page of writing. 5. Important people and notes - This can be tribes, people groups, explorers 2. Important Places - This can be a city, a region (the midwest), a country, any other geographical term (mounds, farms, plains) 3. Tech, Work, Exchange - How did people get work done? Who did the work? A wheel can be technology, exchange is how people exchanged goods and things of that nature. 4. Culture and Identity - This can be things like religion, cultural customs (fishing)languages, were there systems of importance, ranks of people 5. American National Identity - How did the people living in American identify themselves? Were they together/united? 6. America in the World - How is America (the land) involved in world affairs? 7. Politics and Power - Who had power in America, were there governmental systems?
